I am a client for a long time , a review is long overdue and justified. It doesn’t seem fair to compare Sandi’s technique with any other facials I have gotten in all the years and places before. Her approach to skincare with medical grade products is simply the best I ever had. I like the easy scheduling, the welcoming atmosphere and appreciate the excellent service. Skin Genie - Indeed!

Truly cannot say enough AMAZING things about going to The Skin Genie. She really spends the time understanding your skin needs & goals. I appreciated her explaining the products she was using, what my skin needed and coming up with the best routine for it!! Cannot wait to be back again & am soooo happy with how much skin looks after my first facial with her 🤩 she really is a skin genie!!! *2/6 edited to add: I just cannot say enough great things about Sandy. She is the skin GENIE for a reason! The first photo was my face before I started seeing her, and the second is what it looks like now…completely CLEAR. All I do is use the exact products she recommends with the routine she tells me, and a few months later I’ve been able to achieve my dream skin!!

Sandi is truly a skin genie. Not only did my facial skin look transformed after one visit, I left with the power of knowledge on how to correct my recently developed acne. She took the time to educate me about skin in general, as well as what was specifically happening with my skin condition. After I used The Skin Genie's services just one time, I finally got it. I never again used another aesthetician, never. Not even when a Groupon came out. This was the first time a facial actually made a difference in how my skin looked and felt. If you're into massages, Sandi does a stellar job with that, too. And she's straight with you when she says she doesn't try to upsell you on products and services, you're never made to feel as if you have a $$ target on your back. I couldn't be happier.

I was referred to Sandi by my best friend. I was so pleased with my facial and skincare regimen that she suggested (not pushed on me AT ALL), I sent my husband and mom to see her. Unfortunately, my husband and I moved out of state but my mother continues to be a client and I would highly recommend anyone in the Ventura county area to seek out her services . She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about your skin and what each individual needs. Sandy is a warm and funny person and a delight to be around. Her salon is cozy and intimate unlike some other “med spas” I’ve been to. I HIGHLY recommend Sandi for any skin care needs.

My experience. I didn't see Sandi for a facial for a few years, I didn't have chance to. But I have been in another few facial salons. They didn't satisfy me with their facial services as The Skin Genie did. Sandi spends a good time on me and used a good amount of supplies, tools if indicated. This review is long overdue. I have been going to the Skin Genie for almost a year. Hands down, Sandi is the "skin whisperer." My skin used to look rough, dull, uneven, and I'd have far to many breakouts for being in my mid-30s. All the products I tried previously did nothing - or made my skin worse! I'm black, so finding products geared toward dark skin can sometimes be a challenge. Sandi has given my skin star treatment and now my skin is softer, firmer, breakouts are few and far in between, and best of all, my skin tone looks even! Not only does Sandi know how to give your skin celebrity treatment, she offers you products in a no pressure way so that you can keep your skin looking A+ all day long! You don't have to use the products, but trust me when I say give it a month and you'll wonder how you ever lived without them. She uses some of the products you can buy on your face during the facial, so that you have an idea already how your skin can respond to the products. Sandi's facials are also reasonably priced and so are her products! I have spent far less money on the products over the long run because a little goes a long way on my skin!
