The Salon is great and my cut and style is FANTASTIC! Robin has mad skills and gave me exactly what we discussed! REALLY!!! I am happy to have a professional to trust! Thanks, Robin! THEN: My second visit was awful.

I moved away about 3 years ago. I have tried several places and although nice people, I have yet to find anyone as amazing as Melanie. She colored, cut, style my hair like no one else, an artist for sure.

Did a head of highlights with Chelsea… worst decision of my life. Gave me the most ugly, striped highlights. Had me looking like a tiger. Some stripes were yellow…. some were white. When I asked her to fix it, she refused to fit me in the schedule and re-book me, and refused to buy me a product she recommended to fix the mess she left of my hair… after I paid her my hard earned money. If you want to be gaslit and want a hairstylist who takes no feedback and who will block you if you don’t like your hair, then go to Chelsea. Very disappointed with her work AND her response

Called for an appointment and couldn't even get them to answer during their regular open business hours. I actually called a few different times to make sure.. I guess y'all don't want any new clients 😐

I've been going to this salon for years, seeing Renee Langford the whole time. She is wonderful! The staff at the salon are always friendly and welcoming, and the space is great.

Leslie is skilled and patient. She makes recommendations on what is manageable and on the best products. She shows me how to use tools to achieve the style I want. I have been going there for years.

This review is not timely but as I face trying to find yet another person to cut my hair I realized you don’t know how good you have it until you don’t anymore. I moved away from Gainesville 3 years ago and still have not found someone who can cut my hair like Melanie. I have very tight curls that can be a challenge and no one here seems to get the layers or shape like Mel. She did a great job every time and makes excellent and easy conversation. She is a total badass and I miss that peace of mind knowing exactly who to schedule with when I needed a haircut.

Was curious about a styleI have been wanting and saw the door open with people chatting coming and going in the parking lot. It looked like a friendly place, so i walked up wearing my mask. I was turned away rudely at the open door by the person who was holding the door open chatting with someone else in the parking lot and before i could ask anything was told dismissedly they're not taking walk-ins. I didnt want a walk in, they didnt even want to answer a quick question. Was told no one was allowed inside, (i wasnt trying to go inside nor did i want to) and to go home and schedule an appointment. No thanks.

Robyn Is the best stylist ever!! She cuts my hair every few months and does a fantastic job! She definitely knows what she is doing and always gives me advice on how to take care of my hair. I love this salon! 100% recommended

The salon is comfortable and welcoming, even to men. They do everything from cut to coloring, but it never smells like a chemical spill. My hair dresser is amazing, and I believe that's normal among the regular, long time staff here.
