I got waxed for the first time ever (Brazilian, chest and stomach, bum cheeks). I heard awesome reviews about Jenna so I booked with her. She was so respectful towards me and didn’t make anything awkward. She waxed me quickly yet carefully so I wouldn’t be in so much pain. She made the experience so so well that I honestly didn’t think it was that painful :)

I really wanted to make this home for waxing needs, but the process was so painful..compared to European Wax where I started 5 months for the first time..is a huge difference. It was not painful and the process was smooth. Bonnie (tech) is amazing! I'll have to make the long drive to EW but hope things will change?

So I am newer to the waxing party and had been seeing someone very far away from me up to this point. Having no prior experience, I chalked up many post appointment issues to it being part of the experience. Coming to The Wax Loft and seeing Jenna was such a change in pace for me which she was comfortable to see and she performed amazingly. Never thought I would say receiving a Brazilian wax would be comfortable! She was very accommodating and was very attentive throughout the whole process from giving me directions, taking time on the heart I wanted, and the amazing aftercare. She even provided witch hazel! Amazing. I will definitely be back and look forward to growing our relationship together.

Decided to get my full legs and a Brazilian for the first time ever. I was so nervous and scared, but Jenna made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Already booked my second appointment here. I definitely recommend this place! 10/10

Carly was absolutely lovely to work with. Very easy to schedule. During our first appointment, she naturally puts folks at ease. Definitely talks you through each step and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Not to mention her work is excellent!! I picked The Wax Loft based on reviews, and I am so happy I did! This has been my go to spot for months!Throughout my appointments, Jenna has provided me with excellent, friendly service (from the start). Her brazilian waxes even include a cold compress in between strips, making it quicker and less painful.

Got a brow wax and tint about a week ago. Let's just say my right brow is stubbier and thicker than my left (it's literally a good 3mm shorter at the end) and I now spend more time trying to even them out on the daily had I just sat down for an even and done them myself with a set of tweezers. As for the brow tint, not enough brown was mixed in. Looked alright in the moment, terrible in hindsight. The only thing that went right was the lash tint.

Bonnie was so great! Very easy to talk to. Professional. She used a cold soothing pressure which was very helpful in this sometimes painful situation. I recommend her for waxing. Would go back. Very knowledgable.
