Ashley was amazing, I went in for a nose wax because I had a chia pet growing from years of neglect in my nostrils. I would 💯 recommend! The girls were very nice and comforting especially for a male to walk into the establishment! Can't wait to go back!

Joan is my hairstylist and has been doing my hair for years! She has transformed my hair health and is an artist with a brush! I’ve had extensions and wouldn’t go to anyone else! She makes the process easy, clear cut, and the execution is perfection. Love her & the rose room!

I love this salon. It’s so relaxing and the stylists are sweet. I recently went short and the cut was done somewhere else. Was kind of not what I wanted, so I saw Brianna and she fixed me up. She’s now guiding me into the style I was going for. Excited to work with her.

“The worst salon experience of my life. Whatever you do, do not see Joan Hurley at the Rose Room. I paid 2,000 for extensions which she botched. I went to see her a week after the install, at which point she took them out completely and then said that she would re-do them, but that she could only cut them into a “short bob” which was not the agreed upon service, nor the service I paid for. I respectfully requested a refund, less the costs of the wefts, which she refused. I subsequently asked for a refund of the botched install only, which she also refused, nor will she give me an itemized receipt for the charges incurred. The owner, Brianna, has offered no help. Do yourself a favor- if you want professional, well installed extensions, avoid Joan and the Rose Room at all costs.”

I had my hair recently done at a different salon which left me feeling very upset and insecure about my hair. I decided to try the Rose Room after a friend of mine recommended I schedule an appointment with Bri Hall. Bri did an exceptional job on my hair! It turned out so beautiful. I will be back again! 😊

I made an evening appointment and the stylist called me to say she was running 30 min late...fine. I arrived to the salon 30 min after my scheduled appointment. I wasn't greeted. Fine. I sat and waited for another 20 minutes. Then, I decided I would just reschedule. The stylist said she would text me to find a time to reschedule. A week later, and I haven't heard a word from her. I felt so blown off.

Joan J. Is the absolute best!! She is so talented and you can tell she loves what she does. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The salon is very neat and clean and the atmosphere is great! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

Joan J. is a miracle sent from the hair goddesses! After not one, but two, back to back hair disasters, Joan came to the rescue! I booked online but felt at ease as soon as Joan and I talked through the initial consultation before she started her magic. She was able to listen to what I wanted, hear how I was feeling about my hair in the mess it was in, and then spent the extra time it took to completely reverse my situation. Even though my hair took longer than the initial appointment I had booked, she took her time and accommodated me which was so appreciated. I finally feel like myself again. My hair is back from the nightmare it was in, into a beautiful day dream! I LOVE my hair. Thank you so much Joan! I will be back.
