I definitely recommend this place they are so professional people they have a lot of knowledge what they do , and Teresa hong is so particular she give back to the community, she is always resilience with community, we have a complementary hair removal for my son which talk a lot about what kind of person is she really a human kind people she worries about others , highly recommended her place to visit 🙌🏻

The Skin Queue came recommended by a friend and she did was not kidding... this place is LEGIT! I'm new to laser and I just completed my first Moxi treatment, which came highly recommended during my consult with Teresa a few weeks ago when I expressed my goals in improving skin texture and resurfacing. Whitney performed my treatment today and I cannot rave enough about how amazing she was -- she was warm, friendly, knowledgable, gentle, she took her time, made me feel comfortable throughout each step of the process and answered all my questions with confidence. Bonus: The treatment was virtually painless. Thanks Whitney! Can't wait to see the results!

I love the staff here! Not only are they super sweet, but also very thorough and detailed. They put you at ease and always make sure you’re comfortable with the procedure, before starting. They discuss the goal you’re looking to achieve, before starting any procedure, and tailor your appointment to your specific needs.

If I could give The Skin Queue a 100000/5 stars I would!! I usually go to LA to get any injectables but heard great things about The Skin Queue and decided to give them a try. I am always hesitant about trying new medical spas because I have had some bad experiences in the past. But boy was I blown away! Staff is incredible, super professional, and welcoming! Kacey was so sweet, she gave me a tour of the medi spa! Answered any questions I had and was very attentive. Teresa my injector was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and was thorough and made sure I was feeling comfortable during the whole service. This was my first visit, but definitely will not be my last! Thank you The Skin Queue!!

I randomly found Skin Que after having a bad filler experience & being desperate to dissolve it all.. The other office had made me feel like I was crazy when I said the filler migrated from my forehead into my eyelids.But all my family & friends saw the difference.I could feel the filler below my eyebrows. No one at the other office believed me & even told me my problem.was I needed a eyelift!!! I didnt need one before 4 weeks ago upon getting filler...so I was outraged of course. I went to Dr. Chang after being dismissed by the other office pretty much & she said ok she'd help me. She was thorough & listened to me & instantly the filler started to dissolvIe. I was so happy I cried. I highly recommend this place & ive been to offices in Beverly Hills & Westlake & I promise you its more about the person injecting you then location. 👍

I’ve been seeing both Kaycee and Teresa for over 2 years and have never felt more comfortable than at the Skin Queue. I’ve never felt pressured to get anything I was uncomfortable with and I am so happy with my results from Botox, filler, and some laser tattoo removal. I love my new smile and feel so confident! Their new location is beautiful and I can’t wait until my next appointment 💓

This place is amazing. I have been coming here since they opened, and I am satisfied with the services every time. Terri is amazing and always knows how to do my Botox well. She listens to my concerns, and always delivers top notch results. Most recently I did Botox on my chin and I’m beyond happy.

I recently started my weight loss journey with the wonderful staff at The Skin Que. They are very knowledgeable in medical weight loss management. I started my journey 4 months ago and have lost 25 pounds and feel great. I used to drive to a medspa in Malibu and was hesitant to try someone new, but very happy that I did! Highly recommend Teresa. I loved that she took the less aggressive approach and she did a great job. They didn’t answer when I called, but texted me right away and I was able to book an appointment easily. Very nice office and a solid menu. Also loved that it was a family business!

Wow!!!! The Skin Queue is absolutely amazing!!! I've gone to a few places in the past but Teresa and Dr. Chang are by far the best in the business. They are very professional and experienced.
