Jacquie has been doing my hair for 4 years. She takes her time, and listens to what I want as a client. She is knowledgeable and professional. Since I have moved away I have not found a more talented hairstylist than Jacquie. She is the best!

Love the girls here. They have always made me feel at home when working with them. Also Gisele gives a killer facial and does amazing eyebrows. Ashley and angelica are amazing at updos. Tommie is wonderful at nails and makeup!!! Tori is amazing at all the wonderful colors she does and Jordan does beautiful blonde hair! Also nena always holds down the front desk!

Excellent salon. Took my 17 year old for a balayage hair coloring. Angelica did great. She was gentle and caring. My daughter had fun and loved her hair. Thank you for treating her extra special and thank you for squeezing her in to your busy holiday schedule

I have been coming to Jacquie for the past year and a half for my hair needs, and she's the best!! Before I found her, I was trying to find a new salon and new hairstylist and just couldn't find someone I liked. Until I met Jacquie! She was new, but I could tell she knew her stuff!! She made my hair look amazing! She did exactly what I wanted, and she continues to do an amazing job!! I totally love and recommend seeing Jacquie for all your hair styling, color, highlights, cut, etc. needs!!

I look forward to getting my hair done by Jackie. She is the best!! Very professional, insightful, and so sweet!! I’ve never been disappointed with my balayage. All the workers are so kind and helpful. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of the location. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless around there, so I don’t feel the safest when I’m walking to and from the business.

I was visiting Riverside, CA for a few days. Jackie did a fantastic job of hair colour. She and rest of the staff were very friendly and gave good tips on places to visit in the area. Will definitely go to the salon next time I’m in Riverside.

Jacqueline is very pushy and does not know how to take no for an answer. i was specific with her and i asked her to please not cut off more than what i had asked for she ignored my request and did the complete opposite of what i asked for months worth of hair growth ruined and low self esteem thanks to her

Visited this salon for hair and makeup services 3/11/2023 for my wedding look. My expectations were high . Makeup was ok but the hair was a fail. Curls completely gone by the time I got dressed which was 45 min after leaving salon and there were Bobby pins falling out the hair accessories I provided fell out during the wedding ceremony. If pictures are needed I will gladly provide them

I go see Jacquie everytime I need my hair done. She is absolutely AMAZING!! She always delivers. She is very knowledgeable and is 100% committed to making me/her clients happy. I look forward to my hair appointments. The rest of the staff is very sweet, always offering refreshments. Ask for Jacquie you won't be disappointed.

I got partial highlights, toner, cut, and deep conditioning from Celine who did a SUPERB job. My hair feels and looks absolutely wonderful. Everyone here is friendly and fun and most definitely dedicated to making sure you feel your best! I'm thrilled to have found a salon in Riverside that I look forward to returning to again and again.

My hairdresser, Caitlin, is the best. She is actually helping me grow my gray out and has such a wonderful technique that makes the process so easy. I love her so much. Everybody in the salon is friendly and the salon is clean.

Holy wow! Maddie did such a fantastic job taking my grown out copper dyed hair and made me a beautiful blonde again. She clearly listened to what I had in mind and made it happen like it was nothing! The above and beyond attitude that ALL the employees had blew my mind and made me feel like I was just hanging out with friends the entire time. Kaylee also made me feel extremely comfortable during my fist ever waxing and talked me through my questions and concerns with concise answers. Loved everything about my experience today ❤

I had Jacqueline Esler for the first time and she was amazing! I asked for a bayalage and she helped select the colors I would need to get the exact look I wanted. It took about 6 hours because she is very thorough. Loved the style to it! After a few showers, the colors have remained intact so definitely good quality colors too. I would recommend her for anyone else getting a bayalage. She is the sweetest!

I used their services for my wedding. First of all I will say that they were nice in the sense that they re did my makeup trial. However my make up the first time came out absolutely terrible. My foundation was orange and my eyelashes fell off. The second makeup artist I had for the re trial is 100% 1000 stars she did an amazing job. My hairstylist for the trial was amazing but she became sick and could not do my hair for my wedding which is totally fine it happens and they found a replacement. I was worried but still trusted them until my hair became really flat and the curls fell out and we ended up having to brush out my hair because it was a total mess. My makeup was awesome the day of my wedding and the second trial no issues with make up whatsoever. My bridesmaids hair fell out within an hour after being done so that was a complete waste of money. Overall for bridal hair and makeup and two bridesmaids having their hair and makeup done $800 was way overpriced considering their hair was practically pointless as well as mine. I completely wasted my money on hair apart from the trial so I would consider saving your money and going elsewhere.

My stylist is Jacqueline Elser, who I came across on Instagram and was drawn to her beautiful Blonde color melts on her page. I’ve been having my hair professionally styled for 17years, over the years I’ve had the luxury of trying a large variety of hair styles and colors from Blonde, Red, Brown, Balayage, Sombre, Ombre, and a hair extension queen for 10 years. Due to Covid, I have not had my hair done in 13months and was something I maintained at least every 3 months. I was looking for a new stylist since my stylist of 15 years is no longer an option. Let’s be honest trying new Stylist is SCARY! Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and professional. She walked me through all my questions, constantly checking on my hair under the foils and offered refreshments. She transformed my hair and I’m so in love <3 with my Cool, Golden Honey Balayage and oh that Money piece pop J Definitely will be returning to Jacquelin when it’s touch up time! I LOVE my hair!! Plus, she was a sweetheart. I would highly recommend Jacqueline to a friend. This was my first visit to this salon, and I must admit I was taken back by how beautiful it is! When you first walk in there a friendly receptionist to greet you, chandeliers, product shelves and nail station locate in the rear of the building. Such a great ambiance. The salon was busy, following Covid protocols and it was fun to the other stylists in action. Thank you Jacqueline!!

The girl who did it was really nice and fast that’s why I gave 3 stars at least but my hair wasn’t worth the $90 and I tipped her because I’m nice lol but people at the wedding said it looked like I did my own hair and I agree 🙄 it wasn’t anything like the picture I showed her. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Very kind make up artist, but the makeup didn't match my skintone. I have dark skin but the lady applied foundation that was at least 1 or 2 shades too light. I had to go home and blend it out. Also too much blush and highlight for my face. She did a good job on the eyes but everything else was just okay. It was $90. Like I said very nice, but I don't think I would come back unless I knew they had more experience with people of a darker complexion.
