I wish I would have read the reviews first .. 🙁 Went for a one hour massage from Groupon I will not be going back I do not recommend… I will def consider reading the reviews before I book any other location

If I could leave one star I would! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I’m writing to share my deeply concerning experience during my recent visit to your spa for a facial. Unfortunately, the service I received not only fell short of expectations but also left me with visible bruising, which is entirely unacceptable for a professional spa treatment. I went in for a derma-planing facial on 11/11 which the esthetician cut off my hair line! After noticing the bruising, I immediately brought the matter to the attention of the manager, hoping for assistance and a resolution. However, instead of addressing my concerns with care and professionalism, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. This lack of support has left me feeling both frustrated and disregarded as a customer. This experience has caused me physical discomfort and emotional distress, and I cannot recommend your establishment to anyone. I strongly urge you to review your procedures, staff training, and customer service policies to ensure this does not happen to others.

I had a massage with Sonia that wasn't the best. First of all, I think she was sick. She was coughing and sniffling during the massage. As a nurse, I know that coughing isn't a sign of seasonal allergies and she was a nurse and should know that too. It isn't cool to come to work suck to pass out on to others. Secondly, and most importantly, she needs to cut her nails. I'm also a massage therapist and know that the first thing you learn is to cut your nails. It was like being massages with forks in her hand. She kept taking small breaks to catch her breath and she was taking her way through the massage like if she was going through the steps and couldn't remember what to do she didn't do much extremity work and was all over the place. She went din back to legs, over the sheet which I hate, and back to the upper back, it wasn't smooth at all. The best part was that I feel asleep for the last 15 minutes so I could tell you more about it. She said that skd doesn't like turning people over to work in their anterior body but maybe it was a blessing is disguise because of her sneezing and coughing. I'm never using her again...

I have been a member for 8 yrs already. Loved Alcira and Sheyla. But is getting harder and harder to schedule multiple appt for one day. I always have extra services that I like to share with my mom and there's not always availability.

I visit Miami once a month and everytime I'm here I come for a full body massage. Sonia is my favorite masseuse ! She's so good!

Came in with a groupon and at the end was charged $200 extra, because they took it upon themselves to not inform me of the extra service they were providing. Very disappointed, seemed like a nice place until I went for check out and was told I owed more than what I came in for.

Disorganized. I had an appointment for a ten minute service and had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment because someone else was early to theirs so they took that client in first. I was five minutes early to mine and they skipped my appointment. No one acknowledged me or even came to explain or let me know that they were running late. I had to go to the lady in the front a few times to inquire. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Made it late back to work because of this incident.

I bought a Groupon of two facials, but I wanted to wait to write a review after talking both. First one, was amazing! Even though she offered extra services of course so they can earned more which is totally understandable and I bought the extra service of microdermabrasion which was amazing and I don’t regret it. She was gentle and did the full facial the 60 minutes that I bought it for. After that, they offered me the membership and I was going to take it but I told myself to wait until the second one. good thing that I did! Second one , was with a different lady which I didn't like it. First of all, the facial was not gentle at all and I suffered the whole session. They were changing a lot the days and hours for some reason and finally when I got it , I just got it for 30 minutes which is not right because I bought a 60 minutes one. Of course I spoke to the front desk about this but they didn't care and they just gave me the classic excuse that if your face its not that bad and clean then, there is not sense to make it until 60 minutes. And actually mu face was NOT THAT CLEAN at all when I checked it at home. So IT WAS a classic excuse! So here is my feedback for the place and future clients. Place: 1. Give your clients your minutes that they bought the facials for. It doesn’t matter if they are clean or not- there is a thing call massage in the face. So if their face is clean then do a massage or something else to relax after extractions. I think that is more than fair. 2. Please offer people extras before the facials in the front desk- not during the facials - sometimes that could be very uncomfortable and not relaxing. 3. Try to not reschedule your clients so much- once or twice is ok but more than that could be annoying. Clients; 1. Make sure to ask how much will they charge you if they offer extras while doing the facials. 2. if you want to relax instead of suffering make sure you ask them how will they extract.

I,ve been a member for more than 10 years. The front desk girls are very friendly and the estheticians are super good and professional. Zheyda is my favorite esthetician! I highly recommend.

I’ve been a member for a while now, and love this place. I get monthly facials and massages. PRICING: The subscription pricing model is movers reasonable and convenient. ATMOSPHERE: The location is always clean, bright (except during services, of course when it’s better to dim the lights), with very relaxing music. The coordinators are kind and patient. SERVICES: I get massages with Nayi, who has healing hands. I get facials with Zheyda, who understands the unique needs of Melanated skin. Both have healing hands. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The entire staff is friendly and kind. I had a Swedish massage with Sonia and she is AMAZING, I'm pretty sure I fell asleep on her massage bed. I signed up for the membership and I'm looking forward to my monthly massages.
