I visited in September 2024. This is a true luxury spa. It’s located in the beautiful Four Seasons hotel. There is a steam room, sauna and well appointed multi-functional showers. There is an attendant cleaning nonstop. Down the hall is access to the beautiful pool where you have full service. There is flavored water, tea and snacks in the relaxation lounge. They also have big fluffy throws on each chaise. My therapist did a great job on my 90-minute service. If I need to find a flaw, the changing area is fairly small. Not a big deal at all. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a lovely, relaxing day.....3 of us went and all had an amazing experience!!!! Also had hair styled by Melissa in the Salon and she rocked!!!! She did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I asked for then even left me a card at the front to give me all the information we spoke about (since I would have not remember the exact products) which I soooo appreciated since by the end of the trip no one would have remembered lol

Sherry did the best job on my facial! Not only did my skin feel amazing afterward, but she was also the sweetest human ever. Her warm and caring personality made the experience even more special. I will definitely be coming back to Sherry for all my future facials!

Exceptional quality of both the massage and facial. I used teh steam room and showers before my services, both of which were clean and well stocked, and I enjoyed the ability to relax on the pool deck and have lunch between services. On Wednesdays they offer a special rate for local Nashville residents and overall this was an excellent value for the price. I will be back!

Highly recommend. Locals can get special pricing on Wednesday’s. Views are amazing. Have lunch on the rooftop before or after your treatment. Views of the river and downtown. Such a special treat.

One of the best massages I've had. Showers and sauna were great. Only complaint was the noise from the street. Zen spa music was not enough to drowned out the constant screaming of the bridal parties going by. Wish they could have done a better job soundproofing.
