Nothing worked in the spa. Whirlpool broken in mens and womens. Steam room and sauna down in womens. And pool was closed. Massages were great but the actual spa area was horrible

My husband d and I had a wonderful relaxing massage and our therapist and the grounds were beautiful, relaxing and smelled so good. I wish the steam room and sauna were coed.

Stopped by to enjoy the day spa before heading back home. With a $100+ spa service, you'll get to enjoy the spa for the day. It includes a sauna, steam room, hot tub and lounge area. The massage was really nice, just what I needed. The tables are heated. The rooms are a good temperature. The massage therapist was fantastic. The space is very clean and relaxing to be in.

Facilities were nice, but the massage was mediocre and I was charged for extra time I didn't request. Overall, disappointing experience. 1 star.

Phenomenal massage. I had Kellee, she was super sweet and she had perfect pressure for what I needed relief with (shoulders and neck). My boyfriend and I got the couples massage and we were in the same room together. I got the salt stone massage and he received the aroma therapy. We both walked out of there feeling like new money. I will definitely be back for their services again.

Unfortunately, I don’t get to try the palms spa. I accidentally booked my appointment for the month earlier. While they said they sent me two email reminders, I do not see any. They called to remind me and I asked if they could move the appointment. They charged me $200 for the mistake. I would have appreciated them offering the opportunity to use this as credit for my upcoming stay.

I was just at the spa yesterday. It is about 1/3 the size of spas that are the same price. It doesn't have a private pool, cold plunge, or meditation room and no other lounge area (other than the co-ed lounge area). I would have been OK with that, except for a few other details that detracted from the experience. I had trouble turning the showers on in two of the three showers. The staff was helpful in assisting me, yet it was not obvious that you have to pull the handles out to turn on or which handle did what. One shower wouldn't turn on no matter how many times I tried to push in and pull out the handles. One also sprayed water out front the top of the hose so I couldn't use the handheld wand without getting sprayed in the head at the same time. Another odd feature was the "hot tub" was not very hot and actually the nozzles don't jet out toward your back with much pressure, they mostly just bubble up the sides of the tub. It was OK and I enjoyed the cooler "hot" tub as a mini-float pool with the jets off when no one else was in there. I liked how the bubbles from the lower jets tickled my skin. The dry sauna had nice head rests in it, which made reclining more comfortable. The wet sauna was tricky also. You have to start it by pushing the start button on an ipad-like console on the wall. I adjusted the heat in there to get it to turn on and the staff came in and turned the heat down saying I can only have it at 111 degrees (I had turned it to 114) So that was interesting. Also, there was a cool water handheld wand in there....yet, that too wasn't working. I turned it on (I assume) because water started coming out - but it was a trickle so IDK if there is some strange way to get that to work better like the showers? No instructions either way. My massage with Nicole was very good though! I had the Aromatherapy. She does a thorough job and will work on areas that you request. SO - If you are ok with tiny spaces, this spa will be fine. No windows and no outdoor private pool (unless you want to go to the large community pool next door). It would be fine to stop in if you are staying at the hotel, but not worth it if you are a local looking for a full day of relaxation. Better to try places like the JW Marriot or Red Rock Spa which are the same price, but you get a lot more amenities and more space.

The facility is beautiful and new ND clean.. but I expected more amenities. Also, some snacks would've been nice!!! It's not a bad choice but I would rather spend a little more money and go to the Wynn or waldorf astoria spa. Palms have to do more so people choose them over over amazing options in vegas.

I had a 50 minute Deep Tissue Massage with Nicole and it was excellent (5 stars)! It was $149 (Spring Weekday Deal) and I thought that was great value, as to book a Day Pass (to just use the facilities) is $79! A Day Pass is not worth it here! I used to go to The Drift Spa at Palms Place all the time as they would do a $35 Local Weekday Day Pass. This spa isn't the old Drift and it can be confusing because the photos attached to this location suggest otherwise. This new spa does not have the big hot tub with powerful jets, there is no cold plunge pool, no co-ed Hammam and no fruit infused water or snacks. The facilities are fine if you are just adding them on to a service but I would choose a different location if you want to luxuriate and pamper yourself with a "spa day".

Don't waste your time!!! I called to make an appointment which was for 3pm today, booking taken by an obviously incompetent employee!!! As far as I was aware the Spa was on the 6th floor of the building... I go to that floor only to finally discover that the spa is closed and I have to go ALL the way over to the Palms Casino.... I finally make my walk over to that building and finally found the Spa only then to be told that my booking was not entered and has now been given to someone else!!!! I was offered a 4 pm appointment from the front girl who couldn't care less .. I find this service completely unexceptable and I should be at least offered an apology let alone a complementary appointment... Really bad service and care factor is zero!!! Don't bother wasting your time!!!

I had the pleasure of Tatiana trimming my hair in July of last year. I know this is a late review, but she was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! My hair was the bounciest and healthiest it has ever been. From the products used, to her hospitality, everything was amazing! I could not recommend this spa and hair salon more.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage and received a massage that was more like my child rubbing lotion on me. I have had deep tissue massage & have monthly massages when I am at home. I was very disappointed and though we will return to the Palms resort and casino I will not waste my time & money at the spa

Excellent massage and facial. Friendly professional service. I really like this spa. Both my technician for my facial Liz as well as my massage Chris were excellent. Would definitely go back and highly recommend! I love that they have so many retail items to choose from. If you’re a Club Serrano Players Card holder. You can redeem your points for service and retail items.

Expensive, but worth it! You feel very pampered and revitalized at the end of it! They even kept tabs on our guys who were not partaking in the spa with us so we would know where to find them when we were done.

I had the best manicure and pedicure done by Allyn. She was so gentle and has amazing talent! My nails are beautiful! I will be back to see her when I come to town.

I wish I could give two different reviews: one for our masseuses and one for the spa itself. Both me and my gf got massages and both were POSSIBLY the best we've ever had. Emily was my masseuse and she was fantastic. Kelly was my gf masseuse and she loved her. The attendants were good and professional. They also give you access to their awesome pool. So, why not five stars??? The facilities are subpar. Men's steam room was broken and the hot tub basically was (jets worked, no heat). So all you can use on the men's side is the sauna... Not a great deal when you're paying not just for a massage but to use the spa. The other issue is the snacks are not in the downstairs lounge, but only in the room before you wait to get a massage... Not exactly when I want to load up on fruits, nuts and juices... These should be moved to the downstairs relaxation room. It really makes no sense. I believe all broken facilities should be discussed before booking any spa. My personal favorite spa in Vegas always lets you know what facilities are not available. Funnily enough... Not really funny for me, the reason we didn't book the encore was the spa steam room was down so we seeked out another spa or two to try. This should be basic hospitality before accepting a booking as you are paying for use of the facilities and when 2/3 are broken, it really drags down the value. 3 stars for the spa. 5 stars for Kelly and Emily.

Phenomenal experience! I went with a group for a bachelorette party and the spa facilities we’re so clean, sleek and relaxing. My masseuse DJ was very kind and provided exactly what I was looking for. Plus we got to use a cabana with a private pool as part of our spa reservations. Highly recommend!

The Spa was really nice and relaxing, massage was good. The whirlpool needs a good cleaning at the edge where the water line is at the tile. Overall 8/10

The spa was very accommodating for my bachelorette party. They made sure everything was on point and on schedule, and they did everything they did could to accommodate me. Even though at the end of the day, I had to cancel , even then, they were accommodating. I appreciate everything truly!

This review is only for the customer service. Called at 1045am Monday July 17, 2023 to inquire about the locals deal at the spa. They just had a segment on Las Vegas Fox 5 News boasting about their local deals that morning. When I called the person who answered the calls didn't know about the segment, nor about any local deal...though it was just advertised. Also, website didn't advertise about any deals. Stated she was unable to get in touch with her supervisor but took my name and number to call me right back....8 days later. No call back. Guess they don't need local business support.

We booked a couples massage three weeks ago requesting two female therapists. We showed up and they didn’t have two female therapists. No credit was given. I do not recommend unfortunately.
