Review for Alyssa at Skin Agency I recently had a laser treatment done by Alyssa at Skin Agency, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming vibe of Elly and thier relaxing atmosphere. The space is clean, modern, and exudes such good vibes—it immediately put me at ease. Alyssa was amazing—she’s knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail, which made me feel confident and well cared for. The pricing is super reasonable for the top-notch service you get. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and their results. I’ve already noticed a difference, and I’m beyond excited for my next session. I’ve been going to The Skin Agency for years - the space is gorgeous, the staff are always friendly, and the prices are amazing for the quality of the services they provide. I’ve had many technicians but Alyssa is a standout: she’s friendly but professional and always thorough with her work!

Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and welcoming. I have referred so many friends simply because the staff and experience are so wonderful from start to finish. I love their package deals even though treatments such as under arm laser are incredibly affordable. Absolutely love all of the nurses and front desk employees. Thank you for always answering questions, helping with scheduling, and generally creating a warm environment.

First time at Granada hills seen agency and wow wow. Beautiful facility clean and neat. And the best part best service ever. Rita was very nice and friendly and Tina my nurse did an amazing job on the laser hair removal. She’s so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place and get Tina as your nurse. She will make the experience pleasant and not painful. Also she definitely makes you feel 💯 comfortable. 10/10!!!

I have been to the Skin Agency in Santa Clarita a handful of times now. Each time I have felt well attended to and every room is clean including the waiting room and restrooms, which is important to me. The staff there is nice and the manager has always acknowledged me anytime we have crossed paths and makes sure I am satisfied with my overall services. I have had the best experience with The Skin Agency. For a first time laser-er (idk if that’s even a word), they have made me feel comfortable and ultimately hooked! They are flexible with appointment times and have really skilled and knowledgeable beauty techs. Their bedside manner is A1. I love it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

The Skin Agency is the best for laser hair removal! It’s definitely a cheaper option compared to other laser hair removal places and it’s such a wonderful and welcoming environment! Jazmari is the best! She made my visit 100 times better. She is such a welcoming presence and so sweet. She kept me informed of the entire process and will definitely be going back to her!

Love, Love, Loved my experience at The Skin Agency and with Jazmari! I am amazed at the progress at just my first visit! Jazmari was so right that I would be pleasantly surprised after just one visit! Wow! It's such a HUGE difference to NOT see yucky upper lip and embarrassing chin hair constantly growing back every 2-3 days! I am forever grateful in getting back those hours I would spend sitting in front of a light and mirror just always plucking those unsightly hairs! 😭🙏🏼 I'm so thankful I found The Skin Agency and the care and professionalism they provide to their clients is unmatched!
