Jayna is amazing, so technical and purposeful with her movements. Deep tissue is also great, she listens to exactly what needs some attention and hits every spot. 10/10 Been going to the Now in North Scottsdale for quite some time now, always my go to recommendation to anyone.

My daughter and I make this a mother-daughter activity every time we’re both in Scottsdale. Though not every single massage is a 10 out of 10, most are. And the ambience is so incredibly zen and relaxing, you walk out of your massage completely relaxed. It’s our favorite place to go and get pampered.

Joyce was absolutely incredible!!! I booked the healer and it was lovely. I feel so good and the tension in my body has completely dissolved. The facility was also so clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Jose was very good about considering the areas I wanted focused on and his technique was good - the front staff are kind and professional and do not pressure you to join membership but also offered the benefit of membership thank you - I would recommend changing the “crashing waves” sound it was alright but I would have preferred something more melodic thank you

Update after being threatened with legal action. My email response…. My review is not false, as your employee informed me that I could NOT use my gift card to fully pay for the services I was trying to book. I was told that I would have to pay 80% with my credit card and the remainder with the gift cards after my service, but I would not be allowed to pay entirely with the gift cards as this was “group policy.” I then asked if it was possible to keep my credit card on file along with the gift cards and redeem the gift cards after the service. I was told no. I then asked if it was possible for us to call individually to book our appointments (so we would no longer be under this unreasonable “group policy”) and was told “the appointments probably won’t be available anymore because it’s the holiday season”. This makes no sense, as the appointments were available while trying to book at that moment. Therefore, my review is completely valid and a true statement regarding MY experience and MY opinion. Furthermore, at no point did I call your employee “stupid,” and I do not appreciate being falsely accused of something that did NOT happen. Once our call concluded and as I was hanging up the phone, I looked at my husband and said, “Well, THAT is stupid,” as I do think your policies are unreasonable, given that I have never encountered this with ANY other establishment. When a customer purchases a gift card, they should be able to spend the full amount, not just a partial amount. That would indeed be a scam and a poor business model. Your response to my review, ACCUSING me of calling your employee “stupid,” is defamatory to my reputation, and I do not take that lightly, as it is public record for anyone to see. I would NEVER call a stranger stupid. If this is not how you conduct business, then it would be an employee issue for not knowing your policies and for not telling potential customers accurate information. As a business owner, I would think you would be more focused on resolving this issue and hearing both perspectives, rather than simply trusting an employee who is clearly attempting to protect themselves (hence the dishonesty). This would prevent it from recurring and would show a more professional management of the situation instead of resorting to legal threats. Review below: Attempted to book 3-80 min massages using gift cards and they were not interested in honoring the gift cards? Makes zero sense. Really strange practice. Now the review about this place being a scam makes perfect sense. I’ll taking my business elsewhere.

My experience here was just alright Pros: everyone is very friendly, the ambiance is lovely and the overall experience is relaxing and comfortable. White noise and dim lighting were perfect. I loved the set up in the back and front Con: paid for the deep tissue massage and when asked if I had any specific areas that needed work I said my neck, traps, and under my shoulder blade. Unfortunately I felt like those areas were hardly touched if at all and left untreated. I feel like I got a very basic massage just going up and down my back over and over again when I was really looking for relief in those specific areas. Also I wasn’t sure when the session was over because he whispered so quietly I couldn’t hear him and when I opened my eyes he had walked out. I thought maybe he was returning since the eye treatment was left on my face but after a couple minutes I got the hint and removed the eye mask myself. Maybe I should have spoken up more but I wasn’t sure if the therapist was going to eventually get to my problem areas and I didn’t want to interrupt. Next time I will be more vocal. I’m just disappointed that I feel like I got a skin massage and didn’t get the areas treated that I was desperately hoping to get relief for. Going to have my husband finish the job and rub my traps and neck when I get home.

This is the only place I go to for massages as I am never disappointed and love the customer service. With my last massage, I had severe sciatic pain due to pregnancy and Kercy was exceptional! She listened to my concerns, and focused on the area with such gentleness and knew which areas to target. I felt so relaxed and even slept better that night. Thank you so much for helping this momma get some relief and feel more relaxed! I will be booking another prenatal massage soon.

Truly an amazing experience! (I must add, that my first experience here was not so great, but their customer service level sets the bar high! They truly made it right and I am now a member) Vincente is a TRUE massage therapist! After my car accident I have had so many back & neck problems. Vincente could identify exactly what was going on with my body and helped me naturally work through the healing process. He even pointed out the tension in my hands and made note for next time as a focus area. 100x's thank you to theNOW Massage for assisting me on my healing journey! 💕

Ryan was so awesome!! I could tell right away I was in good hands. He was gentle given that I just had surgery, but also firm enough to relax my head, neck, and scalp. If I lived here I would definitely return!

I went in last week for a massage to help with arm and hand pain most likely due to recurring carpel tunnel.I choose the add on Gua Sha. Seydonia was my therapist. This therapist worked wonders! My pain is virtually GONE and I was suffering with this for weeks. There’s no other explanation except what she did worked! I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you Seydonia !!

This was meant to be! We're on a girls trip weekend and called at 9:30 to see if they had 3 openings for this morning... and they did! Eric & Dee were so welcoming on the phone, and upon arrival! It's clean, serene, natural, and very reasonable! There are 3 massage options : standard, stretch, and healing. I went with the stretch and added an extra. Vicente heard my concerns respectfully/appropriately addressed all of them. One of the best massages I've had! I'm glad there's a location near me at home! Thanks so much!
