I don’t understand the negative reviews for this business. I’ve been a steady customer for the past year, and I am always treated with great respect. The technician who does my gel mani, and the other one who does my pedicures, are both excellent at their jobs. Booking appointments is easy, and the front desk is always so polite and accommodating. I highly recommend Top Nails!

I used to come and just get pedicures but I wanted to try the gel and I’m pretty upset. She made all my nails the same length but didn’t use tips under the gel and charged me $50!!!! For just a gel polish nothing special, also it’s a French and after two days it’s already ruined! The ladies normally talk to you but instead they spoke their own language. The hot stones were cold and the softener for the heals was dry and I tried to tell her but ignored me. Now you know why the tip was 5%. When you work for a service delivery is everything.

I will never go to this salon again! I went here for many years and recently the owners have changed. I go to a new salon for my nails but figured id get a pedicure at Top Nails since they were really good in the past. What a mistake! This place is infested with flies and gnats, theyre all over and you're constantly swatting them away. My pedicure was painful and sloppy. In the middle of my pedicure the owner started yelling that customers need to pay by cash, no more credit cards. She said it would be ok for today, but if you want to come to this salon again you need to pay cash. After this episode she started screaming at the girls for their tickets, and yelling at them for not giving them to the customer fast enough. The place was quiet and empty when I walked in and now I know why. It used to be a clean salon where I felt welcomed and now it's gross. I didn't even dry my toes, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. When I told the girl she was hurting me (my first time ever complaining in 25 years of getting pedicures) she told me "it only hurts a little" and kept digging at my toe. Beware, it has done a complete 180 for the worse!

If I could give a 0 rating, that would be comparable. Poor work, terrible or absent customer service, disorganization, but most importantly racist. Stay far away if you are minority. Non minority are treated overtly better. The work is not comparable to other salons and they are not savvy with designs or new techniques. The manager is even worse!! Take your business elsewhere. They could never get my business again!!!!

Olga is awesome and I loved the gel pedicure. I wouldn’t get a fill on my fingernails here again though. I was charged $162 for a gel pedicure, a fill and an eyebrow wax which is madness. The design looked nothing like the pic I showed them and it’s sloppy and chunky, both the uneven gel application and the way she changed my coffin shape to these huge blocky squares (like why?) Looked like I needed a new fill already when they were done and they’re full of air bubbles. I understand they were busy for Easter weekend but seriously these are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten and the most expensive too what a rip off 😭 had to rock these the whole week on vacation since I got them the night before I left and I literally hate them so much

Was a regular customer...guess the owners are changed now and very bad experience last couple of times!! rude and loud service esp by one person( do not want to mention the name) and the gel application was not uniform and chipped in a week!!!! and they are freaking expensive!!!

Worst pedicure I ever received. My toe nails were a mess when she got done filing.When I tried to talk to someone they did not care. I had 3 different people try and fix the mess she made. Finally I said just paint my nails so I can leave. I would never go back there ever again. The owner and the staff are rude.

Always busy and sometimes have to wait even if you have an appointment but really the the best pedicure you can get in the area. Definitely recommend this place for pedicures!

I got THE BEST pedicure of my life here with Olga! I did have to wait 45 minutes for my appointment, but it was made up for with her incredible massage! Well worth it! A bit annoyed they don’t tell you they charge a fee to pay by card, but lesson learned.

I got a full set of gel wrap nails and when I was leaving I noticed it looked like I already needed fills! It has been less than a week and they are lifting and breaking and look awful! For $105 I expect a lot better quality! Save some money and go somewhere else

My daughter and I have been going here for years. She's now 7 and has gone since she was about 3 yrs old. They treat her like a princess. We love them!

The best pedicure I ever had. They did not rush like most nail salons, you can see they cared how the polish was applied. The leg massage was wonderful. I highly recommend this salon

BEST spot for pedicures. They do such an amazing job! They spend the extra time massaging you and use hot stones. Then after, hot towels. They also offer this softening wax in the back of your heal to soften it while they finish up your pedicure. Many other places, just do a quick massage and hot towels if your lucky for a regular pedicure. Other places can charge up to $60-$75 just for an extra Spa pedicure. But this place offers such a unique experience and I’m never disappointed.

I just got my nails done 3 days ago and I was charged $95 for full set is this ridiculous I will not ever go into that top nail salon anymore the people are very rude and disrespectful I consider and not going there save your money and go somewhere else I asked for long nails and they gave me a short now and my nail broke really fast and I just got them done and they look like I have to redo them again and to get one finger fixed they were going to charge me $6 i’m new to top nail salon I never been there it was my first time going there I’m from LA and I never been charge that much of a amount to do nails

I’ve been going to this establishment for years.. it was very nice, clean and they did amazing work however, the past year or so it went down hill. There’s always flies landing on you and the new receptionist is VERY VERY RUDE AND NASTY!!! She literally will make the owner lose a lot of business considering the owner is such a sweet lady.. but I don’t see her there often anymore. I would go to Jenni for gel manicures and the pedicures were always nicely done by other techs. They give great massages and usually take their time. Moving along, I realized this wasn’t ordinary gel used for my manicures .. it damaged my nails like an acrylic but it last for very long so I continued to get it. The reason for this review is the extremely rude and unprofessional assistant they have.. she’s terrible and will cause a lot of business loss.

The owners are not nice people more like slave drivers to the staff. They are unable to manage appointments and several of my friends and I have sat and waited for over 30 min. I have had several experiences when I call days, if not a week , in advance to make an appointment and I have waited up to hour. Although, the staff is nice both Linda and her boyfriend are not honest or nice. Instead of offering a discount on the treatment, they let you stand there and wait, especially during Covid. I should report them to the state. They need to get their act together
