My experience here was exceptional! I haven’t been to a salon in years due to bad past experiences. Ayanna made me feel comfortable and she is very professional. She asks questions and is detailed in explaining everything to you. She was very gentile with my hair. I have very coarse hair and I’ve experienced people being rough with it. I’ve never had some one as gentle as Ayanna was with my hair. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Ayanna exceeded my expectations. I will be returning.

Ayanna provided excellent service. My appointment proceeded on time as scheduled and my braid down was completed according to the estimated time given. I made my appointment online with ease and received feedback for any questions I had in a timely manner. Ayanna was very professional and made me feel comfortable. It's been years since I've had my hair professionally done so I was nervous but once I got seated Ayanna made me feel so comfortable! Her salon was very clean and organized! I’ve been going to Ayanna for a little over two years now. When I first came to see her my hair was very damaged (dry, split ends, etc). With every visit I saw improvement. My hair is so much better now! I have been able to focus on length, as well as health. She is always very professional, punctual, and honest. In addition to explaining her process; She answers questions that you may have about your hair, maintenance at home, and what she’s doing. I have gone to her for silk presses and recently my first sew-in.

First time so I got Deluxe package. Ayanna was nice, she listens to me and done a great job on my hair. I went in to get a short natural style but my hair was damaged really bad after the protein treatment, wash and conditioner she started cutting the relaxer out. My hair still looked thick and ruff so Ayanna cut it down. And I am very grateful with the service I received with plenty of comments.
