Booked a month in advance, lined up babysitting for my kids, arrived on time was really looking forward to my massage. No record of my reservation though they had all of my information. Very disappointing and bizarre.If you do book here, make sure you get confirmation in writing and verify your phone number is correct.

Hands down THE BEST facial I have ever received. I felt like I was glowing afterwards. Super relaxing place with a pretty lake view, hot tea, magazines, comfy robes, opportunity to shower if need be, and tons of products to choose from if interested.

I wasn’t expecting much from a spa in Brainerd but the quality of massage I received was outstanding. I had two separate appointments (30min one day and 60min the next), and was lucky enough to have Alisha both times. She made use of all the time (especially important in a 30min massage) and stayed consistent throughout. She also really knows how to listen to your body and find those areas that need extra work. The spa itself is pretty basic- no frills but the quality of service received totally made up for it. I highly recommend and don’t forget to ask for Alisha!

Sheli and I, enjoyed the couples massage, yesterday. It was absolutely wonderful. Anyone staying at Madden's will love The Spa. This is a don't miss for your trip. Our massages were administered by Alisha and Jaz. We requested the honey sugar foot scrub. My back has severe issues and since Alisha finished my back feels better than it has in years. A therapist worked on it two months ago and accomplished far less than Alisha. Sheli was equally happy with Jaz's massage. Keep up the great work ladies Thank you.

The spa at Maddens is everything you’ve wanted and so much more! 90 minute couples massage was out of this world. I’m pretty sure I’ll never go anywhere else!

My girlfriends and I booked a girls weekend where the goal was relaxation focused around the spa and disappointment was an understatement for my deep tissue/stone massage (if you could call it that). I have seen SEVERAL massage therapists in my life and this was by far my worst experience. The massage was at best a light rub; I asked a few times for more pressure and never got that. In fact my pedicurists performed a better massage on my feet and legs than what I received on my whole body! What a complete waste of money! Also, she asked me if I wanted essential oil and I told her yes eucalyptus and I got plain non-scented. Pedicure was WONDERFUL but the massage is what I was looking forward to, and she clearly didn't care about giving a great one.

Spent a day at the spa here and it was amazing!! The massage was so relaxing, the facial left my skin glowing and my mani/pedi turned out amazing!! Definitely a calming atmosphere even with COVID restrictions.

It’s a beautiful spa. The staff is very friendly. I wanted a massage. And was disappointed for what I got. The specific areas of my body that were stiff were pretty much avoided. I did take ownership in this in case I filled the form out wrong. The director, who is very, very sweet, gave me a discount for this misunderstanding. I booked an hour massage and it was 10 minutes late getting started. The masseuse is very sweet. I don’t know if she was new, because I normally have a nice massage on my neck, arms, calves and lower back. The pressure was way too light for me even after I asked her to be a little more strong. I had a facial and the anesthetician worked a little extra on my neck which was very nice of her. She went out of her way and really didn’t have to do that. She was very knowledgeable and we had a nice discussion on facial products.
