I have been going to Alexia since 2018 when she was a different salon and I followed her to Theory! She knows my hair best and I have full confidence that I will never leave disappointed or unsatisfied. She listens but also makes suggestions on what would be best as far as maintenance (busy mom here)! The ladies at the front desk are always super friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will continue to 100% recommend Theory for anyone’s hair needs!

Alexia is an expert in what she does! I got a haircut and blow dry and I ALWAYS leave that salon with the most fabulous hair! She’s also really great with the curly haired girlies. Customer service is outstanding, they use amazing products. Don’t skip on getting your hair done here!

I just went to Theory Salon and had the best experience with Britani! I got toner and hair extensions done, and my hair looks AMAZING. She absolutely nailed it! Britani was so sweet and really listened to what I wanted. She made the whole process super easy and fun. The salon itself is super clean and has such a nice vibe. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. If you’re thinking about going, do it! And definitely ask for Britani—she’s fantastic. I’ll for sure be coming back!

I love this salon. Has a boho feel to it so cute everyone is so kind and welcoming and Rae is absolutely amazing her attention to detail she makes my salon experience so great from our chats to just my hair results. It’s hard to find a hair stylist who is great but also makes you feel comfortable. Recommend this salon to anyone.

*Update* I got a call after I posted the initial review. They apologized and let me know someone else will be able to help me today. Unfortunately they called a bit late as I had to make other arrangements and was already on my way to another salon. I appreciate at-least they called back and apologized. I’ll try to definitely come next time. Initial review: I scheduled hair appointments for both my husband and me with different stylists for November 19. The booking process was confusing—first, I was told my stylist, Michaela, was unavailable after 5:00 pm, so I requested an earlier date since I work until 6 pm and have a work trip on the 20th. I was assured I’d get a callback to confirm an alternative, but I never received one. Later, my husband received a similar call saying his stylist, Dana, couldn’t take his late appointment either, so he rescheduled to an earlier time. Despite the mix-up, my husband’s experience with Dana was wonderful—she listened to his preferences and gave him a great haircut, which we both appreciated. We want to give 5 stars for his appointment but… today (November 19), just around two and a half hours before my scheduled appointment, I was informed that Michaela was sick and couldn’t see me. Although I understand illnesses are unavoidable, I would have appreciated the option to be served by another stylist, especially after asking earlier if someone else could assist if Michaela became unavailable today. Given the salon’s strict cancellation policy, it feels unfair that they did not make alternative arrangements for me today when they couldn’t uphold the appointment. This experience was disappointing, especially considering their policy on customer cancellations. It’s reasonable for clients to expect the same commitment from the salon when it comes to honoring appointments.

I love Angeles!!!! I’ve come for color, a scalp treatment, and back to dark now. She even added my previous hair dye into a hair mask so I could refresh my color and hydrate my hair at the same time. In love with my results every single time I already can’t wait to come back.
