Amanda was amazing. I had been traveling for a month straight and my his and shoulders were a mess. She knew exactly what to do. The restorative massage was just what I needed. I walked out feeling better and my hips weren’t hurting anymore. Shoulders took another day to stop hurting. Told her I would definitely be coming back!

This is my absolute favorite place to go to unwind and feel beautiful, I started coming here when I had a brow extension emergency last minute and Ashley was quick to get me in and help me before a holiday and ever since I’ve been back for several lash extension fills and recently brow lamination services with Angie! The girls here provide a family atmosphere and always do amazing work. if I could rate a 12 out of 10 I would. My brows look more defined and my lashes are on point thanks to these ladies. Can’t wait to get my hair done next 💚💚

Great place. Scheduling was easy, the reminders are nice. Ashley has cut my hair for years even before the spa, and fixed haircuts I have had. Wouldn't look for another place knowing she's in charge.

The staff here is amazing. Ashley makes your eyes pop with luscious lashes, Amanda will help melt your stress away with her massages, Beka will make you glow with an amazing facial, Jessalyn will beautify your nails, Angie will either add fullness to your hair with a perm or will wax all that unwanted hair away and Christenia is the color slayer!

Terrible experience, I went in for an appointment and got turned around because of things I didn’t know had to be filled out prior to the apt! Wasn’t informed via email or 24 hours in advance nor wasn’t it listed on the website. Very rude service and wouldn’t recommend, was hoping for a nice experience but she caught an attitude because I was trying to understand why I couldn’t be serviced. Exact reason why I can’t bring myself to try out these places in Macomb now, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Unskilled employees, can’t take responsibilities about their mistakes. Got my eyebrows, full arm, full leg wax and underarms done. If this were the last salon on the planet I’d still not go there next time. Threatened me about calling cops if I didn’t pay, in first place I didn’t even tell I won’t pay! Three people worked on me and none were able to do their job properly. Lost my half left eyebrow and I there’s still hair and wax on my legs and arms. Wish I could give zero stars!!

10/10 recommend going here. Wanted to try to get a body wax for the first time and I was a little nervous. Santana was AMAZING. Patient, walked me through what she was going to do, and overall just a great conversationalist. I had SO MANY questions with it being my first time and she did not get frustrated or annoyed with me asking them. Would recommend going here for body waxing of any kind with Santana. Great service. 5 stars.

Good experience overall. Adorable decor, polite, prompt staff. They were the only ones out of several that actually answered the phone. My daughter and I had pedis and haircuts. Courtney did a good job, we gave her pictures but she didn't really ask questions on the lengths she was cutting so on my own hair, she cut it too long and had to recut, but ended up being shorter than I showed her. Didn't bother me too much but the communication about the cut could have been better. Not enough of an issue for it to really be a negative experience though and I will probably have her cut my hair again because I love my hair! I took away one star because the cleanliness could have been better. There was dust on everything which could have been due to construction going on outside. Chairs, floors and carts in between the stations needed a wipe down. The waiting room chairs were really uncomfortable. I waited for half and hour on those chairs for my daughter's hair to be finished. Those are short wait time chairs! Pedicures were nice and they have massage chairs but they were too close to the wall so when you lean back it sounds like you're damaging the wall. There was also a standing lamp in between the chairs which made it frustrating to talk to my daughter with it in the way. Didn't want to move it though because it was the only light for the technician. Honestly, I had several things that sound negative but like I said, this was a good overall experience. I will probably go back.
