I came in to get a set of lashes and showed the technician a picture of exactly what I wanted. She assured me she could do them, but what I received was completely different—nowhere near what I requested. If she was unable to perform the style I wanted, she should have been honest upfront instead of misleading me. She refused to issue a refund, claiming it was against her policy. However, when I asked to see the policy, she wouldn’t provide it at all & stated she’ll give it to a lawyer or cop when the policy is suppose to be for the customers! I was really nice and even tried to work with her by offering to be a model for her business (since she advertises needing models) or by referring clients, but she refused any form of resolution. She told me to call the cops when I was just tryna make things work with us. She left me no choice but to speak with the mall security. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If you’re looking for a business with transparency, skill, and professionalism, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I attached a picture of how I wanted my lashes to look vs what I got. P.s Her hands and breathe smelled REALLY bad while she was doing my lashes.

I cant express how good it felt sitting in Grace’s chair for the first time today. I had a hair texturizing appointment with styling after and Grace was very professional and passionate from beginning until the very end. I left there feeling and looking like my very best self and can’t wait to keep up with my follow up appointments there. Im looking forward to referring her to my friends and family as well and highly recommend her to anyone reading this. Thank you Grace!

I remember my maternity spa treatment. Pink studio was a comfortable, cozy and relaxing place to be. I sure had a beautiful experience. I did t mention that I got a free massage too(soooothing)!

The pink studio is the place to go for your hair and skin care! She is amazing in what she does!! She is very professional and makes you feel welcome ! She did my makeup for my wedding 8 years ago and I still go to her for my make up, hairstyling (perm,relaxer,blow-dry etc..) and skin care! You won't regret your experience there 🥰 love her the services she offers !

I had the Sinclair Lazer facial treatment done By Grace it was amazing , painless and quick , my skin felt so hydrated after and looked like a photo filter finish My skin is glowing. The studio is so clean and beautifully decorated you are so relaxed as soon as you walk in . I recommend the pink studio 100% and I plan on having more services in the future. 🥰

First of all, Grace is professionalism personified! The ambience of the studio would immediately put you in the most relaxing mood. It smelt fresh and felt welcoming. The passion, positivity, and wealth of experience she brings to her work is commendable. I did my facials (I have blemishes and dark spots on my face) and Brazilian waxing and listen, Grace was was stellar. For a newbie, the pain from the waxing was not bad at all. My face felt so clean and my pores felt as if they were finally breathing. There was a noticeable difference in my blemishes the next morning. They appeared lighter. I made another appointment for next couple of weeks and I have already recommended The Pink Studio to my friends. I am going back for a full body massage! Thank you do much Grace! You’re truly doing your life’s work.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had a facial treatment and Hair removal. The ambience was so relaxing I fell asleep. After a busy day, working 9 to 5 , Six days a week. This was an absolute treat for myself. Grace is so highly professional and passionate about her clients. I would give her more stars if they were available because she is absolutely the best at what does! You would leave her business feeling like a brand new woman.

The Pink Studio was like an oasis within itself!; the music was soothing and relaxing, and the ambiance was magical!! My visit was for a lymphatic massage. Grace was exceptionally professional, nurturing, caring, courteous, friendly and such a beautiful soul inside and out! she was specific on the areas I pointed out and she wanted to focus on. Her hands were magical and healing to the touch because when I left there all of my aches and pains were gone 100%!! It was overall, a powerful, healing and exhilarating experience!! She is definitely a pro at what she does! I will definitely go back to The Pink Studio on a regular basis and also refer all of my family and friends to this magical oasis!!!
