Best bath I have EVER taken at their 3rd floor bath house. Jimmy the bath attendant is SUPREME in customer service and has been working at the bath house for 41 years! It’s an extremely historic experience so if you’re bougie look elsewhere. IF YOU ONLY HAVE THE TIME FOR ONE BATHHOUSE YOU MUST GO TO THIS ONE. First you do a personal, whirlpool bath where you soap to your hearts desire. Then sauna. Finished by a cold/hot towel rub (temp based on personal preference). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were so pleased that they could sneak us both in with only a day notice we had to go early but that worked out really great we took the dog to bed bath & board I think it's called got there at 9:00 parked in the hotel parking deck which was at least $15 cheaper than parking across the road, had a private bath, sauna, hot towel wrap and cool down, massage. And were able to get brunch buffet when we got done in their very historical dining room. The place is old and definitely has somewhere and tear but everything is clean and orderly so if you love history you will really enjoy this experience. The attendant was very nice and very professional and the masseuse Chris was extremely knowledgeable. Loved it!

This was our first time in Hot Springs, we had a fantastic experience. The bath attendant Juli, and my massage therapist Michelle are the people to go see. Their service is perfect. I would highly recommend

It was a unique experience, but the unorganized staff makes this place a 2 star spa. I cannot recommend booking any type of group activity here, it’s extremely unorganized. It couldn’t be more unorganized and unprofessional trying to make reservations and getting the staff to call you back, or confirm things. Nothing was set up on time. The food and mimosa spread pictured for 10 people we paid $400 for was not worth the money, and looked slapped together. When I got out of my bath I saw half my party waiting in an area and I asked them why they weren’t in the party room, we’d already been there for 1.5 hours. They said they were told it wasn’t ready yet, then it was that 5 people needed to finish services before we were allowed the room. We spent quite a chunk of change that was prepaid for this to be the case and never communicated. Cool old hotel, staff weren’t unfriendly, but deer god booking a party here was a nightmare I don’t wish on anyone ever. Why is the spa party room floors away from the spa in an empty hotel room? Why wasn’t there water in the room after we were told to drink lots of water after massages? The theme of this place is disorganized. Some of the ladies in our party enjoyed their services, others faces burned and broke out from the product used. Also be prepared to be full on naked in front of the bath staff in your “private” bath and there are not slippers or robes provided here. There are white sheets they use to wrap around you. The bath house vibe in general…just prepare yourself for a historical experience, not a luxurious one.

The services in the spa were great, especially Julie, she was very nice and attentive . Unfortunately, I am extremely upset with the front staff. I called and booked my appointment a couple weeks in advance for a girl's birthday weekend of facials and massages in the bathhouse/spa. I called the Friday before and confirmed, again facials and massages for about 4 people, they confirmed. Arrived there the day of, they said we didn't book any massages, only facials. They were all booked up and didn't even offer to book us another day, or try to move some things around. Nothing. Completely ignored the fact and no apologies. They just continued ringing up for the bath and facials. Completely ruined my birthday weekend.

The place is all about bath houses and this one always stands out. Bodies soothe and heal on these temperatures. No reservations but always keep checking for their waitlist because this is worth the while. Just like the hot tubs but still an experience.

This was my first time in Hot Springs with my bestie and we were looking forward to the thermal bath and spa services. The only reason we booked our services at this hotel was because the other bathhouses were fully booked. Although the hotel is historic it’s in desperate need of repair. They should close it and do a full renovation. I’m sure there is a way to renovate and keep some of the historic charm. The ladies that work at the bath house are super sweet, which made my experience pleasant. Be prepared to get naked while they wrap you in a sheet and lead you to the waiting are and to your bath. I would recommend you bring flip flops or better yet, they should offer you some disposable flip flops just so you are not walking around barefoot. The facial was okay, the lady who did my facial didn’t tell me what she was doing along the way, so more communication would be appreciated. The massage was great, no complaints there. The place needs a deep cleaning just because it’s old shouldn’t be an excuse for it to be dirty.

the reservation staff are unprofessional and aggressive however most of the attendees are very attentive but the first point of contact is the first impression some of these staff members should be replaced. there are those who love customer service.

Shadow guided us through the baths with ease. She explained the process and I felt comfortable the whole time. It was great!
