Omg this nail salon is the best I’ve been to 5 different places and every time my nails don’t last and they always look like a kid did them. But here they took their time and made sure I was satisfied with everything they were doing I will definitely be coming back I know I found my new favorite nail salon 💅

I asked for dip removal. The person who did my nails peeled off the dip from my nails using the cuticle removal tool- no acetone soak off at all. I asked her if they always do that and she said yes, almost offended that i asked. I was charged $16… absolutely ridiculous

Paid $77 total for gel nails and pedicure got crome added on my hands so that was $10+ . I understand prices are high bc people need to make a living. I cannot afford to be getting my nails done all the time so I only get them done for special occasions. I don’t understand how someone who does nails all the time gets the polish all the way to the cuticle to where the very next day the polish starts to lift not only that but the polish is wearing off on the edges. Not happy with the work that was done. I should have spoken up but I’d rather just find somewhere else to go.

I used to really like coming here, I don’t get my nails done very often but the last two times that I have been here it has been very rushed and they are very rough. I grow my natural nails and keep them with almond shape. I wanted the tech to clean up my almond shape and do a pink tip. She never compared any of my nails with the other hand and ruined the shape on almost all of my nails. Very careless. I was cut with a nail file that’s how rough, careless and quick she was being. Unfortunately this will be the last time I will come back. I really wanted to stand up and walk out while she was working on my hands. She did okay on my pedi but I think a 12 year old could have painted my toes much cleaner. I paid $60 to walk out unhappy… UPDATE: it’s been 6 days since my manicure and two of my nails have now broke.

Love this place been going here for about 4 years now, love ❤️ totally recommend they are usually busy but they fit you in. Always get acrylics, love how they always come out, super nice love how they ask you questions so you won’t get bored :) Cindy & helen are the best.

Muy mala experiencia me i se mis uñas aquí por primera ves el día 28 de octubre 22 y la china que me las iso me corto muy feo mi dedo pequeño con la lima y a la semana de ponérmelas se me cayeron 2 uñas no la recomiendo 👎👎

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE AT THIS PLACE! THE STAFF IS VEEY UNPROFESSIONAL. I MADE AN APPOINTMWNT AND THEY TOOK ANOTHER CLIENT AND TOLD ME TO WAIT, WHEN I WOULDNT WAIT THE LADY GAVE ME A DIRTY LOOK. I ASKED HER TO REFILE A NAIL AND ANNIE REFUSED TO DO MY NAILS AND SAID SHE JUST DIDNT WANT TO. I ALLOWED THE OWNERS WIFE TO DO MY NAILS A DIFFERENT TIME AND THEY CAME OUT BUMPY AND UGLY. NAILS ARE EXPENSIVE AND IF I WANT A NAIL SHAPE REFILED, DO IT! I AM PAYING YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Will NEVER be coming back here again. I broke THREE nails in under one week due to poor quality of the nails. One of the same nails broke a SECOND time after being fixed and started from scratch because the lady was rushing and not being thorough. Nail techs should know how to make nails that don’t break so quick and easily. I went to get the first one fixed which should have never broke in the first place because I went in with it cracked already so they should have fixed it during my fill. I didn’t pay for the first one because I told them about this, but they charged me for the second nail and i’m sure they would have charged for the third. I went in to get the third broken nail fixed despite being upset with them, and they told me to “come back we’re busy” even though I just needed ONE nail fixed and it was my third time being there that week. Every time I try to make an appointment and give them a time, they try to make me change the time I ask for. Poor quality and rude customer service. If you’re going to provide poor quality nails the least you could do is try to make up for it instead of demanding to pay for nails that should have never broke in the first place and being rude about it. Extremely disappointed.
