NP Lauren Muir has helped so many people in my community in their journey to becoming their happiest healthiest selves. For me personally, she helped come up with a game plan of preventative aging technique's. Starting off with all these products and services can be really overwhelming but Lauren is so good at educating her patients about what each one does.
