First off door was locked when I arrived. Smh I asked how much they would charge to do my nails like this $122.00.... That's outrageous. No I am good, I asked if I could at least try to get my eyebrows done... Nope. I have to make an appointment for that. Please take down the sign that says walk-ins are welcome because obviously they are not

So I go in there to get long nails and all she was going to do was paint my regular nails so basically I paid for nothing $35 for nail extensions

They charge more than what's listed on their sheet, and refused to give me a receipt of the charges.

I was in town to go on a cruise. I broke 2 acrylic nails so I stopped in to have them fixed. I did not have them long in length and 2 were my original nails but not the 2 that broke. The Manager ( or whoever was in charge at the time) argued with me that all my nails were real. I couldn’t believe that she was basically calling me a liar. I told her that 2 were mine but the rest weren’t. She continued to ARGUE with me!! Finally, I told her what they looked like when they were put on my nails (really long) and my nail girl cut them down to match my length of my 2 real nails. I had to push my thumb down to show her my real nail attached to the fake one!! She then believed me. It turns out the young girl who was going to take care of me, wasn’t allowed to put on acrylics and could only put gel polish on my nails. I agreed just to get it done and get out of there. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as long as that woman is working there. I’ve never been gaslighted before by a place of business! It was unreal.

My friend and I went for a Sunday Girls day to get our nail done. Anna did an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure. I wanted something fun for a music festival and Anna picked out the perfect choice! It’s right downtown and great customer service! If you go in, ask for Anna, she’s so accommodating and helpful!

i rarely leave google reviews but WE LOVE coming to tina’s nails! the place is spacious, with young techs who are able to do trendy freestyle designs! i’ve been to most salons down in seattle and was looking for a place to be a regular at, and i finally found it! the quality of their services are top tier, and they work efficiently to get you in and out, happy with your nails :) this was my girlfriend and i’s 2nd time visiting after getting a really nice pedi our first time and they gave us super cute matching nails, definitely will be back for our next set!

The staff were very polite and nice.The pedicure was calming and relaxing so was the manicure. However, at the time of nail art I had to change the technician as the one serving me could not understand what I wanted. But they were happy to redo my nail art and did not charge me extra :) overall a good experience!

She charged me $195 for bumpy nails and basic French tip for my daughter. No art or anything. Over paid for bad job.

Tina nails highly recommended. Anna does a real good job and very professional. If you’re ever in Seattle come down here and get your nail treatment you’re in very good hands.

Anna did an amazing job of 2 sets of Halloween nails on me. I vaguely told her what my vision is and she wowed me. It was my first time getting acrylics and her amazing skill and patience made me less nervous. Great with decals and themes, I can't wait for Christmas nails!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I received Gel-X Nails and one popped off within 2 days without me really doing anything with my hands. Then more popped off within the week. Total of 4 nails popped off at a very expensive cost. The manager would not refund me after me explaining the situation politely, and I was already out of town.. Do not recommend if you are from out of town since they will refuse to refund if anything goes wrong! Edit after owner response: the only reason my service "took longer" than expected was because the tech said she could not do what I wanted her to do. We had to adjust every single aspect of the simple design(aura and a line going through the middle) and adjust colors because you didn't even have that .The solutions you gave were store credit or redo the nails(AGAIN, mind you),but II was only in Seattle for a business trip and do not plan on coming again. I was already out of town after the 2nd incident, so ultimately, I don't think that the options given were fair.

This place was so bad. They didn’t even put the right nails on my hand, after showing them the picture 3 or 4 times. Took up 30 of minutes for the wrong set, so I told her and she made me pay $20 to take my nails off, when I sat in her chair and bite them off one by one in front of her. All she did was file my nails. Nail filing = $20!!

🙌As a new Seattle resident, finding my nail home has been a huge comfort and I absolutely recommend Tina's!!!! Every set I've gotten have been great from the shaping and thickness to the design. Nice welcoming shop environment I'm used to from home. I've been in by walk-in and appointment without any issue.💜 I have to shout out Anna because she has been amazing 👏 she definitely enjoys her work and that energy makes all the difference to me. ***The white set is what I'm rocking currently and the Christmas set held strong for a MONTH with barely any lift before I went back. I'm in housekeeping so they weren't just there looking pretty 😂 Also got to meet the new owner and she seemed really nice, so that's a plus.

I will never stop going here for my nails! The best acrylic and fills I’ve ever had! They hold up every time until my next fill, and I don’t ever worry about them breaking or chipping because the quality is so good!

Kim is the best!!! It’s a treat to have such a great nail spot in the neighborhood! I took a break from coming due to Covid and I’m so glad to be back. They do a great job and provide extra care as needed. I tend to get really bad calluses on my feet due to running, I asked that they do a bit more to remove them. My feet feel amazing now and are 99% callus free - need a bit to not impact running. I enjoy having a glass of wine wine while being pampered. Normally I get a gel mani and pedi however today just doing a pedicure as I will be back in 2 weeks to have my nails done for a special event. Oh and it must be mentioned that I received a gift certificate for here right before Covid - 2 years later they still honored it. Was totally surprised and grateful as that has not been my experience with small business.

My family and I have been going here for 3 years. They are always super welcoming, remember my kids, and do a great mani-pedi. They work very hard and squeeze in walk-ins even when they are busy because they are very kind. Patience is a virtue and I’m disappointed to see some reviews from people who didn’t want to wait their turn. They take the same care and attention to every person so schedule ahead or be patient when they are busy and you will also get great care.

Space is right next to historic 5 Point cafe! Great food across the street and is very convenient for tourist coming off the cruise. WE had a great time using their service. Friendly people if you are friendly back, great place!

This place is sooo bad I’ve given them too many chances. First they don’t wear gloves which can be enough reason to shut them down. They make me bleed every single time which means they’re touching everyone’s blood with their bare hands and exposing it to other clients. Second they never get my nails right. No matter how many times I ask them to fix something it’s never right. And $70 for a full set that I’m not even happy with? All around bad

jammed a nail tip between my polygel and natural nail to saw off the polygel haha. made a promise to myself to get up and leave a salon if anyone tries that with me again. if you're looking to shed a few nail layers off for no reason i really think you cant go wrong w this place 🥰 there is lifting all over the cuticle area because the acrylic shouldn't go on skin i guess? who would've thought . i enjoy my nails from afar and with my eyes closed 🤗

the nails and pedicure were fine. the brazilian wax was extremely rough and when i went to pay, they raised the price from $40 shown on the wall to $70.. and brought out a poster from the back with "updated prices"

Saw the customer before me (Ndhi) get treated rudely. She tried to tell them she’s unhappy with the work, they did not care. She walked out unsatisfied, so walked out before they do the same thing to me. Went to another nail salon nearby.

Zero customer satisfaction when they are crowded. My skin was peeling during gel nail removal and my nails were scratching my own skin after the final filing
