I've been seeing Ericka every four weeks for the last year and don't plan on stopping any time soon. One time I showed up with a pulled hamstring and she definitely helped me recover quicker than I would have on my own.

I had the pleasure of receiving a customized facial from Monica. She did an excellent job explaining each step of the process, detailing its purpose and benefits. Additionally, she recommended some products for purchase and home care. Will be revisit to incorporate this service into my selfcare routine.

Will be coming back! Great atmosphere, clean air, and soothing music! The massage was spot on with perfect pressure. I even walked out with advice on relieving noticed muscle tension, hydration, and stretching I would have never thought of myself.

Stephen is so knowledgeable in what he does! He uses a variety of techniques to help alleviate any tightness you may have. And he listens to what you want focused on and delivers. I'm very excited to have seen his new location and learn that he is personally training his staff, so I'm sure that you can't go wrong with anyone here!

I had an amazing experience at Tocar Spa. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. I received a facial from Ericka and my facial felt rejuvenating, and my skin looked amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to some self-care! Will definitely be back!

I just moved to Columbia and happened to google massages in my area. I am so glad Tocar spa popped into my search. The day before I had to push back my massage because of daycare issues and they were so accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with Russell. He was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the intake process. The space itself was clean and calming. He checked in throughout the massage to ensure the pressure was good which was great. After the massage, he provided me some education on different stretches that could be helpful which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning and looking into their other services.

I had such a relaxing massage here and can’t wait for my next one! Russell was attentive to my shoulder and lower back tension from working at a desk all day and incorporated some stretches into my massage that worked wonders. Felt relaxed and restored on my way out. Definitely recommend Tocar Spa

Amazing massage today from Russell. He was very considerate and ensured comfort the entire time, and the massage was super relaxing and restorative. He even showed me a few stretches to help with my neck/shoulder tension. Highly recommend!!

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was very inviting. Ericka was very pleasant and customer service oriented. We talked and got to know a little about each other. You could tell that this wasn’t just a job for her and that she loves what she does. I would definitely recommend this place and highly recommend Ericka.

Tocar was a very relaxing spa that is a must to return to. My friends and I all enjoyed ourselves very much and we loved being able to enjoy the relaxation room while we waited for our friends to finish their massages. Each masseuse cater to our needs and we’re very kind and considerate to us during our sessions.

Wonderful experience today with Stephen! From the moment I walked in felt welcomed, he actually greeted me at the door upon my arrival @10mins before my appt start time. Worked all the kinks out of my tight hamstrings, lower back and utilized heat in a way that allowed my muscles to relax- usually not easy for me due to prior high impact sports /exercise. Gave tips on follow up and incorporating my massage gun at home. Highly recommend Tocar Spa!

I have been going to Tocar spa for several years now! The services are always excellent. Stephen is excellent and always makes sure I am comfortable during my session. He is always making recommendations on how I can have optimal function of muscles and reduce tension. He has given me great stretches I can incorporate at home that would benefit me. One thing I love about tocar is the atmosphere in the spa is always relaxing and calm. They are always finding new ways to improve the customers experience and added services that are beneficial to the customer. I am always recommending them to people as I am a regular client. I highly recommend this spa!

I recently visited Tocar Spa with my husband for our anniversary, and we tried their newly offered couples massage. It was such a fantastic experience! Ericka and Steve were our therapists, and they were both amazing at their job. They not only made us feel relaxed but also provided helpful information on how we could prevent muscle tightness. Steve even showed my husband some stretches to help with his pain, which was incredibly thoughtful. We both left feeling rejuvenated and cared for, and I will definitely be returning! I’ll be requesting Ericka next time for a massage and facial combo. Highly recommend!

Relaxing atmosphere and welcoming staff. This location is in a nice location with plenty parking. The facility is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Steven was my masseur, very professional and attentive to my needs. Communicated very well and encouraged vocalizing your likes and dislikes. Erika was my friends esthetician but her energy and attitude definitely made me want to come back and get a facial for my next visit. Looking forward to my next experience, highly recommend (:

I recently had a massage at Tocar Spa. My masseuse was Russell and he was great!! He listened to my concerns and needs and provided service based on those. Afterwards he even provided some insight and suggestions on small things I can do at home to improve flexibility and range of motion. Money and time well spent for some self-care.
