Had my lashes done here. The girl was late to my appointment and on top of that the lashes kept falling off. Made her aware of it and never responded back. Never again!!

I had engagement pics to glam up for and these ladies did an amazing job with my hair and makeup!!! I had compliments all day with people asking me who did it? And I said the vanity lash girls in Harlingen! Can’t wait to see my pics! Also fiancée approved 🥰

I have been here twice for a haircut. Both times the hairdresser was extremely rough with my hair and scalp. They pulled my hair when brushing it, ripping off hairs, as if they don't know how to handle hair. They also had extremely long nails and left scratch marks on my scalp! The haircuts I got very done really well, but I don't think it's worth having wounds on my head and then being charged so much.

I love getting my lashes done here with Desirae. The atmosphere is gorgeous, and the ladies are all very professional. They use the best products, and they are experts at applying lashes and achieving the style you desire. Best place in the RGV for your lashes.

New clients beware: I had an appointment for a lash lift. Showed up on time and was told they weren’t ready for me. After 10 minutes the lash tech offered me their snack bar and said she was almost done. 20 minutes later she was still not done so I asked them to call me so I could wait outside. 15 minutes later I am back (no phone call) and was told that they had to cancel and reschedule my appointment for later that day because tech was behind schedule. They literally bumped me to keep the appointment after me. Complete disregard for my time and unprofessional.

OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Came in town from Houston for. 50th Anniversary and wanted to get all dolled up! Hair, makeup and lashes! Gissele exceeded my expectations!! I received so many compliments last night! She even went out of her way to do the hair and make up of my 10 year niece! Thank Giselle… You rock!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Lash extensions for $150 that lasted literally only 5 days. Poor quality for an extreme price. Cocky staff who think they’re better than others. A friend of mine went for highlights with hair only about a foot long and they were going to charge her $400 because “her hair was too thick.” She has relatively thin hair so?? What a rip off. Avoid this place and choose somewhere else.

Quality of work was not what I expected based on their posts. Showed lash tech a picture from her work on their page as to reference of what I wanted but I got something totally different. My lash extensions did not last week. Dissatisfied.

Did a refresher to tone out some unwanted brassy orange hair color done from a visit from another hairstylist. My hair know looks way better, it has a more natural look. My next visit will be to get baby caramel highlights. Gabi is a miracle worker. I highly recommend this place.

I got acrylic nails, with a design, a pedicure, and waxing done. They were very professional. The place was very very clean. I was extremely happy with the experience. I'm going to a luau this weekend. I took in my muumuu and she painted a Hibiscus flower on my nails to match my dress.

I messaged Vanity Lash through their Facebook messenger. Responded fairly quickly. I told them I wanted to make a haircut appointment; they asked me to give them my number so a stylist could message me to arrange the appointment. I waited all day and no one messaged me. I called the next day asking to make a haircut appointment, when they told me their haircut stylist are only there on certain days and would call me at the end of the day or the next morning to arrange an appointment. I never received a text message or call from them.

So, I see a few reviews regarding appointments. Yes you may call the Salon. Girls are very friendly. However, I suggest you look up their stylists Instagram Pages. @thevanitylashblowoutbar. They're all talented but find one who has the style you wish. Follow the Stylist on their page and send them a message on Instagram for fast communication. Enjoyed my visit.

i had high hopes since i've heard good things about vanity lash but when i went i called letting them know im outside, was told to wait in my car till they called me in. once i called again since i was over 20 min i was waiting they informed me she started a new client due to me not showing up even though i had called saying im outside for my appointment. i go in she cuts my hair in a makeup chair that keeps swinging around yes they gave me a discount and were nice but later that day i notice i still have long strands of hair. my hair before was long close to my butt and was cut to my shoulder even though i showed her the length i wanted she still cut it shorter. overall i wasn't impressed
