Not from the area, so stopped by to inquire about a fill and pedi. I was greeted by a friendly lady that seated me promptly. LeLe was my tech. Very friendly, attention to detail, and gentle. Will definitely return when in the area.

The lady who did my nails did a wonderful job, as they do every time, I asked for a look with stars on each nail and she even freehanded the stars, and they looked perfect. The lady was so caring and tried to make sure she didn’t hurt me. I definitely recommend this place!

I was out of town guest. I had a very good experience at this nail salon. I would definitely recommend. The lady who helped me (wished I knew her name) was very caring towards me. She noticed a nail that was damaged on my foot. It was actually about to fall off. She carefully removed it and prevented me from injury. So glad I never ripped it off when applying and removing my socks. Incredible job and service! My pedicure was only $40. And that included buffing the nails for a nice shine.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Went on a Sunday for refill & once I told the chick how I wanted them she said she couldn't do. Mind u I wanted a refill with color change & my nails trimmed down...The woman immediately got up & said she couldn't do & walked off. You will NEVER get my business AGAIN & definitely want suggest this company for reference. LAZZY SSA

Sat there 3 hours waiting to get nails done, for them to do a ladies who was getting a pedi first because she was supposedly there first. And wanted me to wait longer.

EVERYTIME I COME IN HERE THE NAILS ARE A DIFFERENT PRICE EVEN THOUGH I GET THE SAME THING!!!!!!! I asked for short nails, and they charged me for long. I come back to see if they can redeem themselves from the previous visit. Nope, not the case. THIS IS MY LAST VISIT!!!!!!!

I HIGHLY don’t recommend anyone going to this place. Customer service was beyond HORRIBLE! I went for a pedicure and showed the man the shape I desired. Before starting pedicure he attempted to file my big toe nail & asked if that was the look I was going for. (Still no shape.) I respectfully said no & showed him the picture again. He packed up all his stuff and told me I was too picky & that I can go somewhere else to get it done. The manager then came over and I showed her what I wanted. Instead of accommodating me & sending someone else who can achieve the look, she told me I was asking for too much & that I can leave. There’s a way you talk to customers, & that was NOT IT!

I decided to try this nail salon since it is close to my house. I was definitely disappointed in the work that was done to my nails. I asked for a white with pink French tips. What I got was half white, half clear tips with a pink base. I suppose it was partly my fault as I didn’t see them clearly until I was at home. I went back the very next day to have them fixed. The lady agreed to fix them for me but the whole time she was blaming me. She said that was what I had asked for! If you choose this particular place just inspect the work really carefully before leaving.

I went to them for a refill and reshape to fix what Rose Nail Spa did to me and she did a wonderful job from the color match to the shape. She put the acrylic all the way up to my cuticles, looks very nice and clean.

First off, most important thing is I saw tools be grabbed out of a box for my pedicure and I thought, well maybe they sanitize them at the end and then put them in there but they weren’t sanitized before during or after and not pulled out of a sealed baggy. Thankfully I don’t live in Lufkin anymore so I thought, I just won’t ever come back here again. BUT THEN, I was explained at the beginning that my pedicure would be 35 or 45 for the upgraded pedicure and then that an extra 15 for shellac French tip. I proceeded to say no than you, just a basic pedicure and no shellac “the 35 dollar one” she responds with “okay 35”. It wasn’t until when I go to pay that she charged me $60 for a pedicure. Mind you my full acrylic manicure with sugar nails and marble cost me $65 somewhere else . She proceeded to put a sticky note in my face with “35+25=60” as if that explained anything. Turns out a basic pedicure is 35, and a shellac french tip is an extra 25. Which doesn’t even make sense to what she told me when I was sitting in the chair because she was trying to sell me on the $15 shellac. So in the end she technically charged me 35 to put my feet in water and 15 for the shellac french tip and an extra $10 that she pulled out of her rear end. Now, I would understand if this was a one time miscommunication with just me. But no. She did it to the lady next to me and thankfully we saved another young girl from paying 80 for a pedicure because she overheard me discussing with the lady at checkout and when she sat in her chair she made sure what her end total would be ($80) and decided to walk out instead. Maybe I’ve been hiding under a rock but since when do BASIC pedicures turn out to be $60-$80?!?! Then the lady doing my sisters manicure gave her a one star experience but that’s another long story and she said to my sister that “sometimes the ladies forget to explain it correctly or maybe didn’t understand what I wanted because it was late and the end of the day and that some places charge differently than others” but 1. maybe they shouldn’t have said they could take us, and then make us wait 25 minutes to be seated or 2. maybe they should close earlier and 3. My sister who does live here has been here several times before and her pedicures were always 35 with nail polish. Either way it’s not a customers fault in my opinion. And to top it off, my French tip lines are crooked and she blamed it on my toenails in one way shape or form every time I said something.

Haven't been to a nail salon in forever, but my friends encouraged me to have a little self care day. So happy I listened and chose this establishment. I'm not going to lie there may be a wait, but the end result is well worth it. They also welcome walk-ins for those spur of the moment types. 😀

I will absolutely NOT go back to this nail salon. Worst pedicure of my life!!!!! She rushed the entire pedicure. It felt as if she was trying to go as fast as she possibly could go. They charged me $5 to take my toe nail polish off for my pedicure. Pricing was ridiculous high due to everything costing more. VERY dissatisfied!!!!

Today was the first time I tried this nail salon. I wanted to try acrylics for the first time and also asked for a deluxe manicure. It was advertised on their web site that the deluxe had a service I was wanting, which was a paraffin service for the hands. I particular wanted this service due to my hands being extremely dry and chapped. Never having had acrylics or a paraffin hand service, I did not know what to expect. Walking into the salon you feel the place is extremely dirty and neglected, as well as unsanitized, because it looks it and upon observation it is. Past holiday decor is still up, and all of their decor is filthy with grime and dust. When I sat down at table, I noticed the equipment the tech was going to use on me was not fresh and I did not see it get sanitized. The towel on table had someone's rice drippings on it and was not replaced with a fresh one. I don't know if your personal nails are supposed to be cut down below your finger tips but mine were. A drill was used for everything. My cuticles were never trimmed with a cuticle trimmer. As I said my hands are very dry and cracked and the drill was used on the upper side corners of my fingers and the drill cut my thumb to bleed. The paraffin procedure was never done because I was told I had a full set of nails. My fingers are hurting me . The nail job itself looks ok except that I feel the nail itself looks like the fake nails you buy a discount store a d out on yourself. Normally I would have walked out of a nail salon that appeared this unkempt, but I felt I should finish the procedure and share what I discovered to spare someone else this experience. This salon does not have any recent reviews that aren't months old. There were 2 nail techs on duty and one other customer in the store. I asked for a price breakdown and was not it given one. My service was $50. I am curious if this place has been inspected recently the health department. I wore a mask the whole time, my tech did not. I sanitized my hands when I washed them and when I left the salon and went to my car, I carry lysol spray and sprayed myself before entering it. My suggestion is to plan ahead and make an appointment at a clean salon that actually takes you in at your appointed time and follows health department nail standards and covid public policys. What you are paying for in your nail service includes labor, cost of supplies, rent, utilities, and salon upkeep. You are not getting your moneys worth here .

Waste of money. The wrong dip color was being used and made me feel stupid when I told him. I had to pay for something I didn't want. I will never go back. I picked black and he used silver glitter. Get your Eyes checked!

Went in yesterday because I was in need of a fill.. she matched the acrylic as best she could because I had nude for my ombré base. She did an amazing job!! The atmosphere was one of the most peaceful experiences I have had in a while. It’s almost like they pray for the stillness of peace in there. I am thankful to have went. This is coming from a Florida woman!! If I’m ever back in this area I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went twice, the first time they were short handed and I waited an hour, got a full set. Not impressed with the job they did. with in a 2 week period ALL of my nails were lifting and about to fall off, I came from Austin and a very good nail tech there, my nails would last a month and still look perfect. So for ALL of them to be falling off after 2 weeks was shocking, especially after charging me $80 for the set! This past week end I went back to make them fix the mess on my nails. The told me to wait a few minutes, I sat down. They are very rude here by the way! No customer service skills whatsoever! So after waiting 45 minutes, the tech comes over and says they have full sets to do on the pedicure people they were working on when I walked in and it would be an additional hour wait!! You knew it would be over an hour for me when I walked in... why did you let me sit there for 45 minutes before telling me!?!? Inconsiderate and utterly rude! Terrible customer service! I got up and left and will never go back!

Great services! Got a Pedi and a ombré full set. Not sure who did what they never introduced themselves to me. Very gently and thorough and did amazing ; however, they lost a star for the following…I asked for my cuticles to be cut and cleaned up and I was told I don’t need it, I asked for glitter in the white powder and the woman was semi pushy trying to get me to get glitter in both the white and pink…I stood my ground and got what I wanted. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and know what I like. Also on their website they have a 10% off coupon and did not want to honor it bc it had “expired” however there is no expiration date on it just simply 10% off. After talking to 2 women they finally decided to give me the 10% off. Over all a good experience I live in Tomball and am visiting my boyfriend this weekend in Sam Rayburn but def will be back!!

If you go there only use Lilly for your nails....she is amazing but the girl in the first chair does a terrible job....I will go back only to Liy@
