I arrived on time ... I wasn’t greeted ..I had to look for the stylist ... the stylist said wait 20 mins ..never once apologized for the inconvenience... she was servicing three people at one time . She was ignoring the fact I told her my hair was burning ...Her other stylist was aggressively arguing with me ..while I was discussing the unfair treatment I received..I left the chair with scabs on my head ... and woke up pretty much bald ... poor customer service .

I have been going to Mica for almost 10 years, and I'm not an easy girl to please, especially when it comes to hair. Mica is extremely talented and I adore her and her work. She has creative ideas. She is professional and on time. The Powder Room is a Fabulous place; I can't say enough great things.

My stylist, Mica Jay, was very professional, yet personable. She communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied. She was on time and multitasked efficiently. She definitely achieved the look that wanted and then some. Even though I would not have mind, I didn’t spend too much time in the salon. The Powder Room is very chiq and feminine! Definitely one of those salon vibes you imagine being in like you see in the movies. Everyone was welcoming upon entering and very professional.

I've been to Rhonda 3x and enjoyed every visit. I wish I cld make it more often but you know how life does us lol. She's very professional, punctual and attentive. Her assistant is great as well with the washing and treatment process.
