The tech rushed and skipped the leg massage and foot massage. I asked if he could pay more attention to the callous areas and the owner came over very defensive and went off on me. She insisted that I come in all the time and complain, the reality is I have rarely visited this place. Definitely will not be back especially when management treats customers this way!

I got a pedi and the woman had messed up my toes; and my nails are different sizes and also they didn’t paint my nail correctly you can see where my acrylic starts! TERRIBLE!!!

A man named Lang did my nails and they are perfect! He took his time and was very meticulous in making my nails look exactly the way I wanted them. He was very kind and super careful when filing or using the nail drill. I’ve been to this salon many times and will definitely keep going!

Worst place you can go very rude people and unprofessional couldn’t do simple design plus they leave my nails with powder residue and refused to cleaned up after my full set I ask for pedicure and they told me I have to comeback cause they didn’t have time but they were empty overall very rude I won’t comeback

Horrible horrible, can’t believe I spent $40 on my toes and they painted my whole toe . Didn’t cut my cuticles on my nails before doing them . Worst experience ever and I have been going there since I was a kid .

I went in to be pampered, literally had an older man do my set of nails. He rushed everything, when drilling he missed half of every nail and burned me with the drill 4 times. Then did not shape my nails what so ever. And the design I asked for was totally wrong. And to make it worse I was the only customer in there, so no need to rush at all. Very poor quality. I just stopped at the nails and had to go somewhere else to get my pedi done. When I complained to the lady cashing me out, she didn’t even over to take any off or fix anything.

Don’t waste your time or money. Went and got a pedicure and some dipped nails. The lady did not put enough coats of paint on my toes, and she got polish all over the sides. Went to get the dip and he made my nails slant instead of filing them correctly. When I told him they were slanted he told me I was wrong. I asked another lady working there and he attempted to fix them but they were still slanted. I was done at this point and then once I got into better lighter I saw that there were gaps on the nails that he did not put enough powder on. Worst nail experience I’ve had and definitely won’t be going back.

Horrible service. The sign says half price second service not true. They up the prices and charge whatever they want. It's a different price for the same service each time . I went to get my nails done and my husband a pedicure and they did not honor the buy one get one half off . They have always done so in the past. Today there was a Man and the lady who is ALWAYS there claims she knows nothing about what I am talking about that she always gives half off then started yelling at me to get out . Horrible service. Nails arent the best quality service either . Please do not go there horrible everything .

If you want BARE BONES service then you would have loved the mani/pedi I just got here. Same technician did both and I was done in less than an hour for both services. No conversation whatsoever with me (which is fine) but constant chatter with the technician next to her.

Terrible experience for soooo many reasons. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Especially if you’re not going alone. Too short staffed to even do two pedicures at the same time. Also they put polish remover in the nail polish and thin it down so much you can see you actual nail underneath. I could go on and on...

I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. The service was not professional the workers were rude, they starred and talked in there language the whole time me and my family were there. We know they were talking about us because they would look at us and laugh, my nails were horrible after he rushed to do them , but expected a tip. I will not be going back here.

If I could rate them a 0 I definitely would!! Worst service ever! They guy did a horrible job on my feet an when I asked him to fix it he didn’t understand! Then I ask for they lady to come over there he told me no! I told him just finish the job an I’ll have KATHY FIX IT!! they started yelling like I had said something wrong and told me I was not allowed to say someone else was going to fix my toes! So I took off the polish my self ( French tip) ! Needless to say they do a horrible job!! NEVER GO HERE!! GO to Kathy’s she’s absolutely the best

I came here about a month ago to get my pedicure done and the lady was so nice. My feet and toes looked amazing. Well I came here two weeks ago and had my eyebrows done and they came out awesome. Best I've had done in a long time. I'm back today and the man did an amazing job. So nice and helpful in my opinion. Will definitely be coming back.

If I could give no stars and leave a review I would have. I went to get a full regular set of nails with one design and got charged $40 and they didn't want to reimburse or do make anything better. I will never return to that nail salon. It was horrible service and they feel like they don't have time for you. But he stood up there to make sure to see if I left a tip or not.
