I recently tried a deep cleansing facial and, unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. There was no noticeable difference in my skin before and after the treatment, making it feel ineffective. Additionally, there was no massage, which removed the relaxing element I typically look forward to during facials. Given the minimal results and lack of extras, the service felt severely overpriced and not worth the money. Customer service was okay—staff were polite—but it didn’t compensate for the underwhelming experience. I wouldn’t recommend this facial if you’re seeking noticeable results or a relaxing spa experience.

Wonderfully facility. The only thing that needs work is the snack bar..for a spa environment tea and fruit would really add to the experience.

Absolutely wonderful. Came out refreshed and rejuvenated. My deep tissue massage by Jacinto (spc)—chef’s kiss. This man knows what he’s doing!!! Amenities are great and the front desk lady was so accommodating. Spent my birthday here and I am SATISFIED!

Great Spa and so nice to have this in Katy. We had the place to ourselves on a Monday afternoon and we spent 3 hours hours there! Have never seen a ceramic tiled heater lounger - but it was SO comfy!

I visited this spa today and I must say that was a great relaxing and rejuvenating experiences ! From the moment I walked in, the serene ambiance and calming aroma set the tone for a perfect escape from my daily stress. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming. I opted for the customized massage and the therapist Beverly was truly skilled, addressing all my tension points while creating a deeply relaxing experience. The facilities were immaculate, with a luxurious yet comforting atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this spa. I’m already looking forward to my next visit ☺️

I visited The Spa at Bella Piazza for the first time yesterday, 10/29/24, and had a great experience. From my call making my appointment I was greeted with kind and helpful customer service, upon arrival I received the same. The spa is so peaceful, relaxing and clean. I suggest going on a weekday afternoon because I had the whole place to myself. I was able to fully relax, have some champagne and snacks and enjoyed a wonderful massage. I will definitely be going back asap!

Loved my experience! The dry sauna was terrific, followed by the wet sauna, a shower and into my massage with Jacinto. A traditional swedish with lots of care taken to the areas I specified. The table was warm and the vibration was pleasant. Jacinto took me back to the relaxation room to lounge in the zero gravity heated Himalayan Salt chairs. This was the best part. Fully relaxed. Next time I’ll bring a bathing suit for the jacuzzi!

Review: A Truly Rejuvenating Spa Experience I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Spa at Bella Piazza and I can confidently say it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the tone—soft lighting, calming scents, and soothing music immediately put me at ease. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure I was comfortable from start to finish. The massage therapist was incredibly skilled, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension without discomfort. It felt like every knot I had simply melted away. Afterward, I relaxed in the serene lounge with a glass of champagne, feeling completely rejuvenated and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend The Spa at Bella Piazza! It was exactly what I needed!

Wow, was I pleasantly surprised by my visit to The Spa at Bella Terra! As a long time member of the Houstonian, I have often bemoaned the fact that the Katy area has had no spa on par with Trellis or other top notch spas. The Spa at Bella Terra has solved the issue. From the moment you are greeted by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, you get the feeling that you’re going to have a great experience. I was guided through the men’s locker room by a young man who showed me the features of the locker room and all the equipment and amenities. This included, but was not limited to: Jacuzzi, Dry Sauna, Steam Sauna, Salt Chairs, massage chairs, and more. The entire facility and all of its equipment is new and incredibly maintained and clean. When I finished with my sauna and shower, there was a glass of water and a glass of champagne waiting for me in the relaxation room. That combined with the comfortable, well fitting robe and ambiance of the spa had me completely relaxed going in for my massage. I have had hundreds of massages all over the world from The Four Seasons in London to the beach in St Kitts - I am not sure I’ve had one much better than the one Beverly provided me this day. Her attention to areas of concern and pressure was absolutely spot on for the entire 90 minutes. Post massage, I was able to continue to relax with Champagne and a Charcuterie board that was absolutely fantastic. Gentlemen, if you want to score some serious points with the lady in your life, get her a spa treatment at Bella Terra. If you want to spoil yourself, your Mom, or anyone else in your life - look no further. Bravo y’all, and see you again soon.

Very clean place the Atmosphere was amazing. Since you enter the place. The greetings were top notch. So if y’all are looking for a good place to come and relax. This is where you need to come. The massage was so relaxing definitely coming back.
