Lacy provided one of the best massages and experiences that I’ve ever had. I came in with sciatica pain and she was absolutely excellent at listening to my needs and addressing them. Not only did she professionally massage my pain points, but she gave me stretches to help too. I can’t say enough how wonderful this place is, and relatively affordable too for the quality that you get.

I paid for a 120 minute massage in hopes to relieve shoulder pain and tension. The area of focus was disregarded. This massage was asymmetrical, rigid, inharmonious, and unproductive for my needs. For a deep tissue massage, the intensity of the masseuse did not exceed a medium level, despite the request for a deep/hard intensity level. In addition, the lotion used was a peppermint essential oil based lotion that needed serious dilution. Majority of the time was spent massaging my hair/scalp, had I known this was the case I would have never booked and went to the hair salon for a scalp treatment. I will not be returning nor recommending this establishment.

Any time I go to Oakhouse Day Spa, I have such a wonderful time. I've gone for my nails, back facial, and massages. Highly recommend Leslie Olsen if you need a massage. Leslie is the best massage therapist I've ever seen and I've seen hundreds of massage therapists across the US! (I've lived in various states and travel a ton + love a massage.) She's truly one of a kind. I once had the worst quad and shoulder pain yet she was able to relieve the pain. It's difficult for me to find a massage therapist who can do more of a medical massage than simply relaxing so finding her is a blessing. Beyond that, she's one of the most knowledgable massage therapists who truly cares about the people she's helping. If you want a massage therapist who can truly get out the knots, pain, and tension then she's the one to book with.

Came here for my spa day bachelorette party and it was amazing! All people were super sweet. Lisa was my favorite she has magic hands! They even gave me cupcakes and champagne! Thank you for making my bachelorette special.

I was in town visiting and on my last day wanted to have a self care Sunday. I was lucky enough to schedule a last minute facial with Gianna and it exceeded expectations!! I left so relaxed and refreshed, exactly what I was looking for. My skin felt so great when I left. 10/10 recommend :)

Ive been a professional athlete for over 10 years and I decided to take my wife for a couples massage. Worst experience I couldn’t wait for the massage to finish to tell my wife “did you experience what I experienced” and she said that was the worst massage ever. If I knew my wife was feeling the same way I would’ve got up and walked out in the first 15 minutes. To start off the two lady’s we had seemed like that had no experience at all. Very disorganised, Jumping from body part to body part but really out of sync. It’s was very unpleasant. I wouldn’t call that a massage. My wife’s massage was exactly the same Very Rushed. Over priced Don’t recommend to anyone! Way better spots around the area Also way over priced……

Marquei um combo de massagem para mim e meu companheiro pagando a minha antes do tempo por telefone e a do meu companheiro no local na hora da massagem, quando cheguei só havia uma pessoa marcada. O profissional que me atendeu estava fazendo muita pressão e pressionando áreas que eu nunca havia visto, pedi umas 10 vezes para que fizesse menos pressão e ele voltava com movimentos fortes. Acabei saindo machucada. Não tive uma boa experiência.

I have recently relocated to the area and have been trying to establish new routines and self care. I had heard several positive reviews about this place from several IRL friends, and also local online communities. My partner gifted me a day out (something I would never do myself) and sent me on my way- so I decided to try The Oakhouse Day Spa. After being welcomed by a great staff and offered my choice of drinks (I recommend the red wine), I headed to my appointment. Brandy gave me a very thorough pedicure with hot stones, and a fantastic job on my poor, insolent toes. For my manicure, I was stuck in a rut and had no idea where to go. She encouraged me to try out a nail design I would have NEVER thought to try in my life. I am so GLAD I got Brandy as my tech, because I am in love with her artistic skills. My massage was with Theodore and he was a medium pressure therapeutic. He addressed all my concerns as an athlete and help me get back to base posture. Always nervous about finding a new massage therapist but I was literally in good hands with Theodore I've already made my follow-up appointment. You guys should check out their renovations and the cool stuff they're adding too.

I really enjoyed my experience, the spa is very pretty and relaxing! I booked it with classpass which I use only for gyms but I had points on classpass and didn't want to lose them so I booked a derma planning facial, I think it's very effective, now I need only a tiny bit of face products and the makeup applies on very beautiful ❤️

Their pricing level is too high for the spa service and environment being offered. I would recommend the Woodhouse Spa instead for the same amount of money, but a much better experience. If they would align their pricing with what they actually offer, I would have given them 4 stars. People are very nice! 1. Spa does not have a changing room and showers. You will be carrying your stuff in a bag. 2. Building is outdated and in need of renovations. 3. Skin products are cheap and not good for people with sensitive skin. I woke up with dermatitis and red face the next day after Hydrafacial Platinum. This is despite the fact that I noted and said I was allergic to fragrances. Some fragrances were put on my face causing the reaction. 4. Women should be asked if they are comfortable to be massaged by a male. Not everyone is ok with that. 5. The massage itself was 3/5. I asked for deep level got mid level at best. Also, I had a foot massage that was just rubbing up and down. But, my mother got a massage that she liked. So, depends who you get as in all places. 6. Walls are thin. You will hear what is going on in the room next to yours. Not a very spa experience. 7. Be prepared to passthrough the reception area in a rope if you need to use the restroom. 8. I got different slippers, both for right foot. Look, not a big deal at all, just a cherry on top for over 1k I spent that day lol

This was rough to review. To start we were asked to prepay a deposit for our services, which is not normal. Then we had to fill out an excessive amount of questions, more than any other spa I have been to and they skipped the most important question, who should give the massage? I was greeted by a male masseuse which is strange, typically men want a female masseuse. The hostess was very friendly and gave me champagne which was great. I loved my massage, once they changed the therapist, but my wife hated her massage. We were then overcharged for our services. We immediately told the hostess she charged too much. She said we would get a refund but we never got one.

I just got back from The Oakhouse. Today is my birthday, and my original birthday plans didn't work out. I decided to go for a massage instead. After a lot (a lot) of googling I found this place, which seemed to be rated well, and their packages seemed to be a great value compared to some other places I had in mind. Colors are brighter. I feel taller? I did the Fiji Island package that included a massage, foot scrub and a facial. I still feel like a melted stick of butter. The girl who did my massage was incredible! I want to say her name was Danielle but I could be wrong (so sorry, but she was great!). She knew all these fun little things to do to work on places that I didn't even realize were bothering me! And so many hot towels. I'm so vividly aware of the lack of hot towels in my daily life. And the facial! So so nice. Gianna was incredible! I don't do a lot of maintenance, honestly. I'm a DIY girly- nails, hair, skincare, all of it. This was my first facial, and I can't believe I enjoyed a facial massage as much as a full body massage! She was so gentle and so informative and I could have fallen asleep if I didn't almost start giggling thinking about how unexpectedly great it felt. The receptionist was so kind too! Very sweet. I keep getting whiffs of myself and I smell like a walking tropical oasis. Anyway, I'm a little long winded, but to summarize I will definitely be back, and I'll be singing their praises to anyone who asks or brings up anything spa/self care related. Or to people who haven't asked. And maybe during unrelated conversations too. Thanks again guys!

Went for a mens facial today with an extra 15 minute scalp message. Was in an out in less than 50 minutes. Great facial but the service was not up to value for what was paid for. I will not be back.

Had a fantastic pedi by kim! She did an excellant job and was super friendly and professional! Also had an awesome facial by gianna. I almost fell asleep i was so relaxed. I asked for a quiet experience which was repected. Really lovely. Great expeience overall, ill be back!

I had a session with HollyLynn a few days ago and it was incredible. I was greeted instantly by the friendly woman at the front and then met with HollyLynn immediately. The consultation was seamless and she took care of all the sore spots I’ve been struggling with since I work at a desk all day. I highly recommend going here and look forward to my next visit!

I’ve gotten monthly deep acne facials for years now and never had anyone be worried about extracting my blackheads. This place was okay or less. I had a deep acne facial for the extractions as I have lots of blackheads on my chin and jawline. I told the tech that but she said my face was fine except for my nose. Needless to say she only did extractions on my nose and the rest of the time just rubbed my face down and massage my arms. I didn’t go there for a face rub down. I expressed my concerns but they were dismissed and I’m not confrontational. I won’t be back. I extracted my own chin two days later.

Possibly the most professional day spa in Tampa Bay. From the moment, I walked in the young lady at the desk was able to work things out for me to get in with very short notice. My technician Monica did a fantastic job . On my way out, the manager offered me an opportunity to drop into the VIP lounge and have a snack before I left. I probably will see about adding a Massage soon . I already booked myself for another facial four weeks out.

Fantastic staff, I’m always welcomed as soon as I come through the doors. The spa has a welcoming aroma and atmosphere. They have a lot of different featured products to purchase onsite that are competitive in price/honor online sale pricing for the brand. They have many services/packages offered and do such a great job. Thank you, Oakhouse! Okay on to my girl Stephanie. 10/10 love love love Stephanie. She is my favorite and always does such a great job talking me through the procedures—chem peel, microneedling, hydrafacial. Her expert knowledge is so helpful when recommending services that will benefit my skin type and does not suggestively sell things that I don’t need at this point. It’s so important to trust your esthetician and she has earned my trust and loyalty many times over.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, and my massage therapist. However, I won't be returning. The surrounding area of the massage room was very loud. I could hear everyone's loud conversations from the manicure table across- and next door of another massage room of slamming drawrs. It was very hard to relax. I had this experience in February.

This was my first time visiting The Oakhouse and I was so impressed . I started off with a massage by Deb , she was so knowledgeable and got rid of the back pain that had kept me up the night before. After the massage I had a facial from Stephanie, not only does my skin look amazing she was a world of knowledge! Everyone was so kind and very skilled in their service. I would highly recommend treating yourself to several services at this wonderful spa!
