The first waxing establishment I have returned to time and time again due to the comfort and results! Nisa is the best! Honest and open communication, makes every experience enjoyable & you can tell she loves to take care of her customers aka her girls! ❤️ I have already recommended to my local friends and encourage anyone else in the area to book with her!

Definitely DO NOT recommend. Horrible customer service. Initially called during business hours to make an appt, but no one would pick up the phone. Received a text saying that they were closed (even though their hours said otherwise) asking what I needed. I finally got an appt made on May 3rd, only to have them cancel on me at 7pm the night before my 10am appt on May 16th. This was 2 DAYS before my wedding. She stated she had too many cancellations and didn’t want to come in for one client. She refused to honor the original appt and no discount or anything of the sort was offered to try to make the situation right. Her best suggestion was to try to make a day-of appt at a waxing salon in Gainesville (45 minutes away). Even if you get through the terrible customer service and actually get an appt, I still would not recommend going here. A friend of mine tried this place & said she hated it. Said she would rather drive to her normal place in Gainesville before returning here. Wish I had known this prior to booking with her. Book at your own risk. And certainly do not trust them with an appt before a big event.

Only been here once, it was good. But afterwards when it came to scheduling again, she would cancel on me. I’ve been trying to book another appointment since mid of April. Each time it came to the day of my appointment or the day before my appointment I would receive a text that she needs to cancel my appointment and to reschedule at my earliest convenience. I’d rather just not reschedule anymore. I wasted pretty much almost a whole month waiting to get waxed by the same person just to continued to get cancelled on again. Nothing about constantly canceling on your clients is professional. We all have issues but canceling 3 times in a row is not it. If you’re looking for someone to wax you that’s reliable please go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time like I’ve been doing.

Amazing!!! Anisa is fabulous, fun and does a great job. Waxing is highly personal and it helps to have someone that makes the experience more comfortable.

The building was decorated so cute and cozy, when I had my first appointment I got a tour which made me feel more relaxed. Anisa is the sweetest ever! She made me feel so comfortable when I was extremely nervous and now I go back every month and have recommended several friends and family. 10/10 experiences always! <3

Anisa is the best and super kind! Her technique is amazing and the brazilian wax was one of the most pain free experiences I’ve had! I’ve been to other places, and no one has made me feel like I was getting my money’s worth. Definitely book with her and you won’t be disappointed! Also, her establishment is super cute and that’s a plus!

Love love the wild hare sugar bar!!! Nisa is one of the best Brazilian waxers ever. Love her place feels like home and so relaxing. Nisa is one of the most kindest and coolest person. There’s never a time I feel uncomfortable with her. Definitely found my wax home!! ❤️

The website says they take walk-ins. I attempted to go this morning at 10:30 when they open. I checked the website and she had an open spot for that time. I get there and call the number to get let in. She wasn't there and was kind of rude about it. I needed a morning appointment due to my schedule. She told me to come back in the afternoon. I ended up going somewhere else. She text me and said she was leaving her store. I informed her I went somewhere else and would try her again in 4 weeks. She refused and said to keep going to them. This is not a great way to get customers! Editing review to reply to the owner: You called ONCE to say you could service me after 3:30 then text at 4:30 to say you were leaving. And when I said that I already went somewhere else because I needed a morning appointment and could not do afternoon you said "they can continue to service you in the future".
