I loved the experience this salon offers. It makes you feel fancy straight from the door. I got a complimentary drink and the haircut I wanted based off of a reference photo. Everyone was very kind and chatting made the appointment great. Definitely my new salon go to.

When Aesthetics meets the type of professionals which graciously complements the beauty of every customer by providing them with the most comprehensive full-spectrum care that they have ever experienced... what a true performance of magic that is enchanting beyond words! The staff is courteous and so caring. Attentiveness and quality is down to the last detail, and they pride themselves on making 100% sure that the customer's expectations are beyond met. They go that extra mile and make a person's day more than bright! Authentic and genuine... This Salon is what others should strive to be. With 5 star accommodations and a magnificently awe inspiring environment, the 10 out of 10 I would definitely give this business seems to be an understatement compared to what it deserves. Remarkably, The Salon at Wellington Arms raises the bar when it comes to setting the gold standard. Parking wasn't a hassle, accessibility was two thumbs up, the service was unparalleled, and the end result was that I have been left totally in a state of absolute delight!!!! If it's about wanting to be pampered to the 9s or something more along the lines of needing to be ready for a big event, this is the place for you!!! The cost is absolutely affordable, and the chances I will be a returning customer is 100%. You won't be sorry you came to such a heavenly haven. Believe me... there is not going to be another place anywhere that could compare to it. Not even close! I absolutely love this salon. Micah is so amazing at what he does. I moved to Alabama and still travel back to Lexington just to have my hair done. Well worth it! I always leave looking like a million buck's!

Amazing! Atmosphere, staff, the end result of my services: all amazing. Scott looked at a picture I had on my phone and brought it to life in my own hair. I couldn’t ask for anything more than what I received today. This is, bar none, my best salon experience!

Micah was fantastic! I loved how my hair turned out. I loved that Micah listened to me & didn't get snooty when I tried to explain the technical salon treatment terms that I thought I wanted or needed. Clearly, I had the terms all wrong, but he just guided me through and made me feel like a rock star. I usually dread the traditional hair salon experience...I hate small talk. LOATHE IT. Being trapped in a chair talking about the weather is not my idea of a fun way to spend my time. However, at this salon, I actually felt totally at ease with Micah and was entertained the entire time. I wasn't expecting that - no forced conversation at all. I also liked that I felt pampered, but without the gimmicks that end up tacking on precious time to the appointment. I liked that the salon was full, yet still felt calm. You know what I mean when you go into a salon and it's blaring music, a thousand hair dryers are going and stylists are shouting over them? I always feel like my shoulders are tensed the entire time at those locations. THIS salon space is gorgeous and serene, the team was incredibly kind ("My pleasure" for everything and sincere concern for your comfort) and my hair turned out great. I'll be back!

The salon is lovely, clean and well laid out. The stylists and staff are all so courteous and professional while still making you feel welcome. Brittany is so wonderful! She took the time to get to know my hair and what works for it and my lifestyle! I am loving my color and ALWAYS love the time I get to spend at the Salon at Wellington Arms...(it always feels like a special "treat")

This is the most overpriced salon I've ever been too. Went there 3 different times and worked with 2 different stylist. One who I find out later had been on drugs. First 2 times were to have my hair highlighted to an ombré color and after I spent almost 300 dollars what I ended up with was not ombré it was dark on top light on bottom. Then I went back to have my hair cut and asked for layers. Something so simple. I walked out with my hair extremely choppy. It was like she cut it, went up an inch cut that then went up another inch and cut that. Then too top it off she couldn't get a knot out of my hair so she cut the knot out with scissors and now I have an unwanted bang. Maybe it's just a bad experience, but it was a the worst and it was a waste. If I could give less stars I would. Do not recommend and will not be back.
