West Glam offers great services and skilled estheticians. However, I was surprised to learn that they start estheticians at just $15 an hour, even with experience and training. I believe in supporting businesses that pay fair, living wages, so as much as I enjoyed the treatment, I’ll be looking elsewhere until they improve their pay practices.

I had the pleasure of getting a Russian manicure with a gel overlay from Nicole, and the results were fantastic! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she makes sure you’re completely satisfied before you leave. Not only is she meticulous in her work, but she’s also incredibly kind and easy to chat with. As someone new to the area, I’m thrilled to have found her and will definitely be returning!

Got a cleansing facial from Izobella and it was the best! Not only did she do a great job with the facial, she made the whole experience so relaxing for me that I might even have fallen asleep! 😁 A few days later I went for a haircut with Grace and she was amazing too! Gave me a refreshed look and a lot of good choices for coloring my hair in the future! Everyone is super nice at the salon. Great find close to home! Highly recommended!

Amazing hair salon!!! Olga did my hair exactly how i wanted it and she is so so sweet. Alla was a pleasure as well. The place is beautiful and clean, the staff is so attentive. Highly recommend

Grace brought my curls back to life! She is such a kind and considerate stylist who made me feel comfortable at the salon. I got exactly what I wanted and Grace knew what she was doing with my naturally curly hair. Couldn't recommend her more!

Went there for gel manicure. Viki was great, she was very careful and gentle with my nails which I appreciated. No complains about her. But the color choice I was offered was minimal, and the worst part is the manicure is chipping in a week. It is not worth the money for sure, not coming back.

After trying so many stylists, and so many salons in the Westfield/Cranford area I've finally found my person. What I love about Grace is that she understands my curly hair needs and does what she can to accommodate me quickly. Shes so quick, and professional. I don't know if I can go to anybody else. She's perfect.

Just got a facial and recently a brow perm from Melissa, I literally could not recommend her or this place enough!! My skin feels amazing and so taken care of, and I look gorgeous! Amazing job.🤩💖

The salon itself is beautiful and I loved my haircut by Olga! The service was exquisite and I could tell Olga loved listening to what I wanted and was as excited as I was for my new style!

Absolutely loved my experience in this salon. I got the Russian gel manicure with Viki and my nails look & feel great. The salon area is immaculate- I wait to go back again!
