Maya is the best! I’ve had multiple gel manicures from her and they don’t lift until over 2 weeks old. I got a regular mani from her 8 days ago and just got the first chip. This if after typing, cooking, and doing dishes every day. Maya is great at her job, professional, nice, and clean.

*I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star rating because unfortunately Hannah no longer works at this location. It would be misleading to keep my rating as it was originally posted. Hannah did an amazing job! She took the reference photo I brought and made it even better! I will for sure book again.

Excellent experience from the time I walked in the door to the moment left. Warm greeting, smooth checkin, beautiful and clean facility and a wonderfully talented nail tech. Best Nail salon experience ever.

Amazing work! Angie and Shaquan did amazing with my extensions and pedicure. The massage with the pedicure was amazing! The detail with the extensions was spot on. I’m so picky with my nails and they did a fantastic job.

I went but I went too late to get a pedicure. They are open until 8:00pm but take the last person at 7:00pm I arrived about 7:20pm. I got turned around finding the place it’s kinda in a cozy quiet part of the shopping area. The ladies seemed friendly. I will go back to give them a try. The shop was clean and neat.

I would give this company no stars if I could. I went once, in April and had a pedicure, which was just ok considering the price. On May 25th a “recurring” charge showed up on my bank statement from The W Nail Bar. I did not sign up for their recurring program. I called them and they said to email my complaint. I emailed and their response is they see no transactions for me or my card on that date. I sent them the transaction record from my bank and all they say is they will “look into it”. My advice is not to use this salon, they have horrible accounting practices.

Everyone was so kind and sweet. They got me in 30 minutes prior to my appt time as I arrived early, and Shelby did the best job with my nails! Awesome experience, I’m hooked, this is my new nail place!

I have been to this location twice and Maya has done my nails. She is awesome. Very kind and attentive. I received gel the first time and it started lifting on day 6 after my manicure. The gel with tip is obviously more expensive and intensive. Again Maya was great but what I paid for she not reflect what I received. The massage was amazing. I’ve had my nails done for years and generally had zero lift or peel. I would get them redone at 2-3 weeks because of growth. I went to the rivers edge and had crystal who was also great. Got gel and on day 5 nails started lifting and peeling. This is disappointing. I purchased the cuticle oil stick at that appointment in hopes of helping it last. This really didn’t do anything. When I saw Maya this week we decided to give the nails a rest from gel and do regular polish. One day after this nail polish is chipping and nails have some rough edges. I loved the idea of this place but my experience has not been good.

Aysha always makes me feel relaxed and welcome in her chair. She is friendly and knowledgeable about all things nail related and ensures I'm happy each visit. The W Nail Bar uses all vegan and natural products, but unfortunately that doesn't always lead to the best results, regardless of the nail techs skill. The first two gel manicures I got at a W Nail Bar (one in Fishers, one in Whitestown) both peeled within 24 hours, but when I went back they fixed them for me at no charge and the repairs lasted at least a week. They have a 7 day guarantee, and were apologetic that I had issues with my polish. I got a third gel mani there yesterday and so far, so good!

Hannah is the best! She always makes sure I’m happy with my nails throughout the process and that I’m comfortable. I have the best nails because of her! I love the W Nail Bar because of how clean the salon is and professional the staff is. Highly recommend to anyone in Whitestown looking for a new nail spot!

I have been to this location twice since they opened and saw Hannah. I recently stopped using acrylic due to nail breakage and she was so gentle with me as she removed the dip powder without a drill and got me into some gel x extensions until they are strong enough to wear naturally again. She does really cool things with chrome powder and designs too.

I went to the W Nail Bar for the first time and received a pedicure from Hannah! Right when I walked in I was impressed with the bright, clean and pretty atmosphere. It is very well kept, trendy and airy feeling (unlike many other salons I’ve been to!) Hannah had a way of making me feel like I was the most important person in the room with her bubbly personality and attention to detail. Would recommend her and this location to anyone - The cutest boutique nail salon! 🫶🏼

I'm new to the Whitestown, IN area and was looking for a new nail salon. I'm so glad I found The W Nail Bar. The atmosphere is adorable and very clean. Aysha was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable during my entire service. When I asked about potentially getting gel extensions for my next service, she did a great job explaining them to me. She did such a great job on my nails! I'll definitely be back!

Overall poor experience. Did not get the level of service I paid for. Calluses on pinky toes not addressed. Billed as a luxury treatment but didn’t feel that way at all. Maybe me being older I’m not the client they are trying to cater to. Overpriced for what I got. Two days after the service and parts of my feet feel rough.
