Absolutely amazing!!! I came in with uneven hair after going to a different salon and Ladosha graciously fit me in last minute and fixed it so fast and it looks amazing!! She explained everything she was doing and why in detail and was a pleasure! Great costumer service all around!! I 100% recommend rdt hairsalon the best experience you’ll ever have getting your hair done!

I brought my nine year old daughter in for hairstyling due to some breakage that she was having. My daughter was embarrassed by the breakage and I would put a headband on her head to cover the hair lost. Fast forward to Reverence salon with Christian and Ladosha. They made Ana feel welcomed and confident. She got an awesome cut and trained her on how to comb and take care of her hair. Ana was so excited and she loved her press curl and cut. Thank you for bringing the joy back to haircare.

I recently took down my braids after wearing them for several months, and being a natural, my hair was on life support. I had spent days scouring the internet to try to find a salon that could possibly tackle my natural hair along with my alopecia concerns. And with my youngest son’s graduation coming up within a week, I was seriously at the point of despair. Just as I was nearing tears, thank GOD a family friend referred me to Ladosha Wright, who was able to somehow squeeze me in today. To start, I knew I was in good hands when I arrived for my 8AM appointment, and Ladosha was already there and ready for me. Once I was in her chair, Ladosha treated me like a beloved family member. Not only did she ask great questions during the consultation, she literally talked me through everything she recommended for my hair. She explained what products she was using and why, and she patiently answered my questions. I have been living in Atlanta for the past fifteen years, where I have been to some of the best celebrity-type stylists both inside and outside the perimeter. But this was a very different experience from other salons I have been to. I am talking tools, techniques, and products I have never even seen or heard of before. She educated me on how to care for my hair after the salon visit. She was uber professional, yet personable and warm. Top to bottom, this woman made me feel like a cherished client. And my hair went from looking like a birds nest to soft, silky, and supple. I got up out of the chair feeling like a million bucks. What’s more, I truly believe she saved me from possibly losing all my hair. The whole energy of the place is so inviting and friendly. Shout out to the whole salon staff who entered the place with smiles and good vibes. Shout out to Kriss who helped me at checkout and made me feel most welcome and cherished. Ladies, do yourselves a favor and book an appointment as soon as possible for this upcoming holiday season and beyond.

I took my granddaughter to the salon for a silk press after reading the reviews online. This was our first visit & we were very pleased with the services that she received and she loved her hair. Everyone in the salon was very nice and it was a pleasant experience.

As a new client, I literally was able to make a last minute appointment and I am so glad I went to them. They are very nice and very professional. The atmosphere is very welcoming and this salon will be my new salon. Mr. Spritz really did his thing on my hair. My hair came out way better than the picture I showed him.

If I could give more than five STARS would! The solon is very welcoming I was comfortable sometimes when you go to a salon you feel a little uneasy uncomfortable. When I walked in the door I felt very welcome first I came for a free consultation with Ms Wright I explained that I have had not a good experiences with salons especially since I'm natural and I stop coloring my hair March of 2023 transitioning into my gray 🩶 hair I went to a couple of salons that say they specialize in gray hair when I left each salon my hair was yellow so I explained that to Ms Wright that I did my research (Google) on a stylist in area that's good with gray 🩶 hair and Ladosha Wright and The Reverence Design Team Hair Salon kept Popping up so here I am. I explained what I wanted my hair is in that funny color stage of my gray hair transition journey. She explained in detail on what she recommend treatment & color and I said let's do it. I made an appointment and my hair turned out Beautiful! Beautiful! 🩶💜

Such a pleasant experience with a wonderful team of professionals! I have been in Cleveland for the last 4 weeks. I currently travel back and forth from my home in Toronto for visits. I have searched tirelessly for a caring and professional stylist to help me care for my hair. Lodosha was warm and welcoming. Answered all my questions and reassured me through the service that I was in knowledgeable hands. She took her time and walked me through the process, while educating me how to move forward to achieve my hair goals. I have never felt my hair feel so soft without a recent relaxer. Let me tell you, I am a believer! lol I can’t wait to continue this hair journey with the Reverence team! Not overpriced neither was there any upselling. I felt safe in her chair and that was a blessing. If you are seeking an experienced team of professionals with a wealth of knowledge on Afro hair, this is the place to go! I met Ms Wright at a Hair Care convention with a Q and A portion.I asked questions and told her my issues and concerns .I was really happy and intrigued by her knowledge and wisdom; so much so that I called to book an appt..I left a message and Ms.Wright personally called me back and set up an appt for me.I didn't have to book online; I appreciated that. Once I had arrived Ms Wright greeted me so kindly and invited me in her very pleasant and comfortable space. She began her work with my hair. She explained alot to me about the products and the procedure. I was really shocked at her level of insite that was really educating me.Her staff was friendly and busy. My hair turned out exactly like I wanted. And I left out happy ..over satisfied..and with alot of knowledge. She also gave me a plan moving forward to achieve my goals. Her products were great...I actually FELT what they were doing. So just an overall GREAT experience. I will definitely happily be back.THANK YOU RDT🥰😘

Okay, where do I start?? I left a message with an inquiry into getting my 5 year old daughter's hair done. To be honest, I've had such lousy experiences with 'our' hair salons, I didn't really expect a timely response, if any response at all. But I did. I can't remember his name, but a gentleman called back the very next day (my inquiry was late the day prior) and was friendly and set up my daughter's appointment. They texted the day prior to the appointment to confirm and again, were incredibly friendly and professional. When we arrived, my daughter, who is still adjusting to kindergarten, was tired and cranky and not too happy about being there; Christian greeted her with a smile and so much warmth! She talked to me about my goals for my baby's hair, gave me some insight and proceeded to start working on her hair. I had to run home quickly, so I left my niece with my daughter, and they were very patient with that. When I returned about 20 minutes later, instead of the usual "we don't want kids in here" they were complimentary of the girls! At one point while Christian was braiding, my daughter had reached her breaking point and started to sob (again, no indication on Christian, my baby was just exhausted and has a sensitive scalp), LaDosha, the owner, offered my daughter a book for me to read to her, and a bear for her to cuddle while she finished with her hair. This calmed my daughter right down. Now, I know this is about the salon, but the book was absolutely FIRE and LaDosha is the author! The storyline and illustrations are engaging and whimsical. My daughter and I both loved it so much we bought it (you should too)! Back to the salon experience... all of the stylists at this family-run shop were friendly; and not just speak and half smile friendly. No, they were engaged and interested and actually friendly, but still professional! The gentleman who made the appointment for us offered my baby snacks, and sent some to take home to her cousins. Truly for the first time in a long time, this salon felt like the salons of yesteryear, where you felt safe, and cared for, and listened to. I hope my daughter can "grow up in" this salon and find community there. The style Christian did for us was probably a bit my involved than she was expecting to do, but we wanted something pretty and she was gracious and accommodated us and did an absolutely phenomenal job. My daughter couldn't stop smiling. Oh, also, I LOVE the emphasis on black positivity, manifestations, and the spiritual importance of this thing called life. I think that resonated with the type of patrons they attract as well, because even the other clients just had good energy. If you're a person who is looking for professional, knowledgeable, kind, clean, and welcoming environment, this is the place to go. Thanks again, RDT. We will see you in a couple of weeks!

The Reverence Design Team Hair Salon is very welcoming, and professional. I had my hair colored by Ladosha, and I was not sure about getting hi-lights. She said, "trust me, I have the color and high lights that you will love and will make your hair standout!" She was right! My hair is soft and the color and hi-lights look amazing. I am more than100% happy with my hair and the service I received!

The environment was very welcoming, when I came in it was very clean, and Ms. Ladosha even educated me on my hair, what products works best for my hair, and how to ACTUALLY maintain my hair. Even though I’m a quiet customer she really made me feel comfortable and held conversations with me. I definitely will be coming back, hopefully as clientele!💕

Had to share! My daughter JUST turned 3 and I took her to get braids for the first time at Reverence. Christian was AMAZING with her! Her style turned out exactly like the pic I showed her. She was extremely efficient with a wiggly toddler all while being patient and kind. She even had a little unicorn cape for her to wear :) The salon is clean and inviting with friendly staff. The best part was that my daughter walked out of the salon and said “I love my hair mommy”. Ten out of five stars for sure :)

Reverence Hair Salon did an amazing job with my relaxer touch up and silk press, they were very attentive, commucated with me every step of the way and got everything done efficiently. Also the wash was amazing it is now a week later and I haven’t had to do anything to my hair. I am beyond satisfied and happy that I chose them. I will be returning!

I got a comb stuck in my hair that was impossible to take out, so I rushed to Reverence without an appointment. Spritz saw me right away and removed the comb in only 15 minutes! Afterwards he detangled the rest of my hair. Cannot recommend him or Reverence enough.

I went to this salon for the first time. I was so nervous about coloring my hair. I was pleased to experience a salon that specializes and educates you regarding natural hair. They assured me the coloring process was safe. They also recommended products for me to use after I left the salon. Kendra colored my hair, it came out perfectly. The color was so vibrant. I was obsessed with my hair before it was styled. Ladosha washed my hair, it was so refreshing. Christian styled hair and retwisted it. Christian really payed attention to the details of the hair style and executed it perfectly. I loved the teamwork. I was out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate Chrissy for scheduling the appointment. She was polite and professional. Thank you everyone for making my bday special ❤️🫶🏾🫶🏾

The Reverence Design Hair Team Salon is THE BEST HAIR SALON in all of Cleveland Heights, OH!!! I was referred to them by Nicole. I called yesterday 03/22/2024 and spoke with the Salon Coordinator Krissy and had an appointment for a consultation today 03/23/2024 with the owner Ms. Ladosha Wright which surprised me that I got in so soon. The salon specializes in natural hair and all types of hair treatment for healthy hair and scalp as well as other hair services. After my consultation Ms. Ladosha Blessed me with a hair wash, conditioned, deep condition, cut and styled my hair, did my eyebrows, makeup, gave me free combs and products. Today Ms. Ladosha taught me how to properly wash, condition and deep condition my hair and what products I should be using on my short curly afro type hair. Ms. Ladosha explained to me why my hair is thinning in the top of my head and told me how to start my natural hair journey the proper way. I will never go to another salon other than this one. I'm in love with this salon and looking forward to my next appointment. I walked in with tears in my eyes due to all the damage I felt I had done to my hair but Ms. Ladosha assured me I would be fine. I walked out with the biggest smile ever on my face. I'm so grateful for this Salon. Y'all should give her a try you won't be disappointed!!! Ms Ladosha Wright and her team are AWESOME. The salon is beautiful and welcoming as well. ❤️❤️❤️

After doing some research I came to Ladosha to do a curly perm for my niece. Her hair was so thick, dry, and it was hard for her curls to form anymore. Ladosha did such an amazing job and created such a beautiful memory for me to see my nieces face with the curls she’s been dreaming of having for years. I came here and was saved by the wonderful Christian. I had a distressed area of hair after improper care from another stylist at a different salon and she treated it and got some pattern back. She educated me at every step and taught me about my hair. She also gave me an Afro centric ponytail that slays for days. I came in in tears and walked out glowed up!! Thank you everyone at RDT!!
