Terrible experiences over and over. They are close to my house and my daughter's favorite place. I was there last week, asked for a full mani with nail extension and dip nails, and a pedicure with gel polish. They started with my nails,Helen picked the color for me, it matched my blue hair perfectly. When the gentleman started on my nails, i asked again for a full manicure and he just hit my cuticles with the drill. He proceeded to polishing my nails, and he asked if it was the right color, I advised I couldn't tell from the powder, he would have to check the number. He just continued on with the application. Several times I said "this color is pretty, but not the color we agreed on" he continued. Once he was done, still wrong color, I said again this is not the color, he spoke in another language to others but not to me. I asked to pay and leave. He charged me for the full manicure that he did not give me. I am so done with this place.

This is my daughter's favorite place and i just don't get it. Over the last 8 years i have tried them at least every other year and they just fail every time. They are rude, will make you wait for hours with no estimate of time expectations or updates. I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I asked for a manicure, powder dip nails with 2 extensions and designs, as well as a pedicure. I was given new powder dip nails with 2 extensions in the wrong color, he asked me if the color was correct I said I didnt think so but hard to tell with the powder and he would know better than I. After the first coat I said this is pretty but not the right color, and he continued. 4 times I said this is not the color I asked for, I reached for the samples and he snapped at me that may nails were wet. So I paid and left. They charged me for a full manicure, which is what I asked for, but not what I received, I was tired of arguing so I just paid it and left. I am done.

I went to get full set and pedicure I asked the price and she just said 40 and up...I thought ok no problem. At the end they told me is 120 so I asked how much for the nails she replied 70 but actually was supposed to be 60 because the gel is 25 extra of the set....but anyway is ok 10 is not the problem I paid and left....one day later one nail broken and I went to get it fix and the STAFF WAS ACTING TOTALLY DIFFERENT!! They treated me different from the day before and fix my nail...without talking, laughing or been friendly...I truly don't care about these stuff but I was passed out because why they where treated me like this? I pay wasn't free...NEVER AGAIN!

As a nail tech with 30 years experience I can honestly say that if what you’re looking for is high priced mediocre services then this is the shop for you. I went in for the most basic service a nail shop can offer, a manicure. Essentially what I got was a $25 cuticle clipping because that’s all she did. I won’t go back.

I must say I am more than pleased with my full set. I have no idea what his name is if I’m not mistaken he is the owner. I am not from here but only 3 hours away, but I am definitely going to be coming back for my fill in. When I say he did an excellent job on my nails to the point that my picky self didn’t complain about anything. My only issue I had was that I asked for a manicure when he took my old set off and he didn’t make that happen after saying a couple of times I wanted a manicure. Besides that I am definitely going to be making this my nail spot when I come back to Nashville.

After my last visit, I noticed that those people inside the shop will talk about you, laugh and make eye contact with you while you’re getting your nails done. And if you show a picture of what you want, they will say yes they can do it when they can’t and if they can do it they will halfway do it. I will not be returning to the shop. Also, I was reading a deliverance book as I am a Christian that believes in it and I promise I heard the woman doing my pedicure mockingly say “Yeshua”. Go at your own risk. God bless you 💜

By far the WORST nail shop in Antioch, I had my whole full set of gel nails lift from the base of the nails. I came in and spoke with Helen who said I could come back anytime that week due to my work schedule and her busy days being Friday and Saturday. Then when attempting to come in, I called and was told by someone who would NOT give me their name that the “OWNER” said you come back the next day or don’t get them done and that was NEVER told to me. I spent 125$ for a pedicure and my nails for them to all come off within a week. Also they don’t do cuticle care or anything, they rush the mail process and that’s why there full-sets don’t last. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. As I did not receive what I was told would be done to fix the situation for the goods/services that I paid for. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Upon my arrival, I was not welcomed and even noticed. Finally, I was told I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to do my eye brows, but the lady never arrived to work. So, while I waited I got a pedicure done. The lady then rips off the outer layer skin around my toe causing me to bleed really bad and it left me in so much excruciating pain I could barely function. Then, another lady comes over, snatches my hand, and starts gluing nails on without my consent. I couldn’t even enjoy my pedicure. Later, I ask for a hot towel to go around my legs which lead to a big argument. I tried to get someone else to finish my full set there and everyone else there refused to finish her work. No one cared even the men there were rude and didn’t want to help me. It was ugly. They made me leave and still pay which I didn’t care. I paid with my card and disputed it as soon as I got home. I got 100% of my money back too. Ah haaa!!! The next time I go to a new nail salon I will most defiantly bring my man. That wouldn’t have happened if he was there. Wished I would have read the reviews before I came, now I know. 100/10 do not recommend! Kim’s Nails up the road is way better. I normally go to Mrs. Kim, but she doesn’t work on Tuesdays. Next time, I will defiantly wait on her.

Well it started off as a good experience when I got my full set few weeks ago although I waited about 10min before being greeted or acknowledged. Here time for fill in at 6:24p I didn’t even step foot into the shop. I simply asked have time for fill in no missing nail gel Polish for all the workers appeared to be ending the day. Which is completely fine if you’re going to close prior to your POSTED business hours just curiosity update that information accordingly for it is very disappointing and misleading. I’m livid with my next free time being Saturday we all know All nail shops are the busiest.

Don’t come to this nail shop. You will waste your money if They will overcharge you especially if you are black to include a tip within the pricing . Before I even started I stated that I had 100.00 budget. He said ok. On top of that your nails will jot last for a long time. I use to come to this location anytime I needed my nails waxing or eyelashes services . However this last experience will be my last time coming to this last time. The person I usually use was not there. It started off bad when I entered in and they were extremely rude when greeting me.I told them services I wanted which were a full set and pedicure .Due to it being semi busy I waited over 35 minutes to be serviced. I said that I want whatever 50.00 with gel polish would be including length and color. He stated that would be ok They stared off with my full set . I asked for my nail length to be short/medium he guy did not cut my nails short enough despite me asking for them to be shorter. He insisted that the would be shorter once he shaped them. Despite the shaping the nail length was still too long. He said it was too late to make them any shorter. For the gel polish I asked for white with the silver glitter on top. Outside my length being too long I was happy with the shape. I Then asked for the same thing for my toes. When it was time to pay he told me that my total was 115. The reason being is because of my nails being 70. The reason for the pricing was because said my nail length was long which was an extra 5 and that they put the silver filter on top of my nails that would be an extra 5. The funny thing is that I was not charge that same 5 for my feet because I got same exact color. So when I called them out he said that he just keep trying to avoid to answer the question and just told me the total. I just ended up paying and leaving. I went out of town and less than week later 4 nails had fallen off and the gel polish keeps peeling. I went up there to try to get it redone. They refused or attempted to do anything to make things right.

I hate to say it, but in my opinion you're clearly treated a certain way depending on how you look. My usual shop was closed one day and I went here. Needed a quick color change. Good experience! I could sense a bit of.....can't get the word.....something was a bit off......unwelcoming maybe. The experience turned out good though. Good enough that I decided to go again. Huge mistake. I had to ask to be served. When clearly I'm next. Who does nails with sunglasses on in the store? The man who did mine. Maybe that should have been my warning!!! I was told by the lady who did my gel pedicure, there was a matching dip powder. Only to start on my nails and be told that color was only in gel. Really....soft pink? Now my pinks are off. Who's looking that close expect me? It's principle though. I'm not from the area. I'm sure this shop has probably been around a long time and will be around a little longer. I don't care how you look or where you are from. When you're spending $100 plus on polish and powders, you should be treated a certain way.

I've been going here for quite sometime. My acrylic nails pop off within a week. I think their products are old and when I went in to have them fix my popped off nails and the other ones that were separating from my nail, the lady in there was rude as ever. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this salon! Ever!

The work is good but it's a very unwelcoming place. The employees are rude and they don't even talk or acknowledge their customers only when the customers first come in. I always sit for over an hour before someone even say anything how rude. The sad part they don't even offer people anything to drink for waiting so long.

This place never has enough nail techs. I always get there 5 min before they open and their nail techs are always 10-15 minutes late….if you are not the first person there, forget about your day you will be waiting a long time. After several times of going and having to wait I am changing salons…there are literally 5/10 other salons in the area why choose one that never has enough people working?

I have been going to this nail salon for some time now and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem but I will never go here again. I had the older guy do my nails this time which he has never did them before…. When I tell you they were uneven and chunky I have never had someone do my nails so bad before. I kept telling him they were uneven and they looked bad but he acted liked he wasn’t understanding. With me being 9 months pregnant I just paid and left but I did call up to the salon and told them about my experience which they said the would fix the next day and told me to come in at 1p.m. The next day I get there around 12:45 I sit and wait until after 2p.m. And when I finally asked the lady named Helen when was I going to be seen or at this point can I get at least half of my money back she catches a whole attitude like I did something personal to her. I understand that everyone doesn’t do as good of work as others but when I’m paying $60 dollars for a full set it’s no way I should have been treated rudely. And businesses like this over charge, bad service and rude employees it’s a no for me. I did ask to speak to owner on both days which I think the helen lady is the owner but I was told owner wasn’t there.

I’ve been a customer for years! Now all of a sudden they want to up charge me for every stinking thing! My regular guy is out of the country and he’s never nickel and dimed me for anything! None of them ever did! Then the owner processed to tell me I can go pay my $50 somewhere else! Just wrong! You don’t say that to a repeat (for years) customer! Deuces! I’m sick of THEM and how THEY treat US! THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME! Hopefully I can find a Black owned salon that reasonable and affordable!! UPDATE: I found somewhere to pay my $50. (it’s not black owned, but that’s okay for now) Good riddens!!

Terrible customer service from the men. I watched the young male stay on his phone in the pedicure chair for at least 5 min while a lady waited on him to service her. The older male won't say two words to you outside of anything related to your nails. But, they all will talk in their own language around you. There is only one person does designs as everyone else (4 people) was unwilling to help me with that request. There were two customers who came in for corrections as their nail paint was chipping so I am hoping not to have the same experience. I watched the staff turn away 2 people at 540 just because. That's money! Do better!! I gave some stars for my pedicure experience with the older lady, this was the only plus.

The worst experience ever!! I wouldn't recommend the nail shop to anyone. I got the SNS Nails done on 6/27/17 and they started chipping and breaking on 7/1. All those that know about SNS nails they should last 2 weeks not 4 days. I went to the salon to have fixed and they closed early for the 4th holiday weekend. I called apoke with Helen and was advised to take pics come back the following Wednesday 7/5/2017 when they opened again. I did as advised and when I got to the salon Helen wasn't there and no one in the shop had any idea what was going or of any assistance to resolving the problem. They told me to come back when Helen was there tomorrow. I spent 40.00 on SNS nails to last 4 days. Stay away from this place they will rob you and then act like they don't understand the problem and don't speak English. I will never go back and never recommend the place.

I had a great mani pedi here! I got a salt scrub pedicure and a full acrylic set. Everything here is very clean. The staff work so hard to help everyone but they only have a few people working at a time and they are a popular spot. The young guy that did my acrylics was so attentive to detail, focused and patient. I accidentally bumped my wet nail on something and he fixed it quickly with no fuss. My nails are perfect! I had a great time.

I have been coming to this place for a while today took the cake. I was waiting for 45 five minutes for them to tell me to come back Monday . They are very rude people not friendly I advise everyone to take your business somewhere else. This is not a good place . We are giving them to much money for there customer service to be so poor. I hope other customers do not experience what I have. I will never support this business again

So I️ come here ALLLLLL THE TIME! I️ was truly disappointed today. I️ came in at 10:00 am SHARP, which is 30 minutes after they open. I️ tell them I️ need a full set, and they say the wait time is OVER TWO HOURS?!?! HOWWWW??? You opened 30 minutes ago! There was a lady getting a pedicure and a staff member walking around. So why is there a wait time??? Literally drove 30 minutes out of the way for nothing.

Took my granddaughter to get a pedicure with me. Service was good, staff friendly, but not chatty 👍🏼. Very satisfied with our experience. Will be back.
