I’m not quite sure if you want to know the whole experience however I have been up all night, consoling my daughter because of the inappropriate, touching by a male masseuse. To be honest with you, the lady that did the facial I think was a charlatan.

Unfortunately my spa experience wasn’t great at the four seasons. The pool was quite cold which would normally be fine but the hot tub also didn’t work. There was only one operational shower. The pool area looks nice in photos but you really can’t get a seat and there are wet towels laying everywhere. There weren’t many products out to use in the locker room area and we were rushed to leave by an attendant as we were getting dressed. It wasn’t the relaxing or upscale experience that I was expecting with the hefty price tag. You would be much better off spending your money at Chateau Elan.

Wonderful experience from the start to finish! Everyone I interacted with was so warm and welcoming, and my facial by Linda was incredible! She is very knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations! I will definitely be coming back for more services!

I must say i am slightly disappointed with my experience today. I booked a 60 minute hydrofacial at 1 pm. I got to the facility early and i was only called back a few minutes after 1 pm. Then, by the time i changed and the esthetician set up her equipment, i only started my facial at 1:15. By the time the facial was over, i checked my phone and it was 1:50. I paid $290 for a 35 min service that was supposed to be 60 mins…. Almost half of the time i was promised. The amenities and staff are great, but i was disappointed with the service itself.

Oh my GOOOOODNESSSS! Where do I begin?? First off the front desk reps at the spa were so professional, soooo sweet, so easy to talk to!!! I hate I did not get her name but one of the reps was so helpful, she went out of her way to ensure I was satisfied and not a one and done.... THE ENTIRE TIME!!! I love her and don't recall her name unfortunately 😔 The locker room, and pool area was beautiful and extremely clean. The steamer and sauna were really nice.. the shower has a bottle of eucalyptus that you spray so that you're inhaling an uplifting and cleansing aroma!! Staff are constantly walking through cleaning the floors, gathering towels, CLEANING!! Even around the pool area...I am always skeptical about jacuzzi but while I was napping by the pool, I opened my eyes to see a staff member cleaning it with something he poured in. The pool was really nice..a bit cold at first but warmed up quickly! I had breakfast by the pool and that was TASTY (blueberry pancakes and bacon)! THE HOT STONE MASSAGE...OHHHHH MYYYYY! I have had many of the hotstone massages but this one had me snoring and MORE! I was so embarrassed but my masseuse has blessed hands. He was AMAZING (don't recall his name😮‍💨) but he took time and explained how the process would go. He was patient and attentive of my request and concerns. The valet guys were friendly and attentive...I MEAN AT THIS POINT....GOOOO!!! I can't express how AMAZING MY EXPERIENCE WAS W/WORDS but I'm a new regular (kind of because it's pricey but WORTH EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR..CAN'T SAY PENNY BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THAT TYPE OF SERVICE)!!!!

Amazing stay. Service is always second to none and a Four Seasons bed can't be beat. We also enjoyed the pool area and outdoor sitting area a lot.

I had an absolutely incredible massage yesterday by Cassandra! She is a very talented and skilled therapist. The whole ambiance she created was a tranquil experience that I will hopefully be returning for!

You mention safety is your highest priority? Your actions of not allowing to re scheduled the appointment when a customer is sick, is opposite of safety. You put your guess and your employees at risk by allowing someone who you knew was not well in to your premises. At the same time not caring that she was not going to be able to relax and enjoy the already paid service. Unfortunately the day after being at your spa, my daughter was diagnose with having pneumonia which is extremely contagious and risky to others. I truly hope your patrons and your employees did not get infected. Thank you for your insensitive response. I booked my daughter and I for two different body treatments to celebrate her birthday. Unfortunately, the morning of the appointment, my daughter was feeling ill. I call the spa as soon as they opened to ask if I could reschedule to another day, because my daughter was feeling ill. I wasn’t sure what she maybe coming up with. I really wanted her to have the best experience. The spa said no, we will have to charge you in full and we don’t re scheduled appointments at this time. We had no choice, but to go and try to do our best to enjoy in order to not miss the 4 pm treatment. We were not able to enjoy the time in the pool, she was not strong enough to swim. The sauna and the steam room felt too hot and gave her a big headache. After the treatment, she said mom I feel very nauseous and I think I am going to pass out. I had her lay down in the relaxation room for 5 minutes and gave her water. She told me I just want to go home I feel terrible. On top of the day not going as we had planned, I find out she was not even given the right treatment. We had booked the pomegranate scrub for her and the Piedmont park for me. We both got the same body body treatment. When we arrived home she had 102 of fever. We ended up in the ER. It was very unfortunate that just because the spa could not make an exception to their rule, do to an illness, her birthday celebration was far from what we had anticipated. Good management could have made a difference. Very sad and disappointed.

I celebrated my birthday with a spa day, receiving a massage and a custom facial. Linda was both my massage therapist and my aesthetician. She was not only very pleasant and friendly, but she talked me through all my concerns, what she’d be doing, and intuitively focused on my problem areas. 10/10 for both services. Linda was the best!

I took my mom here for her birthday and we both had an amazing time! We each had 50min massages, lounged by the pool, ordered food + drinks, enjoyed the saunas, and spent the whole day feeling relaxed and taken care of. Chloe is one of the massage therapists and she’s amazing, thank you so much for a great experience <3

My husband treated me to a full DAY at the Four Seasons Spa. I felt like royalty. Everyone was so kind, so thoughtful and my services were top notch. He’s now in trouble because I plan to go at least quarterly. Custom massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, lunch on the balcony while I sun bathed, pool, steam and sauna. AMAZING! We also frequent here for Sunday brunch, delicious 😋. Thank you, Four Seasons! Also, thank you for taking care of your team members. Many of them shared that they have worked there for years and still do sp with smiles and joy that resonates to your guests. That says a lot about the company. BRAVO all around 👏🏾

I loved my experience at the four seasons spa! Every time I come they exceed my expectations. They have a beautiful aesthetic and my massage therapist Chloe always listens to my focus areas and is very knowledgeable. Definitely come early and bring a swimsuit to enjoy the whirlpool!!

I’ve only had 3 massage sessions in my whole life at 3 different places. So take this with that in mind. I think this place was great. The staff was so kind and attentive. The massage was AWESOME. I had a sprained shoulder and they helped so much I have more mobility and comfort. I plan to go back 100%

The director of the spa messed up my appointments. The assistant director, who was there when I checked in, lied to me blatantly about the situation and blamed me. There was no accountability taken or effort to remediate. My expectation would have been an apology with a solution. This was a bad customer experience and very aggravating start to what was supposed to be a relaxing day. Certainly not Four Seasons level service. Book elsewhere. Update: I appreciate the director of rooms met me at the end to apologize profusely and comp services. A gentleman from the front desk found me midway through to apologize as well. The services themselves were very good. Suggest this results in better training or re-assignment out of client services for the assistant spa director.

Such an amazing experience. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a spa day for both of us. I got the message with hot stone, my therapist Chloe was amazing. I felt relaxing after my session. Defiantly recommend, and we will be back soon!
