I got a haircut from Kevin and he did exactly what I asked! I made my appointment for 3:00 and he was kind enough to move it over to 5:00! Kevin helped me out a ton not just with my hair, but also with just being able to chat about things. I will be coming back again and again. Thanks Kevin and The Ranch!

I recently had my haircut at this wonderful place, and I can’t recommend it enough! David Moreno did an incredible job – he truly takes his time to make sure every detail is perfect. This is not to the entire establishment but just to one barber, Kevin Alexander, is what his name is on the booksy app. I had read only one bad review from him with this similar issues but the rest were 5 stars. I had made two appointments for January 21st, one for Daniel and one for Kevin. Upon arrival they had told me that Daniel was at another location which I understood but also did not know, either way I cancelled the appointment as soon as I could. Kevin was there though, working on a client but I also understood as the appointment was not until 4:45 and it was 4:30 or so. I assumed the client was going to be done around 4:50 so I did not say anything. As time kept passing Kevin had not spoken to us about him almost being done with the client, but we still waited. It was 5:00 now and still no communication from him. I gave it another 10 minutes and still nothing. As we saw the entire waiting list be sat down and dealt with, there was no sign of Kevin saying anything. We ended up getting up and leaving at around 5:15, as there was no communication and or telling us he would be with us soon. I have come here before with Daniel and have waited but only because I was a bit late but he would communicate the time and wait. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back but I know for sure I wont be making an appointment with Kevin. Or maybe not even an appointment at all as it seems that walk ins go in much faster.

First time getting a haircut here. Booked an appointment with Daniel he had one of the best reviews.The Shop is clean & professional all the guys are mindful of your time and very respectful to not only their appointment clients but especially walk ins. Daniel was easy going super respectful and has good pricing as well. Definitely got himself a new client. Kept a conversation going. Haircut by Daniel was Clean and I was satisfied. God Bless this barber shop and the crew.

If you want your hair done right then this place is where you want to be. All the barbers are chill and will listen to what you’re asking for. It helps a lot if you have a photo of the style you want when you don’t know how to describe it. For people curious on price, it is right there on their website or when you book for an appointment. They do take in walk ins so if it’s your first time there, you don’t need to worry about an appointment. I do recommend doing a couple walk in cuts to get a feel of the barbers before settling in for appointments.

Great place, David took me in as a walk in. Hands down better than my original barbershop. Also had my lil brother get his haircut from Carlos and did a great job. Highly recommend this barbershop if you want a clean fade or taper.

Great place. I have never had someone else shave my face and head. I treated myself as a birthday present and I will do it again. I was treated extremely well and felt great when I left. The price was a surprise being so inexpensive.

Love this place! I have only gone two times but both times were great! Super cool environment, all the barbers are sick and cut super well. Roy is the guy to go to, trimmed me up nice and chill dude to just talk to. Recommend him 100% if you haven’t gone yet and tried this place out.

Came in for a fast emergency cut for a family event as soon as I sat down one of the barbers Albert came up to me and Helped me out and had me getting a haircut in less then 10 minutes really loved the vibe and wouldn’t mind coming back for my next haircut

First time trying the Ranch barber shop and got cut by barber Danny because I was recommended to him. And had an amazing haircut experience and his attention to detail with how I wanted my cut was great. Also was seen right away for my appt and was in and out with a great cut. 10/10 experience ! Will def be back and to see Danny again. Shop was cool inside too.

Haven’t had a good barber in a minute, decided to come here and found Danny. Glad I did! He consistently gives me a sharp, clean cut and nails the style I’m looking for every time. He takes his time with details and doesn’t rush, which I really appreciate. Plus, he’s a great guy, making the whole experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend Danny if you want a barber who genuinely cares about his work and clients

This place was more solid earlier in its development. The barbers at the last chairs were always working as hard as the front chairs. Walking in for a cut didn't insult employees or cause apprehension. Quality didn't have to be scrutinized and be cause for concern. I used to love spending money here and tipping freely. This business was the best thing to happen in the Lincoln Plaza square, and I hope to see it return to, then exceed its prior glory.

went to the ranch as my first ever barber shop visit, i told my man Albert to bless me for my first time, he gave me a clean fade and the freshest cut in the west fr. Super chill atmosphere and nice convo. I also got a complimentary modelo, whats not to love? I will be coming back.

Jr. hands down gives the perfect cut every time. It is awesome sitting down on the chair and he already knows what to do without me having to say anything but “same as last time” and this was only after he cut my hair just one time. The shop also has a great vibe and all of the other barbers are very friendly. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
