Go visit Ryn at the NOW! She is great at assessing what the body needs and her hands are absolute magic. If you are in need of some relief or a new massage therapist, RUN and schedule your massage with Ryn. I am a very active person so massages are part of my monthly routine. I am feeling so much better recovered after seeing her. Thank you so much for helping the pain melt away. She is one of the best massage therapists in Vegas!

I have been going here for several months and have had great experiences each time I’ve been in. Jeff (Wei) does a fantastic job and today I had David A, who was incredibly thorough and worked out my shoulder tightness very skillfully. Absolutely recommend!

I needed a massage and decided to try a new place. The transparency in service features and pricing at NOW was refreshing. It was very easy to set up an appointment. The front of house staff were very personable and we had a good chat since I was a bit early for my appointment. They offered the membership and provided the benefits without being pushy for the sale. David my therapist was amazing he did a great job had perfect pressure and was aware of stiff spots without being explicitly told. I also really enjoyed the ocean sounds in the treatment room. I will be returning!

Very unprofessional I booked an appointment for my husband and I we were put in different rooms my husband was taken back first and was asked for money from the masseuse for “extras” when she clearly saw we were together very inappropriate

Visiting my mom in Summerlin for the weekend. I have had many massages before, and I can honestly say this was one of the best. Michelle was excellent! She truly has a gift. She expertly worked out all the kinks in my problem areas. Highly recommend!!

I have a membership and I use to love going here. This past weekend I had a terrible experience. The masseuse seemed untrained. Although the movements were "similar" to Now 80, it was not a massage. He did not seem to understand the direction of muscles, nor origin or insertion points. He also wanted to bend and TWIST my joints, hyper-extending them. I have a neurological disorder that results in severe spasticity. After this massage, I was told my muscles are fine and that I need don't need massages. He recommended that I schedule stretches moving forward. As a trained masseuse, he should have been able to recognize spastic (tense with knots) muscles, but he was unable to recognize them. He recommended The Stretch Massage and said my joints needed more movement. I have hyper-flexibility and my ROM is beyond normal. As a yoga practitioner I enjoy the flexibility, but I have to be careful to protect my joints. The masseuse's diagnosis doesn't match my feedback from previous masseuse at The Now or my experience working in the movement science field. I have enjoyed all previous massages, but I have concerns now. I have decided to cancel my membership.

The massage therapist here was absolutely amazing; quite possibly one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Unfortunately, the atmosphere itself was not relaxing. When I first arrived, there was very loud ocean sounds— which at first seemed overwhelming— but then, about 20 minutes into the massage, the sound completely shut off and there was banging/loud noises coming from the upstairs unit. Obviously, that’s not something an establishment can always control, but there could have at least been some relaxing music instead of just the faint white noise machine for the remaining 60 minutes. Hopefully, this isn’t how the atmosphere always is, but I doubt I’d return. *update: despite the below comment from the establishment, I have not heard anything from the team.

Wow! So relaxed and enjoyed it so much! My masseuse (forgot her name) Aug 27 at 11am was so excellent. I usually get Thai massage and really picky with techniques and skills. It’s not Thai but definitely still professional, skilled and satisfied! The wave music was also a plus to help relax and keep my brain calm and ease to sleep. Even tho my table was heated but The temperature was too cold when she removed the cover so got a bit uncomfortable. I understand it’s hot in Vegas so they need to keep it cool, but too cold can make the experience less enjoyable! Love the minimalist design, bright and unique here! Recommend to get the membership to save!

My massage with Ryn was relaxing and she was so kind. My boyfriend saw Jeff and loved his experience as well. A fair price for a good quality massage, and the environment was so relaxing and clean. I would definitely recommend to a friend as an anniversary/birthday gift.

Overall, the massage itself was decent. However there were a few concerning issues. I got “the stretch” which is their sports massage that includes stretching aimed at recovery. The therapist did not seem to know what they were doing with stretching and actively attempted to hyper extend both my elbows and both of my knees, even when I pulled away in pain. There’s a distinction between stretching into tension and pushing joints beyond their end range of motion. Now, 3 days later, both knees and both elbows are having significant tendon issues and general joint pain throughout my regular activities that wasn’t present before. I’d recommend the place for easy and basic massage services but you should not advertise sports recovery stretching massages if the therapists are actively causing injury and don’t know what they are doing.

I went to NOW spur of the moment with my husband because we were vith having do much pain we couldn't take it anymore. They were able to take us right away and we were so happy. We were greeted with water and a clean peaceful environment. I told Jeff were my problem area was and he knew exactly what to do. I felt brand new again. My husband and I will definitely be back and we are actually considering a membership. Thank you for taking care of us and bringing us back to life.

Had the most amazing massage at NOW massage in Tivoli Village. The entire experience from check in to check out was amazing. The hostesses were welcoming and they offer you water when you walk in. My massage therapist Sandy was amazing. She asked me my preferences of any areas to focus on as well as desired massage pressure. The massage table was heated , the massage pressure was firm and focused on the full body as well as relieving sore spots. The ocean wave sounds were calming and a nice change from the usual spa music I walked out extremely refreshed and will definitely return.
