Haven't yet visited Anna's new place, but I have been going to Anna for years and know that she is the most incredible massage therapist there is. She has a unique ability to know exactly what to focus on without you saying a word. Congratulations on this incredible accomplishment. I know everything to come will be even better than ever. Can't wait to start my healing again with her soon after having to pause for a bit!

Anna is a gifted massage therapist who is not only skilled in technique from years of experience but, in my case, seems to have a special and unique ability to “feel” what needs to be focused on and healed in my body. I love that she will refocus the session work accordingly. The three lymphatic drainage massage sessions I’ve had so far have resulted in a remarkable amount of post-surgery healing and energy.

I went to Anna for my first-ever massage by a skilled practitioner. I did not go in with much of a goal or expectation, I just wanted to remain curious about the process and to learn more about what kind of role massage could play in my own self-care regimen. Anna is very passionate about her work, and it shows in the wealth of knowledge she possesses and freely shares. Her approach was patient and unimposing, despite my inexperience and my somewhat ambiguous direction for our session. It was apparent that we both share some interest in healing practices, so I admittedly did not need much convincing to surrender to the process. While I had never had a massage by a professional, my past experiences from unskilled loved ones were enough to inform me of what level of pressure I might need, so I opted for medium to firm. Anna gradually added more pressure throughout the session until she reached a level that seemed effective for me. I must say that her efforts were commendable; I was evidently long overdue for this massage! The elements of atmosphere and experience were not lost on me; Anna pays special attention to each detail, from her deliciously scented oils, to her warm and seamlessly integrative methodology. That alone was enough to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience. I left my session feeling satisfied, although I could have easily gone for longer. One of the most exciting aftereffects is noticing how much deeper I can already go in my yin yoga practice! I'm grateful for Anna's invaluable insights and service, and I will definitely be booking with her again.

Anna’s hands tell you a story and it is the story of you. Her hands listen and understand the history of what happened to your sore muscles, and then have the skill to reset them the way they should be, without even your own understanding of how they got that way and without you having the right words to even ask for the repair. It is simply amazing! Anna is a true technician, and I am grateful for this skill she has developed. Today I arrived having pain in my neck and shoulders from a lot of time in an awkward position typing in the car for work. Anna addressed areas around my shoulder blades and closer to the middle of my back to ease all of that. I left feeling like my muscle tissue was a big ball of soft pizza dough, healthy and pliable! Thank you, Anna. So many other elements, the beautiful space and comfortable table, the sound bowl, the scented oils, the soft music, the warm towels and hot stones, and even the touches of energy work are all geared toward giving you the reset you need.

10/10 experience at Theta BodyWork!!! Anna is such a professional and talented Massage Therapist! She’s thorough, detailed and truly has magic hands. I have very high anxiety and I was basically in a trance the whole time! Her suite is right in downtown St. Pete and I loved the atmosphere of her treatment room too. Can’t wait to go again!

Absolutely loved her touch! The ability to feel the variety of layers and connect to the tone that was needed was amazing. I could notice her well understanding of the facial system in the body and how they connect. I came in with a rib cage distortion/Pain, it was really hard to breathe and after her session, I was able to start breathing better and continue my healing journey.

I have been seeing Anna for a while now, and she is truly phenomenal. She is easily one of the most skilled massage therapists I have ever been to -- having perfected the art of effective, issue-resolving massage while balancing relaxation to the point you can fall asleep on her table. I've only ever been one to seek deep tissue therapy. With Anna, it's the best of both worlds. She skillfully addresses problem areas while cultivating a very zen state. Plus she's simply a wonderful human!

I just met and had my first massage with Anna. When I turned over in the middle of the massage I said to her that, while I realized it was ridiculous to say, it felt like I had already been there for hours. I’ve been fortunate to have enjoyed massage therapy many times (maybe a hundred?) over the years. And I’ve never felt as disconnected from time as I did with her, in the oasis she has created for her guests. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Anna has absolutely changed my life! When I first came to her I was dealing with chronic hip pain and tight IT bands. No amount of stretching was bringing relief. After just one session with her my pain subsided and I regained flexibility and mobility. Each session with Anna is tailored to my specific issues or complaints or is a tool for recovery from recent activities, whether it be skiing or travel or just lots of hours at a desk. Completely relaxing and absolutely wonderful experience! The location in downtown Saint Pete fabulous And convenient! Have always been a big fan of the Station House. The Theta salon environment is warm, comfortable, inviting, and luxurious. And while this is wonderful, nothing compares with the expertise of Anna‘s massage therapy services. She is one of the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever had the privilege to work with and I would give her a 10 out of 10 if there were enough ratings. I will continue working with Theta on a regular basis and highly recommend their services. I was so impressed I immediately inquired on Mother’s Day & Father’s Day certificates, I can’t imagine a more wonderful gift! And yes, I’ve already booked my next appointment! 😉

I initially started out seeing her for my neck pain and absolutely fell in love with the theta massage experience she practices! After a few sessions my neck pain is pretty much gone, my posture improving (despite desk job, all day) and my overall body relaxation increases with every session.
