Marcie is such a pro and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your cut. My daughter's hair is very dense so cutting it in trendy styles is very challenging. I love how she really cares about hospitality too--!

Brittany is my girl! She's been doing my hair for a long time and never ever disappoints. She asks the right questions, listens to what you want, and she always comes through by doing an amazing job. The salon itself is top notch. It's beautifully designed and everyone there gives you a warm welcome everytime. It's always a pleasure to visit Brittany and all of the ladies at The Parlour.

Wow it's all I can say about this gem salon in SCV!! Marcie and the team are such professional and talented stylists. From the minute you walk in you're treated with hellos, smiles and such a comfortable, relaxing and inviting atmosphere. When your finished you walk out feeling like youve just left one of those high class salons in LA. Marcie is an amazing and gifted colorist. She always works her magic and makes me feel like a million bucks!! I highly recommended The Parlour for any of your beauty needs!!

I love the vibe here! The space is chill and relaxing. Marcie values client comfort and holds her stylists to a high bar. She has effortlessly faced all the out-there hair challenges I have thrown at her with her trademark humor and affection. She’s absolutely unbeatable at color and I treasure her honesty!

Marcie 🙌 iv never had someone make me almost fall asleep while doing my hair but let me tell you . I got a keratin treatment done by her not only do I have thick thick hair but I didn’t feel anything as she brushed through the knots and the curls I have . She transformed my hair from dull and dry to the texture of silk and that’s not a joke . Thank you Marcie for making me love my hair again.

I love that this place is centrally located , has ample parking, can get my Starbucks and have my hair done. Can’t wait for the Trader Joe’s to open in August. I have been going to Marci for over 3 years and she does amazing work with my hair. She’s honest about what will work and what will not. Dylana is amazing with eyebrows. She takes her time, lets you see the look before hand so you can decide how much or little you want taken off. If your looking for a great place for hair and/or brows than you can’t go wrong here . Did I mention that Trader Joe’s will be opening too ?

Faith did my hair and I loved it! She gave me the perfect balayage - it looked super natural, exactly what I wanted. Faith's done my hair a few times before and I've never been disappointed. The Parlour has great vibes and is super cute inside!

Went in for First time last weekend. Had a Massive Allergic Reaction to hair Color product. My husband is on duty Army National Gaurd and he had to ask to leave to take me to emergency room. They immediately put IV and 3 other Meds to get swelling down. I got realized with an Epi Pen prescription!! They weren't sure if swelling was under control. Wasn't! Back to Urgent Care. Got SHOT and steroids to help control swelling. From back of my scalp to front of my face and eyes, all swollen. On Meds all week so airway doesn't close up. Missed a week of work, carry an Epi Pen, and this was one expensive hair treatment. Sad part that the hairdresser never called after she knew I was on my way to emergency room. The Owner neither and obviously doesn't care that her products are not Safe! Very unprofessional!!! Took their business cards down from our counter! Can't refer to a business that doesn't care about their clients or customers! One week later, I'm still feeling tired and I wish this on no one!!! I am Also contacting product line Provana, to inform them of Allergic Reaction. Very disappointed! 😞
