This is my third visit to Tick-Tick Nails, I called last minute and arrived 1 hour before closing. I was welcomed happily and although the place was full, I was not asked to schedule for another day. All of the nail techs are professional, highly skilled and pleasant to work with. They remembered my color and strive to connect with their clients. You must try if you're in a crunch or shopping for a new nail salon. Update: June 25, I've been coming to Tick-Tick Nails for over 2 years. Quality of service and professional staff still the same, one thing that has changed, they prefer cash Thursday to Sundays. Zelle, Apple Pay accepted as well. Ask for Terry or Hannah! OCT 29, consistently amazing! Terry worked her magic and I'm party ready in the blink of an eye. Highly recommend the location by the Ralph's. Have not been to the other location.

This place is AMAZING every time I go. It’s clean!! The massage chairs are a great add-on. I get the deluxe pedicure and it’s never rushed. They take their time and truly do pay attention to detail. Love that I found this spot.

I called two weeks ago and made my appoint for today 6/11 at 4:30pm. I arrived to my appointment five minutes early and saw every employee was in the middle of services no where near being done. I was asked what I wanted, I explained I had an appointment at 4:30 it's now 4:44 no one has acknowledged me since 4:25 and I will be walking out and never returning shortly after leaving this review. Very disappointed in this customer service interaction compared to my first visit.

The service started out good. I didn’t want gel on my toes, she did as I told her. But I did wanted gel on my hand nails - she “assumed” I didn’t and started painting them with regular when I brought it up to her attention she said that it was too late, I do know why she couldn’t do it again. Anyway, I paid over 150$ for something I didn’t get, sucks!

They over charge here especily if they are teens they take advantage. $123 just for french tip that’s ridiculous! And they dont tell them the price. And the work is mot that great. Make sure u go with your kids so they wont take advantage.

I waited with my sister for half an hour for Maria to just skip over her when I stepped out to get food and she hadn't started on the other person when I got back. Very rude to treat customers like this. She could have at least seen me when I got back since she had not started on the other person and I had been waiting on her. She also put the wrong size gel x tip on my middle finger and just painted it my nail to conceal it.
