Received a prompt and friendly greeting upon entering… However, moments after entering, the receptionist proceeded to gossip loudly about fellow coworkers. Unprofessional to say the least. Then she started dropping F bombs and slew of other curse words! The additional caveat was my preschooler was with me. I had to cover her ears and we rushed out of the building in the cold until my stylist entered. I did not want to cause a scene with my child present. No apologies or nothing. Not only was that behavior extremely unprofessional but disrespectful to me and my child. It’s completely unfathomable that someone would think that acceptable to behave in such a manner. I don’t know if she thought it was okay to act senseless because we’re Afro-American but not all of us act undignified.

Sharon is amazing, I schedule every 3 weeks for muscle memory, missed 2 months because life is just too busy always, I needed her magic hands more than ever today, my everything hurt, a 1 hour massage w/a pomegranate back scrub, hot stones, & CBD oil had me feeling like a brand new, rejuvenated woman this eve, Sharon always puts me to sleep multiple times, & always finds knots I don't even realize I have, if you want fabulous tension release this is where it's at, call her, she's wonderful!!!

Got a silk press done yesterday for the first time I was so excited but my overall experience wasn't that great. My appointment time was 7:00pm I came at 6:45 so why am I walking out almost 9:30pm, it also looked like she overbooked because she left me at the shampoo section for over 40 minutes when my timer was for 20 mins. Never checked on me I had to get up and go find her. And my silk press looks like a blowout and my friends agree wasted my $125 never again. So disappointed as a first timer

This place if phenomenal they have everything you need to pamper yourself. From Hair to tanning they treat you like royalty. This is the only place I get my hair cut.

Excellent care and wonderful experienced stylist who takes her time and listens to you! Super refreshing to have a professional that actually considers your time, sensitivities, and wallet! No harsh chemicals or products used, no excessive heat, just glorious natural hair care I've been waiting for in Frederick. Ladies 🏃‍♀️ do not walk and go see Sharon and the girls!!!
