Horrible pedicure lady. Barely gave me foot massage and didn’t even file my nails properly. Chipped the edge on both large toenails and then was forcing me to pay for additional massage even though I declined wanting extra. The nail polish already started peeling in 2 days. Poor service and subpar work. Not going back.

It was my second time at Top City, I decided to get the same thing I got the first time Bubble Bath Short Gel X, this time a different lady did them. I asked if she could keep my length under the gel X so next time I could get Gel- all my nails are different sizes.. After she finished I got home and realized, I could stick my finger between my real nail and the gel X tip, they weren’t glued. Only cured at the bottom. After 3 days they are slowly popping off one by one (I don’t have pictures with them off bc I superglued them back I can’t anfford getting them done again) and getting dirty inside because they weren’t glued. I’m upset because I paid $60 and 3 days later, went to an event with missing nails. It’s quite expensive nowadays, so I’d wish they would just refund. So upset, I love my first Gel X done here, but this ruined by experience. The lady working on my hands seemed in such a rush, and when I asked questions she wouldn’t really answers, it was an awkward experience overall. The whole time they were just speaking to each other in (I believe) Vietnamese and whispering in each others ears, while I just stood.

A guy did my sisters nails and did not do what she asked she asked for blue French tips and he did not do what was told and did them white 😡

I gave this place a 5 five star except some workers are not that great. I come here often and I get different nail tech every time with no problem except the nail tech on number 5. I am not sure what happened that day but I didn’t like her vibe and her work at all. It was my first with her but I knew and recognized here because I go there once in a while to get my nails done. Going back to nail tech number 5 she was a bit unprofessional and didn’t show any passion that day that she wants to do nails. Overall it was a great experience and still want to come here to get my nails done. I will give that lady a second chance and see she might have a different attitude this time.

You can't beat the pedicure price! Quick service even without appointment. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a good affordable pedicure :) have tried both gel and regular polish no issue!

Got pedicures with my man we walked in and right away got us a seat and the massage was AMAZING. 100000/10 best place to get your nails done and the workers were SO nice

Came here for my Mother's Day gift and now I am so bummed out that I did. Spent $85 on French gel manicure with design and regular pedicure. Plus $14 for tips. $99 total. My gel French manicure only lasted 4-5 days before it started chipping on the white tips. I have never had a gel manicure do that before. My other places always last 2-3 weeks due to my nails growing out, not chipping. Will not be back, sorry. I will drive further to my regular place in Norco.

Extremely unprofessional. Very frightening. Unnerving in every way. I keep having to delete my review and remake it because the owners are LITERALLY harassing me Owner(s) are unhinged. To the point where I genuinely believe a professional should get involved and this place should be sold to someone who is actually mentally intact. They couldn't even hold a conversation with me, as they kept claiming I had said things that I never said and I couldn't get ANYWHERE with them because of that (and all of our interactions are documented online so I'm not sure where their confusion even came from since everyone can see what was said at all times). I could not have been more clear with what I was saying, and despite that: they were not open to any correction of possible misunderstandings in the slightest, so you better pray they understand what you mean on the first try, because heaven forbid there's a misunderstanding and you attempt to correct them on ANYTHING. At which point they WILL have a problem with you and they WILL make it a big deal, which is extremely unnecessary (especially for something as simple as getting my nails done) I don't morally feel right doing business with a company that is run by people who literally can not handle their jobs because they're so mentally ill. Running a social business is not an appropriate profession for people who act like this. Please get help or sell your business if you cant be professional OR reasonable. Get help, if not to protect the public, then at the very least do it so that you're not so obviously suffering as much anymore. And based on other bad reviews (and the appalling response from the owners), I'm not the only one who has experienced this insanity.

Great service and well organized. Walk in twice with less than 5 minutes wait time. They provide drink for Pedicure service.... so awesome.

Linda and amber are great. I been doing my pedicure with Linda for years and she always does a great job, my mom does hers with Amber, she is great too. Great job ladies!

The service here has really declined over the years. The ladies are so rude, especially when I bring my little five-year-old girl, they yell at her and are so impatient. Once I asked them to cut my nails a little shorter, and the lady handed me the nail cutter and told me to do it myself. I gave them so many chances but the last three visits were disappointing and service was rushed. Will not be going back.
