My husband surprised me with a visit here for a much-needed day of relaxation. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was incredibly soothing. The massage itself was hands down the best we’ve ever had, leaving us both completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Truly the best massage in Nashville—we’ll be regulars for sure!

Best massage in nashville. and probably the best massage I've had in the last few years. I've struggled with chronic back pain for most of my life. I visited the now massage after a recommendation from a friend. It was so clean, the staff were so nice, and I felt like I was truly able to relax. I did a teep tissue massage with one of their specialists who did SUCH an amazing job. I usually feel pain during those, this time I fell asleep! She was so comforting while also doing a great job with my muscles. Their prices are very good compared to other massages in nashville. I signed my wife and daughter up for the membership for this holiday season and now we are all going twice a month.

This was my first time at this location. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. My massage was incredible. Maria did such a wonderful job. My mother in law said her massage with Chang was the most thorough massage she ever had. I will definitely will be back when we are visiting family in Nashville again.

An absolutely amazing experience - such a serene and calming ambiance! My massage therapist was Ana. She did an incredible job pinpointing the areas that needed the most attention without leaving the massage feeling “unbalanced”. Extremely polite, professional. Highly recommend this location and Ana. The desk staff is also very friendly and it’s very clean.

I am 25 weeks pregnant and came in for a prenatal swedish massage to work on some pelvic pain. Michelle was so wonderful! She was kind, professional, and made sure to focus on my areas of concern. Gentle massage with the perfect amount of pressure. I would have felt very comfortable providing feedback or asking for something different if I had needed to, but didn’t have to. It was great! Highly recommend and will be back.

The NOW massage in Belle Meade is amazing! It’s clear that it’s well run by management because the front desk staff are all very friendly and the space is calming and welcoming right as you walk in the door. So far I’ve had massages from both Ana and Marijana, and both have been wonderful! They are great at tailoring the massage to my specific needs and preferences. If you’re looking for a new massage place, I would highly recommend you check this place out!
