I have given this place a try a bunch of times because they will always take walk-ins. I will say that they do a great pedicure and I've never had complaints about my feet being done before. My nails are a different story. Every time I get tips done, they break off super fast. I got my nails done exactly a week ago and two already broke off. All I did was put a piece of paper in the trash can and one broke off so easily. The other broke when I was simply pulling on sweatpants after a shower. I have never had this problem with other salons so I don't know what they are doing differently, but it's not working. I also don't like how thick and unnatural they make the nails sometimes with dip. And they don't file the nails down after doing the dip to make sure it smooth so my nails always end up "wavy." It costs wayyy too much money to have poor quality and not even last a week. Overall this salon is good for a pedicure but I would get my manicures else where.

Keep giving this place a chance and just get so let down. Never met with any sort of warmth. Hands and feet just get thrown around. Callus treatment is a small tool that gets passed between them with no cleaning and a few taps on the foot- 5 dollar up charge. Dip manicure includes nothing for cuticles and a Few squeezes on the hand- 40 dollars?? Such a bummer.

Person doing my pedi more interested in conversation either side of her ( not english). Massage was horrible. I had to ask her to do the back of my calfs. Maybe should be 1 star

When I go to get my nails done, I always get a manicure and deluxe pedicure. Today I didn’t even get to pick my pedicure. I wasn’t offered a nail trim on my toes. I was burned multiple times with the nail file drill. My nails look horrible. She didn’t even get all the nail polish off before applying the new color!! I tried this place before and wanted to give it a fair second chance. I am done coming here.

What I really like is that they make sure you know how much the service will be especially for specialty nails and go over the receipt with you on the charges.

not at all what the picture looked like. the girl had the photo i showed her up the entire 2 hours she spent doing my nails and still didn’t get it right. the shape is off and the design was just cheetah print and tips. $80 wasted.

Tigon does a great job with acrylics and can do any design. My go too nail salon!

Worse manicure, pedicure I have ever received . I felt rushed, sloppy manicure. The technician spoke no English, so I was unable to communicate with her when my cuticles started to bleed. Definitely will not be going back.

First time at this place today, just wanted to try somewhere new. First of all, the shop is BEAUTIFUL, a lot classier and cleaner than other nail salons in this area. I was a walk in and they seated me right away. I had the deluxe pedicure which included a sugar scrub, mask, amaaazing hot stone massage and a paraffin wax. Tina really took her time which I appreciated, a lot of other places I go to I feel like they’re just rushing to get to the next person. Tigon did my dip powder manicure and was very efficient and sure to ask me how I liked everything. Definitely going to make this my new go to place!!

I hate to give them this review, but the quality is just not great. Pedicures I would absolutely give a 4-5 star. I have been coming here since them opening. When it comes to your actual nails, I’ve had nothing but issues that I never had before. With acrylics, they never stayed on. Then I started doing powder. I got it done a week ago. It’s already lifting. They do not clean up your nails either before starting. You don’t get your cuticles clean. Only nail salon I’ve been too that doesn’t do that. They are very friendly people. But I will no longer be spending money here on my nails.

I have been going to Tigon for dip powder manicures for a few years now. Friendly service and I love how long my nails last! I have tried several other area nail salons in the past but Tigon's is my favorite. I also recommend the the jelly pedicure.

Love my experience and my nails. Tigon and her crew take care of you. If there is something you do not like or just simply doesn’t suit your fancy, just let them know. They will fix for you. Tigon wants you to walk out her door happy. It’s a very nice relaxing time. Mimosa are good too!!!

Absolutely the BEST spot for pedicures!!!!!!! I cannot recommend the Jelly Pedicure enough - it keeps my nerve pain in my feet from flaring up for a month!! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, talented, and kind! They do wonderful work!!! I've tried a few other spots and nothing compares!

I have a good experience every time I go, but unfortunately, the quality depends on who you get. I loved my nails but when I got a closer look when I got home, 2 of my nails had some bubbles and she didn’t shave down the underside of my acrylics and there was a bunch of extra acrylic at the corners of my nails. She definitely didn’t do a bunch of steps that is usual when you get acrylics. Hopeful that this is just a one off thing.

I have been to so many different nail salons and I’ve never been happy with any of them until I went to Tigon’s! I absolutely love everything about this place! Tigon and her crew are all professional and personable! I’ve gotten pedicures and manicures. Only place I’ll go from now on.

I’ve been back 3 times now and feel comfortable enough to write this review. I grade my nails kind of in an OCD way so I want them all even, meaning if I touch my pinky’s they’re the same length, etc. I don’t want them to get caught on my hair in the shower (this is big for me, I won’t go back), I don’t want my cuticles to bleed while they’re drilling and they need to be able to withstand life. I don’t want to walk around like a girly girl scared to break a nail (I personally don't get them long though) SOOOOOOOO anyway I was in the midst of building a chicken coop with my husband and to be honest it was kind of a bad time for fake nails BUT after my first time here, they withstood drilling, picking up plywood and lumber, laying gravel, painting, caulking and the list goes on. Not one chipped, cracked or broken nail. I was so shocked. They lasted 3 weeks between refills the first time, the second time they last 4 weeks and look horribly grown out, but still no cracks, breaks or chips. They don’t get caught on my hair after 4 weeks and they’re always even and look good. I’ve been to at least 8 different nail salons in Berks County so when I found them in Ephrata I was excited to give it a try. I drive 25 minutes out of my way to get them done! They always offer me a drink, they always massage my hands and they always get the hot towel to put on your hands. Most nail salons have skipped this massage and towel all together. Lost one of my tips after a few days. Went in and explained my dilema and one of the techs offered to help right away. She immediately said there would be no charge and was very adamant about not accepting any tip. There service is always very professional and my time spent there is very relaxing!

my gel nails turned a hideous color after only 1 week and are coming off . They were originally a cute nude color but turned greenish. Not worth the money I can do better myself at home .
