This review is long overdue! I have been going to Tiffany's for roughly 15 years now - 3 different locations and 3 different nail techs. Yes, you read that correctly - only THREE different technicians in 15 years. Why? Because it is rare that a tech leaves and if they do, it's generally because they have opened their own spot or to work with family. This should speak volumes about the owners and their standards! I have gotten lash lifts, basic gel manicures, acrylic, gel-x, soft gel - you name it, I have done it and they have always excelled. I would drop my favorite techs names but they are busy enough and I don't want to share (kidding, sort of) !!. It's 2025, level up your nail game and be extra nice to the person generally answering the phone or at the front desk ‘cause she is the rockstar of keeping things in order.

I’ve been coming to east bay for work for 4 years now and it’s been so hard trying to find a good person to do my nails while I’m out here. I’m so happy I tried Tiffany’s! I booked an appointment with Cherry and she is the best! She listens to exactly what I want and she is very good at what she does. All of the employees are very sweet and the place is clean! If you need a quality place to get your nails done definitely book at Tiffany’s!

If I could leave a zero star I would. I absolutely loved this spa just a year ago. I was extremely happy to find a salon that did great pedicures. I have been a customer for just about a year. On my last visit I came in to get my usually classic mani and pedi. Diane always does my pedi and is great at what she does. For the first time I had Ivy do my mani. Long story short I got an infection from the mani. The doctor had to drain my finger and put me on antibiotics. I reached out several times for over 2 months. Because I really enjoyed the pedicures here I simply wanted to speak with management or the owner to discuss precautions that could be taken if I decide to come back. I have yet to hear from anyone. The reception claims that she’s left notes for the owner. Two days ago she promised that she would call management right then and call me back. Well today I decided just to book a pedi and see if I could just talk to management then. To my surprise, I was BANNED from scheduling any appointment. I logged into my mothers account to see if it was a central issue and no she could book as she pleased. I find this to be OUTRAGEOUS especially for a company that I had such high hopes for. To blatantly disregard my concerns and health let’s me know that this isn’t the shop for me or anyone for that matter. Everything that glitters isn’t gold, this beautiful decorated business could care less about the safety and health of their customers. I am extremely disappointed.

Love the experience so far. The nail care staff are experts. The place is absolutely clean! I do feel pampered there. I have yet to try the facial services but I will. I noticed the same facial care product line as other high end salons.

I have always had a great experience with manicure and pedicure. Booking, payment, and availability is super easy. You get the person you book with. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Diane. Bonus - it’s such a pretty salon with comfy thrones, a varied drink menu, seasonal decor, and good music. Very relaxing and I’ve never felt rushed with service

I love Tiffany’s! Not only do they provide great quality service, but the salon is beautiful, clean & gorgeous! The decor is so cute! Kat is fast, sweet & does a great job on my lashes! I’ll keep coming back forever!

i’ve been here a few times. everytime i come here it’s great energy very nice people. but after getting a pedicure from the other day…looks like i won’t be coming here anymore. The person who usually does my pedicure “Danny” did my pedicure soooooo BAD! like it looks terrible. I still tipped him and just left out of there with a smile but I’m not paying all that money if my pedicure is going to look absolutely horrible. hopefully in the future they select better nail techs

I'm always satisfied with the service and have never had an issue. I've been a client before they moved and the service was always fast and smooth, as long as you're booking an appointment with them. Not sure if they do walk-ins and if they do, how long it takes to be helped. But I've always booked an appointment to be serviced when I want with no issues. I only get my eyebrows waxed, and with either Vivian or Theresa, both amazing.

Crazy drunk Asian Customer yell at me. Only Asian Customers were served a complimentary drink and was provided with full service. Workmanship was poor and they get angry and cancel your services if you ask for corrections. Pinky nail was originally installed sideways, nails had air bubbles and the nail technician got upset and cancelled doing designs on my nails for having her straighten my pinky nail. Watch out they will provide poor service then try to overcharge you for it. Owner declined my payment for the pedicure because I informed him I was given incorrect services and was being overcharged. Boy was he angry he said don't pay and get out.

Visited for my first time recently. Mani pedi. Amazing job. Excellent service. Quality work. Went back a few days later for wax services. Great job as well. This is officially my new spot. A little on the expensive side but worth it.
