I had very bad neck pain and it completely disappeared the next day after the massage Kristi had given me. Its like a miracle... i was on back to back Dr Calls giving me referrals to Orthos and asking me to get imaging done... I will 100% be a regular with Kristi. Thank you! Your hard work is very much appreciated.

First time here - and certainly not my last. I’ve had a massage therapist for 5+ years but recently moved to the area and needed to find a new one. My new therapist, Frank, at this spa knew exactly what kind of massage would be best for my lifestyle (Swedish and sports massage blend). It’s evident that this man loves what he does and he does it WELL. Frank so effortlessly moves his way through all your tired, worn out muscles. Frank is an absolute wonderful and extremely knowledgeable therapist. I have had countless massages in my day, and Frank by far has been the best I have had. I am a long distance runner, and weight train regularly, so he has helped me so much with muscle and fascia issues. He’s is very professional, took his time to address my concerns and I never felt rushed. He was very polite and has a deep understanding of muscle involvement. I booked again with him, and look forward to my next session. I highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for quality body work!

I have gotten massages all over the world and at the most expensive fancy places, but when I tell you that Christie changed my life today! She definitely did Lol I can tell she was paying attention to detail. One of the best massages I've had! Hands down! You're amazing girl and I'm coming back!

Kristi and Frank are both great! Booked a couples massage and it was awesome. Booking was easy, price was good, facility was clean and smelled good. The location is very convenient and close to my house. Service started on time access they utilized the entire time for the service. Definitely plan on returning.

My husband and I did the couples retreat. Christie and Claudia were great! They checked pressure and made sure we were happy through the whole appointment. Both the massage and facial were relaxing and just what we needed. We will be back next time we treat ourselves.

My husband and I visited for the first time today for a couples massage and we had a wonderful time. Kristi and Frank were our therapists and they were beyond phenomenal. It was an extremely relaxing and pleasant environment and the massages were sooooo relaxing. Before we left, my husband was already wanting to know when we'd be coming back! LOL! Definitely recommend! Supporting a local business is also a plus!

Kristi is professional and very accurate when massaging your problem areas that she asks about prior to the massage. During the massage Kristi worked out knots that I didn't even realize were present. The session was incredibly peaceful and comfortable. Rich Rose Spa offers such a calming environment. It was a awesome experience and I plan to return. Greatful to of found this Gem.

We had a couples massage yesterday, the owner was nice and saw a post I made in a Facebook group. She said we have an opening at 3 if y'all want it. She wasn't there and this experience is about other things that happened. First when we got there Claudia laughed about something after I said we have an appointment. That would have been the first red flag. My husband didn't enjoy the rough massage he received and said it's the worst he's had. The guy rubbed so fast and it wasn't relaxing at all. We told them our problem spots and they didn't work on those at all.. so not sure why they even make you fill out a paper.. then when the massage was over, my husband and I were covered in oil. We didn't receive a foot scrub we were told by the owner we would. The thing that got me is when we were done with the massage I asked for water. Claudia said we don't have water. I was so dehydrated and I've never had a massage where they don't give water after. You're always supposed to drink a good amount of water after a massage..I spent my entire rest of my day with an excruciating headache on our anniversary. When we were checking out Frank said it will be $65 each. I put my card in and Claudia came over and said wait no it's $75 a person. Then they want tip. They were pretty mad I didn't leave a bigger tip and said that's all?! So yeah all in all a terrible experience. I went to the owner with my concerns and she didn't really seem to care. We won't be back.

Been getting massages for over 20 years and I just got the best message ever from Claudia. Pressure used was perfect she communicated throughout the massage (when I wasn’t asleep) to make sure I was ok. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. I feel amazing. Thanks again!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Rich Rose Spa!! Kristi is AMAZING! She has hands of an angel! I'm a marathoner and triathlete i setup monthly sport massages and Kristi works her magic on my tired sore muscles. Even talked my husband into going, he is a BodyBuilder. He couldn't stop raving about Kristi and the Spa. He goes monthly as well! It's a beautiful spot and we feel so relaxed and calm once we enter the door. the massage room puts you at total ease and you know it's a safe space, perfect setting.

I absolutely love this place. It's quiet and inviting. It's a small business not a chain and they focus on YOU. I have had a variety massages by Kristi, Claudia, & Frank all three are very professional & very good at what they do. My latest was with Frank and he honestly helped my shoulder that I was having major issues with without hurting me in the process. All 3 have there own style on how they work with you. They listen to what you want & focus on making you leave more comfortable/relaxed. They have great specials to go with the season and offer a variety of different massages. If you don't see what you want just ask I know Kristi will work with you.

Kristi was instrumental in keeping the knots out of my muscles so that I could continue to train and prepare for the Natural Olympia. Ordered a gift for a friend through Groupon app. All I saved was $9 so to be treated like my money wasn’t enough was absurd. The ad was false advertising saying massages would be available Mon-Thursday and I had to book in advance… no problem!! But when I called and Kristi said that it doesn’t start until December and that none of her employees don’t do work for purchases through the app. I was also informed that it lasts 120days was ridiculous when I needed that for my friend as soon as possible. I asked when was the earliest I can book and guess what?? No answer! Totally unprofessional and to text your customers instead of picking up the calls is also unprofessional. I’ll take my money elsewhere. What a slap in the face for someone who serves for this country.

This was my first time at The Rich Rose Spa and right away I was impressed with how fancy and cleaned it looked. Perfect calming atmosphere. Claudia was the one to gave me the swedish massage, the 75$ for an hour. She was very professional. Asked if the pressure she used was okay and if I was okay. She even told me where the tension areas were. The music she played in the background was smoothing. The oil used smelled good and I was happy she wiped off most of it with a damp warm towel. When she was finished she gave me a bottled water. Very happy with the service. I’m hoping to come back and bring my mom next time.
