Shusma (I think that was her name I was so excited I forgot to ask but saw this name on the business card) is absolutely phenomenal! Today was my first day ever getting my eyebrows done. She was gentle and welcoming and such a genuine person. Can’t wait to keep seeing her!

I have lived in dutchess county all my life and have searched high and low for a good eyebrow place. I have traveled to the Bronx, to Middle town, to Beacon and finally here. Sujita is the absolute best at eyebrow threading! She listens to me and cleans them up perfectly. I recommend her to anybody who wants beautiful eyebrows!

I live in Atlanta & have family in the area so when I visit and it’s time to get my lashes redone I make an appt with Shushma. She’s welcoming & does great lashes. I would recommend her business to anyone looking to get their lashes done.

I got my lashes done here twice with no issues. Got my lashes done here earlier this month and I will never go back! As my lashes fell off naturally so did my NATURAL LASHES! Currently have two sections in my lashes on both eyes with no lashes!

I had Sujita today and Shusma the first time I came here and they are wonderful! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My eyebrows look amazing and for my first lip thread, it was quick and painless, now I’m all smooth and feeling great! I love this place! I appreciate the tips from Sujita on how to fill in my eyebrows, as well as how Shusma explained the threading process to me with my first threading here. They truly want the best for you and I love that feeling! Thank youu both!!! 10/10 recommend.

I got my lash extensions and eyebrows threaded here. They really took their time, explained the steps to me as they were doing them, and were really friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I think the price is very reasonable, especially for the amount of attention you get. And most importantly, my lashes and brows turned out great! I will definitely be a return customer!

I went here for the first time today in preparation for my baby shower. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years and have visited many salons. Shushma was so kind and gentle and listened to what I wanted. Never in the amount of time I've gone to get my brows threaded has someone asked me mid service to check and see if I liked what she was doing. As someone who takes their brows seriously, I really appreciated that as it can be intimidating trying a new salon. Shushma really knows what she was doing and the whole service was pain free! I absolutely love how my brows came out and am excited to have found my new go-to spot!

If you are looking for a place to get any threading, tinting or even eyelash extensions they have got it all and more! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating! Shusma has been doing my eyebrows/eyelashes for over a year now and she exceeds my expectations every time! This is my favorite salon to go to because i know they will give me the exact look i am going for! Now if youre new here and contemplating which place to try this is definitely what youre looking for, not only because their amazing staff but also because of their comfortable and welcoming environment! I will always recommend this place to my friends and if it was possible to give it more than 5 stars i would!!

RIP OFF !!! Talk about horrendous. The lashes started dropping not even five hours later …. The owner told me I’m crazy for telling her what happened I asked her how they would look. She showed me a picture of how the lifted lashes would look. Clearly, did not turn out that way. Told me it would look like that. But then when I asked will they be really curled and touching my lids she responded to. I’m not sure I can’t guarantee it. Then told me to come in during when she’s free. Call her hours before. If it’s a quick fix why call hours before ?? No one came into the salon. This is also my second time here. The first time I went the new trainee she had ruined my eyebrows. Then she had the nerve to say she remembers that I was going to write a review but didn’t. Also this is my headache that my lash is dropping. Not hers. So apparently I’m giving her a headache when her JOB WAS not done correctly. Customer satisfaction is first, key to business. This place deserves 0 stars. She’s “booked” but no one came in her salon while I was there.

The staff was very friendly. I am not leaving a review about the kindness of the staff. I really hate having to leave a bad review, but I don’t want any one else to have the same experience I had here in terms of service. I came here for eyebrow threading and cluster lashes and both were epic fails. I specifically asked the woman to keep my eyebrows thick and she removed parts of my eyebrow that have never ever been removed before. So they are thinner than they have ever been in my entire life. They are also uneven. One side is arched and the other side is not. One said is higher than the other side and the middle gap between the two brows are uneven as well. Wow. What a poor job that I will have to now live with for weeks and watch outgrow awkwardly for months. On top of that I received cluster lashes. My eyes were burning throughout the session but the girl said that was normal and gave me a fan. They felt heavy and uncomfortable when I left and there was clear chunks of glue that you could see on my lashes. I immediately went home and scheduled an appointment to have them removed because they did not feel right. I woke up and my eyes were swollen. I went back the next day to get them removed. The woman said it would take 10 minutes but it took an hour. When she was done, there was still chunks of glue on my lashes, evident natural eyelash loss, and my lashes all together were hard and sticky. She removed the cluster lashes, but the glue remained and she told me to use an oil based remover at home. I have been trying to remove the rest of the glue and I am having no luck. All of this and I still had to pay for everything: the bad brows, the poor eyelash application, and the eyelash removal with poor glue removal. The staff was friendly so I feel bad having to write this, but I do not recommend these services. My eyebrows and eyelashes are worse than they have ever been.

Very calm atmosphere friendly staff very covid respectful with the schedule of customers inside the shop at once. They did a great job with my natural looking lashes also my daughter loves how long her lashes last on her as well.

Where to go for eyelash luxury? Makeover Planet!! I’m in love with my lashes and the service is excellent! Shushma slays my lashes every time. I recommend her for every compliment! The atmosphere is relaxing and good vibes all around.

My eyes brows are thick so I like to keep this clean and have them shape them for me. I believe the lady does an good job doing the eye brows, I’ve no complaint. Oh yes she also does eyes lashes amazingly from what others I know tell me so definitely call and make an appointment :)

Sushma is so kind and gentle and does an amazing job at eyebrow threading! I got a wash, haircut, and blowout here for the first time today and it came out beautiful. I love how the salon is very quiet, relaxing and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
