They did a terrible job and completely ruined my nails. They have no clue how to take acrylics off and if you would like healthy nails I don’t recommend coming here.

This place is awful. They overcharged me for servises i didnt even get. Also washed my sistsrs feet with dishsoap?? My nails r totally crooked and they dont have ANY hand/foot dryers so they make you get gel. Awful experience. Never coming back.

A friend of mine wanted an Appointment at 2:00. Woman who answered phone said we needed to be there by 1:30. We arrived by 1:30. We were not started on until after 2:00. The pedicure was done in gel. My toes look good but unfortunately after 45 years of pedicures, not only did the woman clip my cuticle on left foot but then again on my right foot. Left foot is fine now but I still hurt on right foot; putting on a shoe was very painful. Nice location nice size of shop. I was surprised only 2 women working. This place is by appointment only. Very nice women but very painful foot upon leaving services.

DONT GO HERE!! I really debated posting a review on here because I’m really not the type to leave a bad review anyplace I go no matter what. But I had a terrible experience here. The lady who did my nails (the owner) was exceptionally rude to me when I was nothing but kind and made me feel uncomfortable with even telling her what I’d like for my nails. She left my fingers bleeding and any time I would ask for something she would roll her eyes and start speaking in her language with the other woman there. I work in customer service, and know how it is to get rude or overly needy customers. And I am most definitely neither of those things. This woman nearly made me cry, as my day was already not going so great to begin with, but I wouldn’t ever take that out on somebody else. She started to overcompensate by talking about how nice the weather was when she sensed I was upset. I’m almost mad at myself for still giving her a good tip. I will never go back here. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Great nail salon! I got a dip manicure with gel and it stayed on for three weeks with no chipping. The service was great and the employees are very nice. Tracy was the one who did my nails and it came out exactly how I wanted. The salon is also very clean and well organized.

Truly awful experience. The place looked dirty and unsanitary. The woman who did my nails seemed annoyed/grumpy, she rushed, made me bleed twice without apologizing, pulled on my hand when it wasn’t in the exact position she wanted, and was rough with the file so much that at one point I instinctively yelled and pulled back my hand - still no apology. I don’t understand how this place does business with such lack of cleanliness and such poor customer service. My sister had a very similar experience.

After 35 years experience purchasing pedicure/manicure services, this place was THE MOST AWFUL “service” I have ever had … it was sloppy, negligent and incomplete, and the techs were DISRESPECTFUL, nay, OUTRIGHT RUDE.. all while charging top $$.. HORRENDOUS.

Although they were super nice when making a reservation/ at time of service. I was disappointed with the spa pedicure we got ($50) ea. Massage and scrub was not bad, however, when seeing the work closely at home Cuticles we’re still not cleaned and old nail polish was showing on the sides of my toes. This is unacceptable feel like a fool leaving a 20% tip

Awful experience. The lady filed my skin causing me to bleed the entire time and I kept flinching and she didn’t stop. Leaving me with swollen red fingers. She had a bottle of wine and eating and rubbing her feet against us the entire time. Within a day my acrylics have chipped and fallen off.

I really hate to leave a poor review for a local business but I’m hoping the feedback will be helpful. I made an appointment on their website for a pedicure on a Friday afternoon. Making the appointment was easy and pleasant experience. When I arrived it was clear they were understaffed. There were 4 of us waiting to get pedicures and only 3 people working. I waited 30 minutes and finally was placed in a chair to soak my feet. I waited there for another 20 minutes. Finally the woman started working on my pedicure and apologized for making me wait. Then she gave me the fastest and most stressful and painful pedicure I’ve ever had. The polish was sloppy and my nails were ragged with sharp edges. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to go here.

Went here to get my nails done for my bridal shower weekend with a friend. The lady doing my nails cut my finger open with her file and knew and continued to file as the cut was bleeding and got deeper. She also stabbed her fingernails into my skin. She was rubbing her feet on my leg. While doing my nails she was also eating and playing on her phone. My nails look awful the gel is already ruined. The acrylic has bubbles. They refuse refunds. I will never go back here.

Rude service and poor quality.. I was willing to overlook the very rude woman who did my nails. I can just ignore that. But a week later when my nails began to crack and chip i received even ruder service as they tried to blame me for the problem. They get 2 stars because they did fix my nails without charging me but they again cracked a week later. Won't go back.

I had a really unpleasant experience here yesterday. It was close to the end of the day, so I hope this was just an off day, but I certainly won’t be coming back. I went in for a dip, and while my nails came out decent, the rest was awful. My nail tech destroyed my skin. This was the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. When she was filing she was filing my skin and only a tiny bit of the nail. She then used the power tool all over my cuticles and skin. I noticeably flinched 3-4 times during it but it still kept happening. She then took the cuticle cutters to the raw skin and took way more than necessary. When she finished one of my fingers was bleeding. This morning 4 of my fingers are red and swollen around the cuticles and the one that was bleeding is really painful.

I honestly don’t understand why this place has such a high review on google. If you look on Yelp, you’ll see a more accurate rating. I booked an appointment for my mom and I. I was meeting her there and they got her set up where I couldn’t sit next to her. When I arrived, the woman checking me in was not nice or welcoming and rather than saying hello just told me to go wash my hands. Then she proceeded to talk on the phone throughout my appointment. After asking, they finally sat me next to my mom for our pedicures. DO NOT EXPECT TO BE PAMPERED HERE. You hardly get to soak your feet in the tub and they rush you out of the seat. Still didn’t get to sit next to my mom for the rest of the manicure. I don’t even want to know what my nails look like under the gel polish because she was so rough with the filing. The edges of my nails were extremely jagged and I had to file them down myself after my appointment because they kept getting caught on things. Will not be coming by here again. =[

Not happy with this place at all. Nails weren't shaped and when she used the buffer she cut all my cuticles. When she applied the harder all my damn fingers felt like they were on fire and still two days later they are tender and red.
