Elena is simply the best. This was the first facial I’ve had in two years because of COVID, but I knew she would have protective protocols in place and I felt 100% safe. Plus, the shoulder, neck, hands and feet massage are divine. Highly recommend!

It was our first time to meet Elena but she see to it that we are comfortable. She took time doing every step and not rushing. After the session, me and my daughter who had a teen facial felt so relax with a cleaner, brighter and beautiful skin. We felt renewed.

I am use to going to clean,relaxed spa places. Places in which one can have a glass of wine or tea along with a snack. Or the option of sitting in a steam room. Since moving from Vancouver,BC to Sacramento it's been difficult to find a place of equivalency. That along with nice features there's a more modern decor. Simply Spa has most of what I seeked and is my favorite so far!!! They offer a really nice robe, along with slippers to change into. Have a nice seating area where tea and snacks are offered. They give a warm neck pillow (that actually looks nice and goes with the whole atmosphere they set). They have soft melodies playing and the rooms are just so nice, clean and modern with decor. Not like other sketchy massage parlors I've viewed online. Def must try!!! Jennifer is so kind and polite, I love her personality.

The Spa Simply Skin is a beautiful place with amazing services! My skin was looking dull and dry. I called to discuss my needs with Elena and she recommended the Iluma Illuminating Facial. It was a great experience and my skin was glowing! I enjoyed the relaxing retreat and appreciate Elena's knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely return! Highly recommend.

After having several pregnancy massages which was not satisfying, I decided to go outside my neighborhood. One of the moms recommended this spot for pregnancy massage. And my hubby told me don't look at the price, just go and relax. I was having really bad back pains for two days and when I called this place for appointment they didn't have anything available until Sunday at 4.45pm. While driving, I relied on my GPS and it said reached the destination, I was looking for the sig but couldn't see it. Finally, I found the sign written in small and it's at the back of the building. I wasn't sure, if I was at the right spot because the parking lot was empty. The spa is located across from Loehmann's Plaza. I entered the spa and was greeted by the receptionist. She led me to the 1st lounge to fill the paperwork. And gave me a glass of water. Then I decided to use the bathroom. It was decorated nicely with candles, soft yellow lights, soothing instrumental music in the background. And there was two coffin box looking objects in the toilet. Then the receptionist took me to my locker, my name was written and so was everyone else as well. She told to change into a robe and flip flops that were in the locker. I was feeling all relaxed and excited about the treatment. After changing clothes, she took me to the 2nd lounge and let me soak my feet in warm water with two pebbles. I was looking forward for each step. She told me shortly the massage specialist will come and get me. I waited for over 15 minutes. And finally, she came and took me to the room. I specified the areas which I wanted her to concentrate which was my back. The massage person had no idea how to massage. She was going all over the place. She massaged my back then goes to leg, head and back again. And kept massaging my head instead of back. She was kneading on my back and was mainly focusing on my legs. Next thing you know she tells me, she's done. I was shocked because it felt short. I was there in the spa for an 1 hour. Basically, from the time I entered my time was counting through paperwork, soak feet, waiting for the massage person, massage, changing my clothes, paying and going back to my car. It was literally an hour. I can't believe they would charge $105 for the pregnancy massage and make pregnant women go through this and do false advertisement for 60 minutes massage. I really loved the ambiance but I wish they could have placed an effort in massage. My back is still hurting. Wish she could be in my shoe and feel the pain. I just want to say, please don't do this to another pregnant lady.
