I've been a loyal customer here for about a year, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The salon is always spotless, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. I love that I always leave with high-quality nails, and the designs are always on point. The prices are reasonable for the level of service you get, making it a great value. Highly recommend!

Top quality facility! Michael and his staff are always friendly. The establishment is very clean. Appointments begin on schedule. They will take very good care of you and go the extra mile to ensure your complete satisfaction. I have received a pedi from each nail tech and am satisfied with them all! I highly recommend Top Nails!

I’ve been to MANY nail salons in Morgantown, none top, TOP NAILS! Every nail is perfectly tailored to whatever you like. The techs are so outstanding and friendly ! They truly care about you and your nails ! If there were 10 stars that’s exactly what I would give them !

This is a high quality nail salon. I've never been one to get my nails done and now I'm doing it consistently and enjoying it. The last for 2 to 3 weeks. One special treatment was showing the design for Easter and having it done almost perfectly to the picture!

We went to Top Nails to get mani pedis for my sister’s wedding and they were so amazing! They decorated for us, and were able to accommodate our group of 8! Our nails are absolutely GORGEOUS! And their pedicures are soooo relaxing! 10/10 highly recommend! The bridal nails were done with an airbrush that really brought up the quality!

I absolutely love this place! It was my third visit, but my first after a recent surgery. Though I was disappointed that my appointment time was not honored due to overbooking, Steve, the owner, personally provided my desired services. I was experiencing nerve pain in my foot as a result of my surgery. Let me tell you, the pedicure I received was done so professionally, and with such care that I have not had ANY nerve pain since that day. He took the same painstaking care in the application of my full-set gel nails Catherine has done my eyebrows twice, and I loved them. Honestly, this is one of the friendliest and most professional salons in the area.

Top Nails 💅 😍 seems to be a family ran business with kind staff. I was a walk-in client just days before Christmas and they fit me in. I was in and out of there in under 40 minutes for gel manicure polish. The gentleman got me started, but a woman finished once she was done with her previous client as another had an appointment with the guy for a pedicure. My nails looked great. My only concern is the menu on the wall stated a gel manicure was $25, but I was charged $40. I think the polish I picked was probably the $25 version, but the lady suggested I use a different color which may have been an upgrade that I wasn't aware of.

Came in at closing time and i walked Into a wonderful atmosphere, and i was Helped immediately. I felt Bad for coming in so close to closing ! Nails are always on point. Service is always on point! I’d give 10 stars !

I came in town to visit my family and my daughter wanted her nails done. I stopped at top nails and my daughter had a particular picture that she one of the nails that was on the picture. There’s an older gentleman that works here and I showed him the picture and he said that they could do it but they didn’t have any open appointments today that I could come back the next day… I also ask him how much it would be and he said 100 So I proceeded to make the appointment for the next day at one. Me and my daughter showed up the next day at one I took her and showed them the picture again reminded him that he said it was gonna be $100 and they told her to go to chair and I went back to the car because I had my dog in there.. About an hour later I walked back inside to see the progress and they had convinced my daughter that they couldn’t do everything in the picture it would be way more than $100 it made me very upset that they changed my daughters mind and is still charging me the whole hundred for a job that could’ve been 60 or $70 max these are very deceitful lying people to convince my daughter to get Not even half of what she was supposed to get for the same price I will never come here again

I usually dont leave reviews but i want the people to know what they're going to get when they are at Top Nails. I walked in to get a gel fill and im told to come back in an hour, ok, no problem, i do so. When i got there i tell them i want a gel fill and im told to sit in seat #4. Before i even sit down or am even given any color swatches to look at, im asked if i know what color i want. I knew i wanted a bright pink or orange gel color before arriving, and wanted a black palm tree design on my ring fingers. The guy that was going to do my nails tells me that he can't do palm trees, that they're too hard with a grin, so im thinking he's just joking, or so i thought.. i sit down and he starts grinding my nails with the grinder, high speed to take my polish off, with just the metal drill bit on my nails, OUCH!! burned my cuticles a couple times and i pulled my hand away and he did nothing and said nothing about it, he was very rough and quite rude, kept looking over to the pedicure area and pushing my hands away when he was done with them, as if he was being bothered with doing his job. While painting my nails, i asked if he could put a 3rd coat on because of the polish being too light, then he starts arguing with me that he already put 2 coats on and it didnt need it. I didnt argue and just asked for him to just put the top coat on, i definitely wasnt going to ask for the palm trees after all that nonsense. All in all this nail tech was very unprofessional, rude, and did not care about hurting his customer and actually ended up losing money for their business because i would of paid more for the designs and art i had requested had he been even a little bit nice and caring. I definitely won't be back nor will i recommend this salon to anyone, this is not the first time ive had an issue here but it will be my last, ever since John left years ago, it has never been the same. Customer service should be priority #1 in this profession and it should be a relaxing and stress free experience ...Very disappointed, to say the least...There are plenty of other salons in Morgantown where you can go and be treated properly as a person and a paying customer..take my advice and go somewhere else!

I’ve been to multiple other salons in the area and never found one that I was really satisfied with until now!! A friend recommended Kim at Top Nails so I decided to give her a try. I received a manicure and dip that day and needless to say I’ve been going back every 2-3 weeks for almost a year now!! Kim is meticulous and perfectionist who devotes her full attention to you while your in her chair. She never cuts corners or sacrifices quality…regardless of how busy they are! They are so busy, I highly recommend calling ahead and scheduling vs. walking in. Their color selection is massive, products are of the highest quality and prices are fair and consistent. Seriously, the best nail salon I’ve ever walked in to!!!!

Kim is a true artist! I started coming here a couple of months ago. Everyone is super friendly and very talented. They have the best prices that I've seen in town. They're always very busy so I'd recommend making an appointment.

One of the fastest and worst pedicures I have ever had. Nails were not cut and trimmed properly and lot of dead skin left on my feet. And not very friendly staff. And my appointment was at 3pm and got in the chair at 3:45 and out at 4:10. Will never be back or recommend this place

She cut my cuticle on my toe and kept digging at it. It was bleeding and she just wouldn't leave it alone. Not a relaxing experience at all! It actually was the most painful pedicure I have ever had. My daughter also got a full set, we made appts and they didn't take her until almost 40 minutes past our appts. I understand waiting but that was a little ridiculous, Considering I had to go pick up my son at a certain time from school. It's definitely not my favorite nail salon around but I have been here a few times.
